Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Steuervorrichtung für eine Anlage (1) zur Herstellung eines Polymers (2) aus einer Polymermischung, -schmelze und/oder -lösung, wobei die Anlage wenigstens ein Reaktorsystem (5, 8-10, 13-15) umfasst, in dem eine durch Reaktionsparameter kontrollierte Reaktion abläuft. Das wenigstens eine Reaktorsystem wird in Abhängigkeit von einer Zustandsgröße, die durch ein Messsystem (7, 11, 12) mit einer elektromagnetischen Wechselstromsonde (111) erfasst wird, gesteuert. Um bei Polymermischungen, -schmelzen und/oder -lösungen aus mehreren Komponenten, wie beispielsweise einer ternären Polymermischung, -schmelze und/oder -lösung, enthaltend Wasser, Zellulose und ein tertinäres Aminoxid, eine genauere Steuerung der in dem wenigstens einen Reaktorsystem ablaufenden Reaktion zu erhalten, ohne die mechanische Festigkeit der Anlage im Falle von exothermen Reaktionen der Polymermischung, -schmelze und/oder -lösung zu verringern, ist vorgesehen, dass vom Messsystem (11) weitere Zustandsgrößen durch eine Gleichstromsonde (109) und/oder durch eine Druckwellensonde (105) erfasst werden können. Diese Zustandsgrößen werden ebenfalls zur Steuerung des Rekatorsystems verwendet.
