Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zur Betätigung und automatischen Verriegelung der Heckklappe (1) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, angelenkt am oberen Teil (2) der Karosserie und betätigt durch einen Elektromotor (11), der auf einer Platte (14) innerhalb des Kofferraums (3) angebracht ist und von einer entfernten Stelle betätigt wird, um einerseits das Öffnen und Schliessen der Heckklappe mit Hilfe eines Zahnrads (16) zu bewirken, das in ein Getriebe (20) eingreift, welches auf einem Teil (17) angebracht ist, der durch mechanische Verbindungsmittel betätigt wird, die zwischen der Heckklappe und dem Teil (17) angelenkt sind, und andererseits das Verriegeln und Aufschliessen des Schlosses (13) der Heckklappe an dem festen hinteren Teil (8) der Karosserie; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einschliesst: zwei beieinanderliegende. Getriebeteile (17,18) des gleichen Radius, drehbar um eine gemeinsame Achse (19) der Platte (14) gelagert, und eingerichtet, um durch das Ausgangszahnrad (16) des Motors (11) angetrieben zu werden; dass die Platte zwei parallele Kurvenöffnungen (23, 26) einschliesst, die im Winkel versetzt und von ungleicher Länge sind; dass der erste Teil (17), der mit der Heckklappe durch eine angelenkte Stange (12) verbunden ist, einen Bolzen (2) enthält, der sowohl die Kurvenöffnung (23) der Platte sowie eine andere Kurvenöffnung (24) durchdringt, die in dem Teil (18) vorgesehen und dazu eingerichtet ist, von der Öffnung (23) überlagert zu werden; dass der zweite Teil (18), der zum Verriegeln der Heckklappe nach ihrem Schliessen dient, einen Bolzen (25) einschliesst der die Öffnung (26) der Platten durchdringt und eine Gabel (33) abfängt, die auf einem Kabel (31) angebracht ist, die das Schloss (13) der Heckklappe betätigt; und dass das Getriebe (20) des ersten Teils mit einer Unterbrechung des Getriebes (45) im Umfang des genannten Teils (17) versehen ist, wobei ein Ende der Kurvenöffnung (24) des zweiten Teils (18), der mit dem Bolzen (22) des ersten Teils im Eingriff steht, den letzteren betätigt und so eine erneute Verbindung mit dem Zahnrad (16) des Getriebes (20) bewirkt, wobei das andere Ende der Öffnung (24), das vom ersten Ende soweit entfernt ist, dass der zweite Teil (18) sich nach Stilllegung des ersten Teils (17) noch drehen kann, so ein Verriegeln bzw. Aufschliessen des Schlosses (13) der Heckklappe (1) in der Ruhelage der letzteren möglich macht.
2. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der Heckklappe in bezug auf das Offnen durch den Bolzen (22) des ersten Teils (17), der in der Kurvenöffnung (23) der Platte zum Stillstand kommt, und in bezug auf das Schliessen durch die Unterbrechung in dem Getriebe (45), begrenzt wird.
3. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung des zweiten Getriebeteils (18) durch den Motor (11) bewirkt wird nach Stilllegung des ersten Teils (17), um die Gabel (33) durch Bewegung des Bolzens (25) zu verschieben und ein Gleiten des Transmissionskabels (31) in einer Hülle (30), die auf der Platte (14) angebracht ist, zu bewirken.
4. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Betätigungsschaltung, die vom Motor (11) entfernt liegt, einerseits einen elektrischen Schalter (41) einschliesst, der innerhalb des Fahrerraums liegt, und anderseits einen elektrischen Schalter (42), der von ausserhalb der Karosserie durch einen Schlüssel (43) betätigt wird.
5. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Betätigungsschaltung des Motors (11) zusätzlich einen elektrischen Schalter (44) einschliesst, der von der Innenseite des Kofferraums zugänglich ist und geeignet ist, die Bestätigungsinstruktionen durch den Schalter (41), der im Fahrerraum angebracht ist, zu neutralisieren.
