Abstract

Способ селективной жидкофазной гидрогенизации ацетилена в этилен в реакционной зоне. С целью снижения селективности по углеводородам С+ концентрация ацетилена в растворителе уменьшается посредством рециркулирования растворителя, с помощью введения разделенного сырьевого потока или обоими этими способами. Потоки могут быть разделены на равные или неравные части. Для отделения растворителя от выходящего потока реактора может использоваться горячий сепаратор, при этом данный растворитель может извлекаться и использоваться для снижения концентрации ацетилена в растворителе.
