Abstract
本实用新型是一种滑雪鞋固定器可掀调式后背的弹性卡定装置，主要是固定器的后背基部与固定器底座后跟两侧枢结点附近分别设计一弹性卡定装置，而且可弹性扳动，在其自然转动方向对上述后背基部的一卡定部产生顶阻定位的作用，反之在释放时，让后背得以向后扳揿开放固定器的后跟部，以利滑雪鞋的向后穿进。
Description
本实用新型是提供一种有关于滑雪鞋固定器可掀调式后背的弹性卡定装置的设计，主要是设计一操控简便而且省力的卡定装置结构，以提高该可掀调式后背的实用性。
已有技术中，为便于滑雪鞋能由固定器后方穿进，改善传统滑雪鞋穿戴时，需反覆拆结固定器束带，致使穿戴较为费时，本实用新型旨在提供一种可将固定器跟部后背向后掀调开放，使滑雪鞋可由后方简易穿进，无需再拆结束带；该结构主要是由后背基部枢结于固定器底座跟端的结构，配合一分别设置在上述枢结点附近的弹性卡定装置所构成，确能提供使用者方便快速的穿戴效果。
本实用新型旨在提供一种新颖的弹性卡定装置，以求上述结构使用的更为便利，该装置是由两弹性元件分别弹性制结一转动件，贴置在固定器跟部的两边壁上，该转动件设有一卡阻端，可在转动件受弹性元件自然致动时朝后背基部的一卡定部方向弹性移顶，在该卡定部进入定位时，对它产生抵顶卡制作用，依此可顶持后背保持于直立封贴后跟侧状态；转动件的另一端则延伸设置有一拉引端，由该等拉引端的拉引可同步引动上述卡阻端，对卡定部的卡阻作用予以释放，让后背得以向后掀启，以达简易省力的目的。
本实用新型可在两侧转动件的拉引端间桥接一拉引索，藉对该拉引索施以单手拉提，即可对上述卡制作用予以释放，操作上更为简易可行，此为另一目的。
下面就结合附图，对本实用新型的结构特征、应用原理做进一步的说明：

请参图1-图2，该装置包括有装设在滑雪鞋固定器的底座10后跟11两侧壁12、13上适当位置上的转动件20，该转动件20具有一轴孔21，内串一轴承22，并以一轴件23予以串结枢定于上述装设侧壁12、13上；一弹性元件30以其一弹性端31定结在转动件20，另弹性端32定结于后跟两侧壁12、13上，令转动件20具有受弹性元件30的引动而适度旋转的动力；上述转动件20向固定器后背40枢结的方向，延设有一卡阻端24，该卡阻端24在自然状态具有朝向后背40基部41转移的趋势，而上述后背40的基部41处则再设一卡定部42，以利上述卡阻端24的移入卡顶，该卡定部42可为自基部41向外延设出一摺片所构成，恰适合受上述卡阻端24的端面241相贴接卡制；再有转动件20向另一方向延设形成一拉引端25，该拉引端25形成一长臂状，使拉引时更为简易省力，更可在两侧拉引端25间，桥接一拉引索50，使用人得以单手拉提即可同时相动两侧转动件20，应用上更为简便。
请参阅图3-图4，本实用新型的操作情况，在自然卡制状态时，后背40的卡定部42是与转动件20的卡阻端24相抵顶，致使后背40能受抵制支持在直立封闭固定器后跟方向的位置；而当转动件20的拉引端25受向上扳提时，转动件20即旋转而带动卡阻端24脱离对上述卡定部42抵顶的位置，以释放对后背40后掀途径的阻限，后背40得以向后扳启开放固定器的后跟方向，以利滑雪鞋60的穿卸；反之，当转动件20的拉引端25予以自然释放，则转动件20是弹性元件30的引动而朝向后背40的基部41方向转移，待后背40基部41的卡定部42再回扳至卡阻定位A(如图3所示)时，即自然再形成前述的卡制状态。因此，本实用新型能有效达到简便可行的后背弹性调掀作用。
Claims (6)
1.一种滑雪鞋固定器可掀调式后背的弹性卡定装置，包括有一固定器底座(10)、一固定器后背(40)及一转动件(20)所构成；其特征在于：底座(10)后跟处两侧设有两侧壁(12)、(13)，转动件(20)则弹性枢结于该两侧壁(12)、(13)适当位置上，其具有一卡阻端( 4)，在自然状态具有朝向后背基方向转移趋势，而上述后背的基部(41)处则设有一卡定部(42)，可在随后背掀调动作移入某一卡定位置时，受上述卡阻端(24)的卡阻；在转动件(20)上另生成一拉引端(25)，且该拉引端(25)以利操作者对转动件(20)的引动。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑雪鞋固定器可掀调式后背的弹性卡定装置，其特征在于：转动件(20)具有一轴孔内串一轴承，并以一轴件予以穿架枢结，在固定器底座(10)侧壁预设位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的滑雪鞋固定器可掀调式后背的弹性卡定装置，其特征在于：弹性元件(30)具有两弹性端，其中一弹性端是定结于转动件(20)，另一弹性端是定结于固定器底座(10)的侧壁上。
4.如权利要求1所述的滑雪鞋固定器可掀调式后背的弹性卡定装置，其特征在于：其中的拉引端是形成长臂状。
5.如权利要求1所述的滑雪鞋固定器可掀调式后背的弹性卡定装置，其特征在于：两侧拉引端(25)间桥接有一位引索(50)，以利单手拉引。
6.如权利要求1所述的滑雪鞋固定器可掀调式后背的弹性卡定装置，其特征在于：其中卡定部是为一自固定器后背(40)基部(41)向外延设出一摺片。
