Claims (15)

1. An earphone box, characterized by comprising:
A main housing (1) having an earphone placement groove (13) capable of accommodating an earphone (200);
An ejection mechanism (2) provided in the main casing (1) and having an ejection position state and a storage position state; in the storage position state, the earphone (200) can be completely stored in the earphone storage groove (13); in the ejection position state, the ejection mechanism (2) can eject the earphone (200) out of the earphone placing groove (13); the push-out mechanism (2) is pushed by the pushed earphone (200), so that the push-out position state and the storage position state can be switched.

Earphone box according to claim 1, characterized in that the ejection mechanism (2) comprises an elastic element (24), a slider (21) and a limiting element (23), the slider (21) being slidably mounted inside the main housing (1), the elastic element (24) being connected to the slider (21) capable of pushing the slider (21) to remain towards the ejection position; the sliding block (21) is provided with a limiting part (212) corresponding to the storage position, and the limiting piece (23) can be matched with the limiting part (212) so as to lock the sliding block (21) at the storage position; by pushing the slider (21) to move by the pressed earphone (200), the limit piece (23) can be pushed into or out of the position matched with the limit part (212).

Earphone box according to claim 2, characterized in that the stop (23) has a hook (231) at one end and the other end is rotatably mounted in the main housing (1); the sliding block (21) is provided with a limiting sliding groove (211) matched with the hook (231), the limiting part (212) is arranged in the limiting sliding groove (211), and the hook (231) enters or leaves from the position matched with the limiting part (212) through the guiding of the limiting sliding groove (211).

A headphone case according to claim 3, characterized in that the limit chute (211) comprises a first chute (2111), a second chute (2112), a third chute (2113) and a fourth chute (2114), the first chute (2111) being located between the hinged end of the limit piece (23) and the limit portion (212); the second slideway (2112) is positioned at one side of the limiting part (212) opposite to the first slideway (2111); the third slideway (2113) and the fourth slideway (2114) are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the limit part (212); the hooks (231) slide along the first slide way (2111) and the third slide way (2113) and then enter the second slide way (2112), so that the sliding block (21) slides from an ejection position to a storage position; the hooks (231) slide along the second slide way (2112) and the third slide way (2113) and then enter the first slide way (2111), so that the sliding block (21) slides from the storage position to the ejection position.
5. The earphone box according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of limit steps (2115) are provided in the limit chute (211) to achieve unidirectional sliding of the hook (231) in the third slide (2113), the second slide (2112) and the fourth slide (2114).
6. The earphone box of claim 4, wherein the second ramp (2112) has a corner (2121) at a center thereof that points toward the first ramp (2111).
7. A headset box according to claim 3, characterized in that the ejector mechanism (2) further comprises a headset carrier (22) movably mounted in the headset housing groove (13), the headset carrier (22) being connected to the slider (21).

The earphone box according to claim 7, wherein the main housing (1) comprises an inner housing (11) and an outer housing (12), and the outer housing (12) is sleeved outside the inner housing (11); the earphone placing groove (13) is arranged on the inner shell (11), a sliding block mounting groove (114) is further formed in the outer wall of the inner shell (11), and the sliding block mounting groove (114) is communicated with the earphone placing groove (13) through a sliding hole; the slider (21) and the limiting piece (23) are arranged in the slider mounting groove (114), and the slider (21) is connected with the earphone supporting plate (22) through the sliding hole.

The earphone box according to claim 8, wherein an elastic member mounting chamber (115) is further provided at one side of the earphone placement groove (13), the elastic member (24) is mounted in the elastic member mounting chamber (115), and the slider (21) extends into the elastic member mounting chamber (115) to be connected with the elastic member (24).
10. Earphone box according to claim 8, characterized in that the inner housing (11) is also fitted with a protective cover (25), the slide (21) and the stop (23) being covered in the protective cover (25).
11. Earphone box according to claim 10, characterized in that the protective cover (25) is provided with an elastic pressing piece (251) matched with the limiting piece (23), and the elastic pressing piece (251) presses the hook (231) into the limiting sliding groove (211).

The earphone box according to claim 8, wherein the inner case (11) includes a battery mounting portion (111) and first and second earphone mounting portions (112, 113) respectively located on opposite sides of the battery mounting portion (111), the first and second earphone mounting portions (112, 113) are respectively provided with the earphone placement groove (13), and the battery mounting portion (111) is provided with the battery (3).
