Description
Die Verwendung sogenannter gleitender Schalungen bei der Herstellung von Betonkörpern größeren Ausmaßes ist an sich bekannt. Sie war aber bisher im wesentlichen .nur möglich, wenn der Betonkörper auf seine ganze Länge bzw. Höhe gleichen Querschnitt besitzt. Bei Betonkörpern anderer Form, beispielsweise bei Pfeilern mit von unten nach oben stetig abnehmendem Querschnitt, war man dagegen genötigt, entweder den Pfeiler auf seine ganzeHöhe einzuschalen odermitTeilschalungen zu arbeiten. Das erstgenannte Verfahren scheidet bei hohen Pfeilern wegen seines großen Holzverbrauches praktisch aus. Das Teilschalungsverfahren nötigt zu wiederholtem Auf- und Abbau des Gerüstes und erfordert lange Arbeitszeit und erhebliche Kosten.The use of so-called sliding formwork in the manufacture of concrete bodies of larger dimensions is known per se. Dabei werden erfindungsgemäß die Schalungswände kontinuierlich gehoben und gleichmäßig und stetig so zusammengezogen, daß die Neigung der Außenflächen des Pfeilers auf die gewünschte Höhe unverändert bleibt. Zum Heben der Schalung dienen vorzugsweise Pressen, beispielsweise Spindelpressen oder hydraulische Pr cscn, die mit fortschreitender Pfeilerhohe je um einen Pressenhub weiter nach oben gehoben und auf zwischen Presse und vorbereiteten Betonblöcken untergeschobenen Betonsteinen abgestützt werden, welche beim Fortschreiten des Baues in den Pfeiler mit einbetoniert werden, also einen Bestandteil des fertigen Pfeilers bilden.In contrast, the subject matter of the invention is the use of the manufacturing process by means of sliding formwork also when erecting high pillars from below continuously decreasing cross-section upwards.
