Gegenstand der Erfindung -ist ein Stiel für händische Arbeitsgeräte, wie Hacken, Erdpickel, ■Sapplen, Hämmer, Schaufeln und dgl. bezw. für Sportgeräte, wie Eispickel, Schläger od. dgl.

Wie bekannt, beateben derartige Stiele
gewöhnlich aus Holz, seltener aus irgend einem anderen Material, wie z.B. aus Metall.
£8 sind auch. Stiele bekannt, welche einen isolierend en oder ßtoßdämpf enden Griff aus Gummi oder aus einem anderen Material aufweisen.
Die Naohbeile aller dieser allgemein Üblichen Stiele sind hinreichend bekannt, Witterungseinflüsse, leichte Oberbeanspruohung und Abrieb od.dgl. tragen zu einer verhältnismäßig kurzen Lebensdauer bei·
Gemäß der Erfindung besteht der Stiel aus einem Kern (a) und aus einem auf diesen Kern aufgebrachten Mantel aus Kunststoff (b). Der Kern des Stieles besteht aus einer jeglichen an eich bekannten Holzart oder statt dessen aua einem vollen oder hohlen Kunststoff- oder Metallkörper. Der Mantel des Stieles 1st unlösbar mit den Kern verbunden und besteht aua Epoxydharz. In das Mantelmaterial sind verfestigende Fasern oder Gewebe oder beide, Fasern und Gewebe, in jeder herstellbaren Form in beliebiger oder in bestimmter Richtung und Lage eingearbeitet.
Per Mantel kann ein- oder mehrfarbig oder auch in Leuchtfarbe ansichtig sein.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erflndungsgemäßen Gegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw, eeigt Fig.1 einen Eispickel in Gesamtansloht und Flg.2 einen vergrößerten Querschnitt dee Stieles. Wie aus den Querschnitt bei Flg.2 ersichtlich ist, besteht der Stiel aus einem inneren Kern a und aus einem äußeren Epoxydharz-Mantel b.
Wie bereite erwähnt, kann für die erflndungsgemäß beschichteten Stiele jegliche Holsart oder auch ein voller oder hohler Kunststoff- oder Metallkern verwendet werden, ferner können derartige Stiele in ihren Gewicht leichter als die bisher bekannten hergestellt werden, wobei damit beim Schlag eine größere lebendige Kraft erreicht wird.

Die Feetigkeit der nach dem Erfindungsgedanken hergestellten Stiele erhöht eich um 50-100 $>t außerdem »erden derart beschichtete Stiele weder durch Abrieb verschlissen noch z.B. durch Eiswaeser ausgelaugt, da gerade Epoxydharze eine sehr große Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Abrieb aufweisen.
Serart beschichtete Stiele sind außerdem besonders griffig.
Eingefärbte Stiele für händisohe Arbeitsgeräte schlitzen vor unliebsamen Verwechslungen, sind bei"Verlust oder als Markierung leichter zu erkennen! und können für militärische Zwecke in Tarnfarbe gehalten werden.

    Ψ Geräte, daduroh gekennzeichnet, daß derselbe aue einen Kern (a) und aus einem auf diesem Kern aufgebrachten Hantel aus Xunetetoff (b) besteht.
  2. 2. Stiel nach Anspruch 1, daduroh gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (a) des Stieles aue einer jeglichen an eich bekannten Holeart oder statt dessen aus einem vollen oder hohlen Künstetoff- oder Metallkörper besteht.
  3. 3* Stiel nach Anspruch 1, daduroh gekennzeichnet, daß sein Hantel unlösbar mit dem Kern verbunden ist und auο Epoxydharz besteht.
  4. 4« Stiel nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, daduroh gekennzeichnet* daß in daa Hantelmaterial verfestigende £ Fasern oder Gewebe oder beide. Fasern und Gewebe, in jeder herstellbaren Form in beliebiger oder in bestimmter Richtung und Lag· eingearbeitet sind.
  5. 5. Stiel nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, daduroh gekennzeichnet, daß der Hantel (b) ein- oder mehrfarbig oder auch in Leuchtfarbe ansicht!g ist.
