Description
The invention relates to a device for feeding in by means of several weigh belt feeders A predetermined, adjustable component ratio continuously allocated bulk material mixture to a consumer to be loaded intermittently.
Many consumer points, in particular ovens, have to be loaded intermittently with a bulk material the percentage composition of this mixture during the charging process itself remains unchanged. Here, however, there is a desire to change this component ratio from time to time. to be able to adapt to changed circumstances.
In many cases, individual, intermittently working vessel scales have been used for this purpose empty into bunkers. The bunkers were used for buffering; Consumers, such as an oven, material removed.
In the past few years, in the wake of increasing continuous design of such technical processes more and more the so-called weigh belt feeders introduced, with which a continuous allocation of a certain bulk material mixture is possible is. As a result, both the total quantity of bulk material delivered in the time unit and the proportion are then available the individual components of this mixture can be set and changed as required.
The desire now arises to also use this very simple and very precise allocation and control device to use those consumers that have to be loaded intermittently.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the distribution devices connected downstream of the weighfeeder, which the bulk material mixture by means of bunkers or groups of bunkers, known per se Transfer maximum and minimum bunker level monitors to the bunkers according to their settings, as well as by two batch regulators known per se, one of which is set to a predetermined decrease above the average the amount of the consumer is set, while the other is set to a predetermined, below this average amount is set so that depending on the amount of each Bunker stand or one or the other batch regulator after acceptance by the consumer an automatic switchover actuates the weighfeeders or one or the other of the metering devices.
The invention is explained on the basis of the drawing using a schematic exemplary embodiment.

Hierdurch werden die Wägeimpulse in elektrische Ströme verwandelt und steuern in an sich bekannter Weise die Geschwindigkeit der Bandwaagen derart, daß die in der Zeiteinheit vom Band abgeworfenen Schüttgutmengen konstant bleiben.ker2 from; the scales are set so that the percentage The ratio of the three bulk weight components remains constant. Each of the three scales instructs Weighing belt 5, which runs over the rollers 6 and 7 and with an unspecified electric motor Control device 8 is driven. Each scale is also equipped with a weighing roller 3, which on a weighing device 4 operates. In every weighing device 4 there is an electrical transmitter in the form of, for example, a potentiometer, a piezo quartz or a strain gauge load cell. This turns the weighing pulses into electrical Converts currents and control the speed of the belt scales in a manner known per se in such a way that the quantities of bulk material thrown off the belt in the unit of time remain constant.
The bulk material thrown off by the weighing belts 5 falls onto a conveyor belt 9, on which it mixes and from which it falls further through a funnel 18 onto two vibrating troughs 10a and 10 &. The vibrating troughs 10 α and 10 b are excited by known vibrators 19 a, 19 b and promote the bulk material to the bunker halves 11 a and 11 b according to their arrangement. Depending on whether one or the other of the two vibrators α 19 or 19 is energized b, the bulk material either via the channel 10a of the hopper half 11 may be α or the bunker half 11 b is supplied via the channel 10.
Each of the two bunker halves 11 c, 11 b ends at the bottom in a rotary valve 13 a, 13 b, from where the bulk material enters the furnace 14.
... . 109 529/185... 109 529/185
In jeder Bunkerhälfte 11 a, lib werden zwei Bunkerstandsanzeiger 12 a, 12 b angeordnet. In each bunker half 11 a, lib two bunker level indicators 12 a, 12 b are arranged. Photoelectrically operating bunker level indicators are preferably used, but other known bunker level indicators can also be used.
Furthermore, two batch regulators 15, 16 are provided, by means of which the total amount of bulk material supplied by the three weighfeeders can be adjusted. These batch controllers 15, 16 are set so that the setpoint of one is a certain amount, for example 20 0 Zo above the average consumption of the consumer, while the setpoint of the other is the same amount, for example 20% below this value. The bunker level indicators 12 a and 12 & are electrically connected to a J-5 automatic switchover 17, through which, depending on the respective bunker level, the corresponding batch controller 15, 16 actuates the weigh feeder and at the same time switches the corresponding vibration exciter 19 a, 19 b on and off . Speak z. If, for example, the two minimum bunker level indicators are activated, the automatic switchover 17 switches the batch controller 15 to the weigh feeder, since its setpoint is set to a value above the average bulk material intake of the consumer. If, on the other hand, a maximum bunker level indicator responds, the belt scales are switched to the batch controller 16 with the lower setpoint by means of the automatic switchover system 17; the vibration exciter of the vibrating chute, which is conveying into the relevant bunker, is switched off. If the bunker filling still rises, so that both maximum bunker level indicators respond, then the scales are switched off completely until both maximum indicators are released again. The vibration exciter is also switched on and off accordingly.
This intermittent mode of operation between the two limit values makes adjustment easy of the dosing scales guarantees the consumption of such an oven.
