为了克服现行高压输电线实心笨重、裸线、线损大等不足,本实用新型提供一种高压电线电缆,它能有效地减轻导体重量,减少线损,使之绝缘安全。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种高压电线电缆,包括塑料芯,导体层和绝缘层,其特征在于:在空心导体层里是塑料芯,导体层外包裹的是绝缘层。
本实用新型的有益效果是,减轻高压电线电缆的重量,降低材料成本,截面积可做大而材料重量不增加很多,铺设起来轻松方便;电阻减小,线路损耗减小,节约大量能源及资金;同时解决了以往裸线输电带来的接地频繁短路多,易发生高压触电的老大难问题。总之,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
导体层(2)可选用铜材、铝材或成本相对低廉的金属导电材料,塑料芯(1)和绝缘层(3)可选用聚乙烯或其它具有良好绝缘性能的材料,工业化批量生产时按照塑料芯外包裹导体层,导体外包裹绝缘层即为本实用新型产品。
