The cleaning roller rotates and sets up in the casing subassembly, and the both ends of cleaning roller rotate with the casing subassembly respectively and be connected to make the cleaning roller can rotate relative to the casing subassembly.
When the cleaning roller cleans a surface to be cleaned, long and long foreign matters such as hair or wires are wound around the cleaning roller, so that the cleaning roller needs to be cleaned periodically. The existing cleaning roller is generally cleaned through auxiliary accessories after being cleaned or detached by a cutter, so that the cleaning roller is poor in cleaning effect, inconvenient to operate, low in efficiency, easy to dirty hands of a user and seriously affects the use experience of the user.
To solve the above-described problem, in the present embodiment, the housing assembly is provided with the mounting hole, and at least one of all the cleaning rollers can be mounted or dismounted from the housing assembly via the mounting hole. Specifically, the axis of the mounting holes is parallel to the axis of the scrub roller, which is generally along the length of the scrub head 200, and thus the mounting holes can be provided on the side walls of the housing assembly in the length direction. The mounting holes may be selected to be appropriately positioned according to different positions and different types of cleaning rollers. In one possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 2, mounting holes 232' are provided on the side walls of the housing assembly; in other possible implementations, mounting holes may also be provided on other component parts of the housing assembly.
In one possible implementation, the housing assembly includes a first side wall and a second side wall disposed opposite to each other, the mounting hole is disposed in the second side wall, one end of the cleaning roller away from the mounting hole is detachably connected to the first side wall, and one end of the cleaning roller close to the mounting hole passes through the mounting hole and is detachably connected to the second side wall.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning head 200 further includes a hair remover 25, and the hair remover 25 is provided at the mounting hole of the housing assembly and is capable of contacting the circumferential outer wall of the cleaning roller during the withdrawal of the cleaning roller in the withdrawal direction via the mounting hole, so as to achieve cleaning of the cleaning roller on the basis of the disassembly of the cleaning roller. The extraction direction is: when the cleaning roller is mounted on the housing assembly, a direction from an end of the cleaning roller remote from the mounting hole to an end of the cleaning roller proximate to the mounting hole is also parallel to the axis of the cleaning roller. Wherein, hair remover 25 includes a plurality of cleaning teeth 252, and a plurality of cleaning teeth 252 are arranged along the circumference interval of mounting hole, and it is around the circumference interval setting of cleaning roller, and cleaning teeth 252 are used for taking out the in-process through the mounting hole with the circumference outer wall contact of cleaning roller to realize the clearance.
Specifically, the cleaning roller may be a soft rubber rolling brush, a flocked rolling brush, a sponge rolling brush, a soft velvet rolling brush or a flannelette rolling brush. The surface of the soft rubber rolling brush is covered with a soft rubber layer, and a plurality of rows or single rows of rubber convex columns can be formed on the peripheral surface of the soft rubber layer; the surface of the bristle-planting rolling brush is provided with a plurality of bristle-planting bundles, and the bristle bundles can be planted in various modes and can be arranged parallel to the axis of the rolling brush or in a spiral shape; the surface of the sponge rolling brush is covered with a sponge layer, and the sponge layer can be PVA strong water-absorbing sponge, so that cleaning is realized through the water-absorbing property of the PVA strong water-absorbing sponge; the soft velvet rolling brush or the surface of the velvet rolling brush is provided with a soft velvet layer or a velvet layer for cleaning. In addition, the cleaning roller may be a member that directly contacts the floor surface, or may be other rolling bodies (described in detail below) provided on the cleaning head. Likewise, the hair remover 25 may be arranged in correspondence with the different types of cleaning rollers described above.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the hair remover 25 further comprises a ring-shaped body 251, wherein the ring-shaped body 251 is connected with the housing assembly, and the ring-shaped body 251 can be sleeved outside the cleaning roller. One end of the cleaning teeth 252 is connected to the inner side surface of the ring body 251, and the other end of the cleaning teeth 252 extends obliquely toward one end of the cleaning roller away from the mounting hole. The cleaning teeth 252 are obliquely arranged, so that the end parts of the cleaning teeth 252 can pick up long-strip-shaped foreign matters such as hairs or lines on the cleaning roller more easily when being pulled out, the long-strip-shaped foreign matters such as hairs or lines are ensured to be wound on the cleaning teeth 252, and the cleaning effect on the cleaning roller is improved.
To further facilitate the picking up of long and thin strips of foreign matter such as hair or wire by the cleaning teeth 252, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cross-sectional area of the cleaning teeth 252 is gradually reduced in a direction away from the ring-shaped main body 251, so that the end of the cleaning teeth 252 contacting the hair is a tip with a smaller cross-section, which facilitates the insertion of the cleaning teeth 252 between the cleaning roller and the long and thin strips of foreign matter such as hair or wire, thereby preventing the long and thin strips of foreign matter such as hair or wire from being pulled out of the housing assembly along with the cleaning roller. Wherein the cross section of the cleaning teeth 252 is perpendicular to the length direction of the cleaning teeth 252. As shown in fig. 4, a line defining the center of the tooth root to the center of the tooth tip of the cleaning tooth 252, which intersects the axis b of the ring body 251, is the length of the cleaning tooth 252. The length direction of the cleaning teeth 252 is the X direction, the section a is perpendicular to the X direction, and the section obtained by cutting the cleaning teeth 252 by the section a is a cross section. Here, the length direction of each cleaning tooth 252 is different, and the X direction in fig. 4 is the length direction corresponding to the cut cleaning tooth 252.
In this embodiment, the longitudinal section of the cleaning teeth 252 is trapezoidal, one bottom surface of the trapezoid is connected to the annular main body 251, and the other bottom surface of the trapezoid forms an end surface of the free end of the cleaning teeth 252; the sides of the trapezoid where the two waists are located are inclined to extend towards one end of the cleaning roller far away from the mounting hole. The longitudinal section is a section parallel to the longitudinal direction of the cleaning teeth 252 and passing through the axis b of the ring body 251. The longitudinal section is the section of the cleaning teeth 252 shown in fig. 4.
Specifically, cleaning teeth 252 include teeth 2521, where teeth 2521 include a first flank, a second flank, a third flank, a fourth flank, and a top land. Wherein the first and second flanks are aligned in the axial direction of the ring body 251, and the third and fourth flanks are aligned in the circumferential direction of the ring body 251. One end of the first flank, the second flank, the third flank and the fourth flank are all connected with the annular main body 251, and the other end is all connected with the tooth top surface, so that the cleaning teeth 252 are approximately of a quadrangular prism structure, and the tooth top surface forms the free end of the tooth portion 2521. To make the end of the cleaning teeth 252 smaller in size, the first and second flanks each extend obliquely toward the end of the cleaning roller remote from the mounting hole, and the distance between the third and fourth flanks gradually decreases in the radial direction of the mounting hole toward the center of the mounting hole.
In other embodiments, the cleaning teeth 252 may have other shapes, such as a circular, oval, or irregular shape in cross-section of the cleaning teeth 252.
To better catch on the long and thin foreign objects such as hair or wire, in one possible implementation, the cleaning teeth 252 include teeth 2521 and ribs 2522 disposed at an included angle, one end of the teeth 2521 is connected to the ring body 251, the other end is connected to the ribs 2522, and the teeth 2521 extend from the inner side of the ring body 251 toward the center of the mounting hole and are inclined toward the end of the cleaning roller away from the mounting hole. The ribs 2522 extend from the teeth toward an end of the cleaning roller remote from the mounting aperture. By arranging the tooth parts 2521, the distance between the end part of the cleaning teeth 252 and the surface of the cleaning roller is reduced, so that the cleaning teeth 252 can conveniently extend into long-strip-shaped foreign matters such as hairs or wires to contact with the long-strip-shaped foreign matters; the angle between the side of the ridge 2522 facing the center of the mounting hole and the surface of the cleaning roller is smaller than the angle between the side of the tooth 2521 facing the center of the mounting hole and the surface of the cleaning roller, so that the ridge 2522 is easier to be inserted between the hair or the long strip-shaped foreign matter such as a line and the cleaning roller, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the extending direction of the ribs 2522 may be substantially parallel to the axis of the cleaning roller so as to be able to intercept a long-shaped foreign matter such as hair or wire as the cleaning roller is pulled out.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the circular area surrounded by the free ends of the cleaning teeth 252 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the cleaning roller, so that the cleaning teeth 252 and the cleaning roller have a certain interference, which is beneficial to improving the cleaning effect on the foreign matters. For the sponge roller brush, soft lint roller brush, or lint roller brush mentioned above, the interference of the cleaning teeth 252 with the cleaning roller should be set relatively small to avoid increasing the withdrawal resistance of the cleaning roller; for the soft rubber rolling brush and the bristle planting rolling brush, the interference between the cleaning teeth 252 and the cleaning roller can be relatively large, which is beneficial to improving the cleaning effect on long and strip-shaped foreign matters such as wound hair or wires on the bristles; and the soft gel or bristle tufts have a certain flexibility and are capable of being deformed to pass through the circular area.
In one possible embodiment, the area of the cleaning teeth 252 in contact with the cleaning roller has at least one edge that can apply a shearing force to the wound hair or wire-like long-strip-like foreign matter when the cleaning teeth 252 pick up the foreign matter so that the hair or wire-like long-strip-like foreign matter can be severed to enhance the cleaning effect of the foreign matter.
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the housing assembly includes a housing 21 and a garbage can 23 disposed in the housing 21, and the cleaning roller includes at least two components, specifically: at least one rotating body 22 and at least one cleaning rolling brush 24, in this embodiment, the rotating body 22 is selected as a sponge rolling brush, the cleaning rolling brush 24 is selected as a bristle rolling brush, and of course, other suitable rolling brush types can be selected according to actual requirements. The rotator 22 is rotatably disposed on the bottom surface of the casing 21, and is used for contacting with a surface to be cleaned (such as the floor) to clean dirt; the garbage box 23 is detachably arranged in the shell 21, and one side of the garbage box 23 facing the rotating body 22 is provided with an inlet; the cleaning roller brush 24 is rotatably provided at an inlet of the trash box 23 and can abut against the rotating body 22 for cleaning dirt on a surface to be cleaned (for example, the rotating body 22).
In the following description, the cleaning roller is taken as an example in which the cleaning roller includes a rotating body 22 and a cleaning roller brush 24, the axes of the cleaning roller brush 24 and the rotating body 22 are parallel, and the axial dimensions of the cleaning roller brush 24 and the rotating body 22 may be approximately equal to improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller brush 24 on the rotating body 22. As shown in fig. 7, the mounting holes 232 and the hair remover 25 are provided at positions corresponding to the cleaning roller brush 24, and the circumferential outer wall of the cleaning roller brush 24 is in contact with the cleaning teeth 252 on the hair remover 25 during the drawing-out of the cleaning roller brush 24 through the mounting holes 232 to remove the cleaning roller brush 24.
The axis of the cleaning roller brush 24 is parallel to the axis of the rotor 22, and is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head 200. When the cleaning head 200 moves on a surface to be cleaned (e.g., a floor), the rotating body 22 actively rotates counterclockwise in the direction of the arrow shown in fig. 6, and the trash such as hair, debris, etc. on the surface to be cleaned can adhere to the rotating body 22 and move with the rotating body 22. Since the cleaning roller brush 24 is abutted against the rotating body 22, the cleaning roller brush 24 can be driven to rotate by the driving of the rotating body 22, that is, the cleaning roller brush 24 is not provided with a driving device, and is driven to move by the rotating body 22. It should be noted that: the rotating body 22 is in interference fit with the cleaning rolling brush 24, and the cleaning rolling brush 24 is driven by the rotating body 22 to rotate, but the contact point of the rotating body 22 and the cleaning rolling brush 24 generates relative movement, and the rotating speeds of the rotating body 22 and the cleaning rolling brush are different, so that the cleaning rolling brush 24 can clean dirt on the rotating body 22. The cleaning roller brush 24 cleans the surface of the rotating body 22, so that the impurities such as hairs and chips adhered to the surface of the rotating body 22 can be peeled off from the rotating body 22 and enter the garbage box 23 through the inlet of the garbage box 23, thereby realizing garbage collection. In this embodiment, the positioning notch 2611 is disposed at the circumferential edge of the movable end cap 261, and the positioning protrusion 253 is formed by extending the side wall of the sleeve 2511 in a direction away from the cleaning teeth 252 to simplify the structure of the hair remover 25.
In other embodiments, the movable end cover 261 is provided with the positioning convex portion 253, and correspondingly, the hair remover 25 is provided with the positioning notch 2611, which can also serve the purpose of preventing the movable end cover 261 from rotating along with the cleaning roller brush 24.
The cleaning head 200 further includes a fixed end cap 262, the fixed end cap 262 being fixedly disposed within the trash can 23, the first end of the cleaning roller brush 24 being rotatably inserted into the fixed end cap 262. Specifically, the fixed end cover 262 is disposed on the other side wall of the trash box 23 opposite to the side wall where the mounting hole 232 is located. The fixed end cover 262 is provided with a first rotation hole into which one end of the cleaning roller brush 24 is inserted and is in rotation fit with the first rotation hole. The arrangement is simple in structure, and the cleaning roller brush 24 and the fixed end cover 262 are convenient to assemble and disassemble.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the cleaning roller brush 24 includes a roller 241, a first rotating shaft 242 and a second rotating shaft 243, the first rotating shaft 242 is fixed to one end of the roller 241, and the first rotating shaft 242 is rotatably inserted into a first rotating hole of the fixed end cover 262. The second rotating shaft 243 is fixed to the other end of the drum 241, and the second rotating shaft 243 is rotatably connected to the movable end cover 261. Wherein, the first rotating shaft 242 and the second rotating shaft 243 can be fixedly connected with the roller 241 through screw thread pairs. The end surface of the roller 241 is spaced from the inner wall of the waste bin 23. The movable end cover 261 is provided with a second rotating hole, the second rotating shaft 243 penetrates through the second rotating hole, the clamp sleeve is arranged at one end, extending out of the second rotating hole, of the second rotating shaft 243, and the clamp is used for clamping the second rotating shaft 243 and abutting against one side, deviating from the garbage box 23, of the movable end cover 261 so as to fix the axial positions of the second rotating shaft 243 and the movable end cover 261.
In order to better clean the hair on the cleaning roller brush 24, the surface of the roller 241 in the cleaning roller brush 24 is provided with at least two ribs 247, the ribs 247 extend along the axial direction of the roller 241, and the at least two ribs 247 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the roller 241. By providing at least two ribs 247, the hair wound on the cleaning roller brush 24 is supported by the ribs 247, and the hair is prevented from directly contacting the surface of the roller 241, so that the cleaning teeth 252 can conveniently extend between the hair and the roller 241, the hair can be lifted, and the cleaning effect on the cleaning roller brush 24 can be improved.
Further, the end of the cleaning teeth 252 is lower than the top surface of the ribs 247, and at the same time, a gap exists between the end of the cleaning teeth 252 and the surface of the drum 241 outside the ribs 247, so that the cleaning teeth 252 can conveniently extend between the hair and the drum 241 and friction between the cleaning teeth 252 and the surface of the drum 241 is reduced.
Alternatively, the height of the ribs 247 is 0.3mm to 1mm, such as 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, or 0.9mm. The clearance between the end of the cleaning teeth 252 and the surface of the drum 241 other than the ribs 247 is 0.1mm to 0.5mm, for example, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.4mm. But ensures that the gap is less than the height of the ribs 246, i.e., that the free end of the cleaning teeth 252 can extend into the recessed areas formed between adjacent ribs 247 to facilitate lifting of the entangled hair. The ribs 247 and gaps in the height ranges described above not only ensure that the hair is effectively supported and prevent direct contact between the hair and the roller 241 to facilitate the end of the cleaning teeth 252 extending between the hair and the surface of the roller 241, but also provide for possible contact between the cleaning teeth 252 and the surface of the cleaning roller 24 when the cleaning roller 24 is drawn sideways to reduce the drag experienced by the cleaning roller 24 when drawn.
In this embodiment, the cleaning roller brush 24 is a bristle-bearing roller brush, i.e. bristles are implanted on the roller 241. Specifically, the cleaning roller brush 24 includes a first bristle assembly 244, the first bristle assembly 244 being disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the drum 241, the first bristle assembly 244 including a plurality of first bristles, the first bristles being capable of contacting the rotating body 22 to thereby sweep hair and foreign substances such as particles thereon.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first bristles may be arranged in a straight line along the axis of the drum 241, or the plurality of first bristles may be arranged in an S-shape, or the plurality of first bristles may be arranged in a spiral shape around the axis of the drum 241, which may serve to clean the rotor 22.
Further, the distribution mode of the plurality of first bristles in the S-shaped arrangement or the spiral arrangement enables the first bristle component 244 to form a plurality of point contacts with the rotating body 22, compared with the line contact of the bristles in the straight arrangement with the rotating body, the friction force between the cleaning rolling brush 24 and the rotating body 22 can be reduced, and the cleaning rolling brush 24 is ensured to clean sundries on the rotating body 22 with reasonable contact force and contact point.
In this embodiment, the number of first bristle sub-assemblies 244 is one. In other embodiments, the number of the first bristle assemblies 244 may be at least two, and at least two first bristle assemblies 244 are spaced along the circumference of the drum 241, i.e., form multiple first bristles arranged in a spiral shape, so that the hair is more easily wound on the cleaning roller brush 24, thereby improving the cleaning effect on the rotating body 22.
In this embodiment, the cleaning roller brush 24 further includes a second bristle assembly 245, the second bristle assembly 245 includes a plurality of second bristles, the plurality of second bristles are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the roller 241, and the second bristle assembly 245 is disposed at one end of the roller 241 near the hair remover 25. By arranging the second bristle assembly 245, on one hand, the friction between the cleaning rolling brush 24 and the rotating body 22 can be increased appropriately according to actual needs; on the other hand, the hair can be prevented from contacting the second rotating shaft 243, so that the problem that the second end of the cleaning roller brush 24 and the movable end cover 261 are disabled or blocked due to the fact that the hair is wound on the second rotating shaft 243 or the cleaning teeth 252 is avoided.
In addition, when the cleaning roller brush 24 is pulled out and the first end is separated from the hair remover 25, more hair is accumulated on the second end of the cleaning roller brush 24 and the end of the cleaning teeth 252, so that the resistance between the cleaning roller brush 24 and the hair remover 25 is large, and the second bristle assembly 245 is not arranged at the end of the roller 241 far away from the hair remover 25, so that the effort of a user when pulling out the cleaning roller brush 24 can be avoided, and the use experience of the user can be improved.
In some embodiments, the cleaning roller brush 24 may be provided with second bristle assemblies 245 at both ends to increase the friction between the cleaning roller brush 24 and the rotating body 22 according to actual needs.
To prevent hair from moving towards the first end of the cleaning roller brush 24 into the first rotation aperture, the cleaning roller brush 24 further comprises a third bristle assembly 246, the third bristle assembly 246 being disposed at the first end of the roller brush, the third bristle assembly 246 comprising a plurality of tufts of third bristles, the tops of the third bristles extending obliquely to the side wall of the waste bin 23 connecting the first end of the cleaning roller brush 24. I.e. the third bristles extend obliquely upwards from the surface of the roller 241 and towards the fixed end cap 262 to avoid hair entering the first rotation hole, thereby ensuring a rotational fit of the first shaft 242 with the first rotation hole.
In some possible implementations, the cleaning roller brush 24 may be arranged on a housing assembly outside the waste bin 23, and accordingly the hair remover 25 and the movable end cap 261 are arranged to follow the cleaning roller brush 24, so as to ensure that the cleaning roller brush 24 passes through the hair remover 25 at all positions in the axial direction during the extraction process, so as to improve cleaning of the surface of the cleaning roller brush 24.
In order to achieve better cleaning effect, the first bristles are arranged spirally around the axis of the drum 241 in this embodiment, however, the bristles may be implanted on the rib 247, and the height of the rib 247 is steep, that is, the curvature change at the junction of the rib 247 and the non-rib is large, so that the rib 247 is easily broken. To avoid the breakage of the rib 247, a notch is usually provided on the rib 247 to avoid the bristle implantation position, or no bristle implantation is performed on the rib 247 to avoid the breakage of the rib 247. In addition, the height of the rib 247 may cause a large resistance of the hair cleaner to the cleaning roller brush 24 when the cleaning roller brush 24 is pulled out, and a user may have difficulty in assembling and disassembling the cleaning roller brush 24 and a poor cleaning effect of the linear hair planting.
To solve the above problem, the outer circumferential surface of the drum 241 includes concave and convex cambered surfaces alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, and ribs 247 are formed at the convex cambered surfaces. The concave cambered surface and the convex cambered surface which are alternately arranged can enable the section profile of the roller 241 to be a curve with different curvatures, and the curvatures of the curve are alternately arranged to enable the section shape of the roller 241 to be petal-shaped. In some embodiments, the absolute values of the curvatures of the concave and convex cambered surfaces may or may not be equal. The structure of this kind of cylinder 241 both can form bead 247, can make bead 247 have the height that is slower again to even implant the brush hair on bead 247, also can not cause bead 247 to fracture, so, the position and the mode of planting the hair are not restricted, need not to dodge the bead, and the distribution of planting the hair on the periphery is more even. The small height of the ribs 247 can also reduce the resistance applied when the cleaning roller brush 24 is pulled out, so that the cleaning roller brush 24 can be assembled and disassembled more easily, and the use experience of a user is improved.
It will be appreciated that in the above embodiments, the cleaning head 200 comprising one rotor 22 and one cleaning roller brush 24 is one possible implementation, and in some other possible implementations, the cleaning head 200 may comprise at least one rotor 22 and at least one cleaning roller brush 24, and the number of the rotors 22 and the cleaning roller brushes 24 may be selected and combined according to actual requirements to improve the cleaning effect.
Of course, in some other possible implementations, the cleaning head 200 may not be provided with the cleaning roller brush 24, but only include at least one rotor 22 to clean a surface to be cleaned (e.g., floor); the rotor 22 may not be provided, but at least one cleaning roller brush 24 may be provided to clean other surfaces to be cleaned in the cleaning head 200, which may be provided according to actual requirements.
Regardless of how the rotor 22 and the cleaning roller brush 24 are combined in number, the respective hair remover 25 may be arranged according to actual requirements and structures to ensure that the rotor 22 and/or the cleaning roller brush 24 pass through the cleaning teeth 252 of the hair remover 25 at various positions in the axial direction thereof during the extraction process, so as to enhance cleaning of the surface of the rotor 22 and/or the cleaning roller brush 24.
To improve the cleaning effect on the rotating body 22, as shown in fig. 14, the cleaning head 200 further includes a sewage squeezing bar 215, where the sewage squeezing bar 215 is disposed below the upper cover 211 of the housing 21 and abuts against the top of the rotating body 22; the casing 21 further comprises a sewage cavity 213 and a clear water cavity 214, wherein the sewage cavity 213 is arranged on one side of the sewage extrusion strip 215 close to the garbage box 23, the clear water cavity 214 is arranged on one side of the sewage extrusion strip 215 away from the garbage box 23, and a sewage inlet communicated with the sewage cavity 213 and a clear water outlet communicated with the clear water cavity 214 are arranged on the casing 21. When the cleaning head 200 works, the rotating body 22 rotates anticlockwise as shown in fig. 11, the rotating body 22 carries dirt to pass through the cleaning rolling brush 24, and the cleaning rolling brush 24 cleans the impurities such as hair, particles and the like on the rotating body 22 to the garbage box 23; the rotating body 22 continues to rotate, sewage carried by the rotating body 22 passes through the sewage extrusion strip 215, and the sewage extrusion strip 215 can be abutted with the rotating body 22 so as to extrude the sewage adsorbed on the rotating body 22, so that the sewage overflows. Overflowed sewage enters the sewage chamber 213 through the sewage inlet to achieve sewage collection. The rotating body 22 after the sewage is extruded passes through the clean water cavity 214, and clean water in the clean water cavity 214 is contacted with the rotating body 22 through the clean water outlet to wash the rotating body 22. During the rotation of the rotating body 22, the rotating body 22 repeatedly passes through the cleaning rolling brush 24, the sewage cavity 213, the sewage squeezing strip 215 and the clean water cavity 214, so that the cleaning effect is achieved.
In this embodiment, the cleaning roller brush 24 cleans the solid impurities such as hair and particulate matters of the rotating body 22, and the matching of the sewage squeezing strip 215, the sewage cavity 213 and the clean water cavity 214 can wash the rotating body 22, so as to clean the liquid dirt on the rotating body 22, thereby improving the cleaning effect on the rotating body 22.
In this embodiment, the casing 21 further includes a clean water box and a sewage box, both of which are disposed on the bottom surface of the upper cover 211, in which a clean water cavity 214 is formed, and in which a sewage cavity 213 is formed. To reduce the number of parts of the cleaning head 200, a protrusion is protruded from a bottom of one end of the sewage box, which is close to the clean water box, and the protrusion forms the sewage pressing bar 215, so that the function of the sewage pressing bar 215 is integrated in the sewage box to simplify the structure.
In order to facilitate the supply of clean water and the extraction of sewage, a sewage flow passage and a clean water flow passage are arranged in the casing 21, one end of the sewage flow passage is communicated with the sewage cavity 213, the other end is communicated with the sewage tank, one end of the clean water flow passage is communicated with the clean water cavity 214, and the other end is communicated with the clean water tank.
