Description

Partially pressurized water turbine with inlet nozzle and regulation of the water inlet by pivoting a regulating flap built into the inlet nozzle It is with partially applied wax. turbines known in the essentially box-shaped inlet nozzle a movable regulating flap or a slide to be installed and the water inlet swivel this flap or by adjust the slide to regulate. However, the known arrangements have the disadvantage that the regulating flap or the Slide yourself on the impeller first lying nozzle wall so that they are at Reduction of the application amount be turned away from the impeller and the drive water after passing through the from the flap or the slide is set narrowest cross-section again a deflection must learn about the impeller, whereby the Water path longer and the loss of friction becomes correspondingly larger, thus with down- applied loading a decreasing useful effect is noticeable. The present invention aims at partially loaded water turbines the Adjust the regulating flap in the inlet nozzle arrange that the headwaters do not control in relation to its flow direction drives so that every additional friction and Loss of strength is avoided. This is achieved by the fact that the regulating flap in the opposite of the impeller Hegenden nozzle wall is built in and with the extension of the nozzle wall at full M, nun- 'forms a flat inner surface. To reduce the charge quantity - is the regulating flap by means of a outside lever with your lower one End swiveled to z-axis after the impeller. Thereby it is achieved that with everyone If the regulating flap was the pressurized water each without any significant diversion shortest path from the nozzle outlet into the Has to cover the impeller, in contrast to the known designs for the small the amount applied is the shortest, whereby at every stage of the admission the highest efficiency is always achieved with decreasing application rate compared to your full load operation, as far as it is possible about the frictional losses of the waterway . acts, still increases. Due to the arrangement of the regulating flap according to the invention it is also achieved that with a reduced application rate Loss of gap at the headwater between running wheel and nozzle end downwards not stands because the water is always in the free jet highest point in the impeller entry. The subject of the invention is on the two lying drawing in cross-section schaulicht, in which a is the middle waterway at full load, b the one facing away from the impeller Nozzle wall, c means the regulating flap, the drawn in the open position and in the closed this position is indicated by dashed lines.
