An dem äußeren freien Ende des Stahlbandes ist ein Bügel d mit einer Stellschraube e angeschlossen. An dem Schraubenende e ist gelenkartig eine aus vier Gelenkplatten / bestehende, zusammenklappbare Riegelvorrichtung angeschlossen, die durch den Bügel d mit dem Stahlbande b in Verbindung steht. Durch Herausdrehen der Schraube e gehen die Hebelriegelplatten f zusammen, so daß sie sich flach in den Bügelausschnitt Z legen und mit dem Stahlbande b eine Ebene bilden. Das Band b besitzt eine Anzahl länglicher Schlitze g, die in der Mitte eine Erweiterung von der Größe des Schraubenkopfes haben. Die Schlitze können eine Längs-, Quer- oder Schrägstellung zur Längs- ! achse des Stahlbandes einnehmen.Fig. 11 is a view of the cap. Hierdurch wird ein Zurückziehen des Stahlbandes verhindert. Um den Zugang zur Schraube vor Unbefugten zu schützen, wird über den Schraubenkopf e und den Bügel d eine Schutzkappe gesteckt, die innen eine durch einen Schlüssel zu bedienende Scheibe h mit einem Sperransatze h¹ trägt. Dieser Ansatz legt sich unter den Kopf der Spannschraube e.
