Abstract

Un proceso para tratar productos de desecho y productos de reciclaje de materiales sólidos orgánicos o inorgánicos o materiales compuestos o sus mezclas, caracterizado porque en el material compuesto o mezcla se efectúa una descomposición o separación de los componentes por medio de un impulso por un mecanismo que súbitamente interrumpe el flujo de dichos materiales compuestos o mezcla. Proceso de acuerdo con la Reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque aire de procesamiento se alimenta en una trayectoria de flujo ascendente de sentido contrario (34) en la trayectoria de transporte descendente en forma de espiral (32) generada en un rotor (26) que tiene un eje vertical (A) . Proceso de acuerdo con la Reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque una onda de choque se genera entre las capas del material compuesto contra una pared deflectora (20) del rotor (26). Proceso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2 ó 3, caracterizado porque dos caras de pared ( 22, 22a) dispuestas coaxialmente a una distancia radial recíproca (a) giran una en relación con otra alrededor de su eje y los materiales compuestos o mezclas impulsados por fuerzas centrífugas se mueven y descomponen entre caras deflectoras (24) que se proyectan en forma radial de la paredes deflectoras.<EMI FILE="03037102_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
