Abstract

Способ может быть использован в химической и нефтехимической промышленности для производства синтез-газа - сырья для получения разных видов химической продукции и синтетических моторных топлив. Он отличается повышенной эффективностью процесса получения синтез-газа из сильновязкого водоугольного топлива. Способ включает стадию приготовления водоугольной смеси и ее газификацию в две стадии. Первую стадию проводят в вертикальном проточном трубчатом теплообменнике газификационной колонны, а вторую стадию - в нагреваемом реакторе с получением синтез-газа и твердых отходов. Далее способ включает стадию каталитической переработки синтез-газа в моторные топлива. Характерно то, что парогазоугольную смесь в теплообменнике подвергают воздействию модулированными высокочастотными полями в частотном диапазоне от 1 до 50 МГц при частотах модуляции в диапазоне от 1 до 200 кГц. В реакторе парогазоугольную смесь подвергают воздействию плазмой одноэлектродных высокочастотных разрядов при температуре 600-800°С. Полученный синтез-газ подвергают электрохимической очистке от соединений серы и азота, очистке от химических примесей, компримируют и подвергают превращению на полифункциональном катализаторе, содержащем оксиды железа, цинка и молибдена в комбинации с носителем - алюминием, его оксидами и фосфатом алюминия. Процесс газификации парогазоугольной смеси в реакторе можно проводить в присутствии катализаторов паровой конверсии углерода, нанесенных на теплоизолирующие покрытия внутренних стенок реактора.
