A plurality of fasteners 22 are positioned on the air inlet, the fasteners 22 overlying the air inlet to divide the air inlet into a plurality of regions.
The support column 23 is connected to the fixing member 22 or the case 10. Of the plurality of support columns 23, a part of the support columns 23 is connected to the case 10, and a part of the support columns 23 is connected to the fixing member 22.
In the case where the support columns 23 are connected to the fixing members 22, as shown in fig. 6, one fixing member 22 is connected to two support columns 23, and at this time, the two support columns 23 are located on opposite sides of the fixing member 22.
As shown in fig. 14, the support column 23 is connected to the case 10.
The axial direction of the support column 23 is parallel to the extending direction of the cross member 21.
For example, the axial direction of the support column 23 is a first direction, the extending direction of the fixing member 22 is a second direction, and the first direction intersects with the second direction. The angle between the first direction and the second direction may be 90 degrees, etc.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the above-mentioned one fixing member 22 is connected to at least one first clamping portion 24, for example, one fixing member 22 is connected to one first clamping portion 24, or one fixing member 22 is connected to two first clamping portions 24, and at this time, the two first clamping portions 24 are located at opposite sides of the fixing member 22.
The support columns 23 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first clamping portions 24, and one support column 23 corresponds to one first clamping portion 24.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 11, the oil screen assembly 30 described above is coupled to the stationary assembly 20. As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the oil screen assembly 30 includes: a plurality of oil screen members 31, a plurality of second engaging portions 32, and a plurality of guide portions 33.
The oil screen 31 has a plurality of openings which allow the passage of oil fumes. The shape of the opening can be long strip-shaped, and a plurality of long strip-shaped openings are distributed at intervals.
The oil screen 31 covers the area of the air intake between two adjacent fixing members 22.
As shown in fig. 15, the one oil screen 31 is connected to two second engagement portions 32. For example, the oil screen 31 may have a plate-like structure, the oil screen 31 includes an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface is a surface facing the inside of the case 10, the outer surface is a surface facing the outside of the case 10, and the two second clamping portions 32 are respectively located on the same side surface of the plate-like structure, on the inner surface of the oil screen 31, and on opposite sides of the surface in the first direction.
As shown in fig. 16, the above-mentioned one oil screen 31 is also connected to two guide portions 33. The two guiding portions 33 and the two clamping portions are located on the same side surface of the same oil screen piece 31, the plurality of guiding portions 33 and the plurality of second clamping portions 32 are in one-to-one correspondence, and one guiding portion 33 and one second clamping portion 32 are arranged in correspondence.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the second clamping portion 32 of the oil screen assembly 30 is clamped with the first clamping portion 24 of the fixing assembly 20, and the guiding portion 33 of the oil screen assembly 30 abuts against the supporting column 23 of the fixing assembly 20, so as to connect the oil screen member 31 with the fixing assembly 20, and achieve detachable installation of the oil screen member 31.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a range hood 100, set up range hood 100 and include box 10, fixed subassembly 20 and oil net subassembly 30, set up fixed subassembly 20 and include a plurality of mounting 22 to and with mount connection support column 23, first joint portion 24, set up oil net subassembly 30 and include a plurality of oil net spare 31, and second joint portion 32 and the guide part 33 of being connected with oil net spare 31 for second joint portion 32 and first joint portion 24 joint, guide part 33 and support column 23 butt make realize detachable installation between oil net spare 31 and the fixed subassembly 20, thereby make the user comparatively convenient at installation and dismantlement oil net spare 31.
In addition, in the embodiment of the disclosure, by providing the plurality of oil screen members 31 and the plurality of fixing members 22, each oil screen member 31 covers the area between two adjacent fixing members 22 in the air inlet, so that each oil screen member 31 corresponds to one cooking bench, thus the size of each oil screen member 31 is smaller (for example, the length of a single oil screen member 31 is smaller), and when a user cleans the oil screen member 31, the cleaning is more convenient, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 16, the second clamping portion 32 protrudes in a direction in which the oil screen 31 approaches the air intake port. The second clamping portion 32 protrudes from the inner surface of the oil screen member 31.
For example, the second engaging portion 32 is connected to the upper portion of the oil screen 31.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the first clamping portion 24 and the second clamping portion 32 are mutually matched to realize connection between the oil screen member 31 and the fixing member 22, and the first clamping portion 24 has various structures and can be selectively arranged according to actual requirements.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 17, the first clamping portion 24 includes a body portion and a through hole; the body part is of a plate-shaped structure or a substantially plate-shaped structure, and is provided with a through hole.
The second clamping portion 32 extends into the through hole, and the second clamping portion 32 is clamped with the through hole.
The second engaging portion 32 may have an elastic structure, and when the oil screen member 31 is mounted, a user applies an external force to the oil screen member 31. When the second clamping portion 32 passes through the through hole, elastic deformation occurs under the extrusion of the hole wall of the through hole and external force applied by a user, for example, the overall size of the second clamping portion 32 becomes smaller than the diameter of the through hole, and then the second clamping portion 32 passes through the through hole. After passing through the through hole, the second clamping portion 32 recovers to deform (for example, recovers to the original size, is larger than or slightly larger than the diameter of the through hole), so that the second clamping portion 32 is not easy to separate from the through hole under the condition of no external force.
As shown in fig. 19, for example, the second clamping portion 32 may be a claw, where the claw includes a plurality of elastic pieces surrounding a circle, and when the claw is pressed, each elastic piece of the claw is retracted inwards, so that the overall size of the claw is reduced.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 15, 20, and 21, the guide portion 33 protrudes in a direction in which the oil screen 31 approaches the air intake port.
For example, the guide 33 is connected to the lower portion of the oil screen 31. The guide portion 33 and the second engagement portion 32 are located on the same side of the oil screen 31.
The guide part 33 comprises a mounting curved surface 331 and a guide plate connected with the mounting curved surface 331; the mounting curved surface 331 is recessed in a direction approaching the cross member 21.
The curved mounting surface 331 abuts the support post 23 and the guide plate contacts the fixing member 22. Therefore, when the oil screen member 31 is mounted to the fixing assembly 20, the guide portion 33 can be easily rotated along the support column 23, and the mounting curved surface 331 is not easily separated from the support column 23 during rotation, so that the mounting is easy.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 13, the direction of extension of the securing member 22 is different from the direction of extension of the cross member 21. The fixing member 22 extends in the second direction and the cross member 21 extends in the first direction.
For example, the extending directions of the plurality of fixing members 22 may be the same, and the plurality of fixing members 22 may be parallel to each other. The distance between any two adjacent fixtures 22 may be the same.
As shown in fig. 8, the plurality of fixtures 22 includes: two first fixing members 221 and at least one second fixing member 222.
It will be appreciated that the number of securing members 22 is cooperatively arranged with the number of oil screen members 31.
For example, in the case where the oil screen assembly 30 includes two oil screen members 31, the fixing assembly 20 includes two first fixing members 221 and one second fixing member 222, and the second fixing member 222 is located between the two oil screen members 31.
As another example, where the oil screen assembly 30 includes three oil screen members 31, the securing assembly 20 includes two first securing members 221 and two second securing members 222, the second securing members 222 being located between adjacent two oil screen members 31.
Two first fixing members 221 are respectively connected to opposite sides of the cross member 21, for example, the two first fixing members 221 are located at both ends of the cross member 21 in the extending direction thereof.
Along the extension of the cross-piece 21, at least one second fixing piece 222 is located between two first fixing pieces 221.
For example, when one second fixing member 222 is located between two first fixing members 221, the one second fixing member 222 is located at an intermediate position of the two fixing members 22.
When the number of the at least one second fixing member 222 is plural, the plurality of second fixing members 222 are arranged at intervals.
With the above arrangement, when one of the oil screen members 31 in the oil screen assembly 30 needs to be cleaned, only the one oil screen member 31 can be detached, and the oil screen member 31 can be cleaned individually.
In some examples, a first fastening portion 24 is connected to the first fixing member 221, and a support column 23 corresponding to the first fastening portion 24 is connected to the case 10.
For example, when the first fixing member 221 is the fixing member 22 on the left side of the case 10, the first engaging portion 24 is located on the right side of the fixing member 22, and the support column 23 is connected to the left side wall of the case 10.
For another example, when the first fixing member 221 is the fixing member 22 on the right side of the case 10, the first clamping portion 24 is located on the left side of the fixing member 22, and the supporting column 23 is connected to the right side wall of the case 10.
In some examples, two first clamping portions 24 are connected to the second fixing member 222, and the two first clamping portions 24 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the second fixing member 222 and two support columns 23 corresponding to the two first clamping portions 24 are connected to the second fixing member 222, and the two support columns 23 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the second fixing member 222.
For example, two support columns 23 are located at both left and right sides of the second fixing piece 222, and are located at the lower portion of the second fixing piece 222. The two first clamping portions 24 are located at the left side and the right side of the second fixing piece 222, and are located at the upper portion of the second fixing piece 222.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 17 and 22, the second fixing member 222 includes: a diverter plate 223. A diverter plate 223 is positioned within the housing 10 with the diverter plate 223 separating the air inlets.
Illustratively, the diverter plate 223 is coupled to the housing 10 and the securing member 22.
