Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment water-washable diaper includes a pants-type main body having a skin-care layer 1 and a water-blocking layer 2; the crotch part of the trousers-shaped main body is provided with a first wicking piece 3, and the first wicking piece 3 is arranged between the skin-attaching layer 1 and the water-resisting layer 2; the two sides of the crotch part are provided with opposite leg wrapping edges 4; the skin-adhering layer 1 comprises a moisture permeable region 101 which is overlapped with the first wicking piece 3, side leakage barrier strips 102 which are arranged at two sides of the moisture permeable region 101, and side edge regions 103 which are connected between the side leakage barrier strips 102 and the leg wrapping edges 4; the first wicking element 3 is connected to the side regions 103.
The skin layer forms the skin surface of the trouser body, and the water-resistant layer forms the exposed surface of the trouser body.
The pant-type body includes, but is not limited to, the following structures: the elastic waist of trousers with a closed loop shape is not adjustable in the loose state length, but the elastic waist of trousers with a closed loop shape is adjustable in the loose state length, and the elastic waist of trousers with an open loop shape is switchable into a closed loop shape. The open loop locations of the waist of the pant are not limited, including but not limited to the waist side or front abdomen, and the number of open loop locations may generally be selected to be one or two, such as in existing pant diaper packaging structures.
Unlike paper diaper, the fabric of the water-washable diaper is mainly spun, which has good dimensional stability and water-washing resistance, but the strength of the spun fabric is related to the thickness of the spun fabric. In order to obtain a predetermined number of laundering times for a laundered diaper, a woven fabric having a certain water absorption capacity is also typically of a certain thickness. It will be appreciated that the side regions 103 are only the portions of the material that are connected between the side leakage barriers 102 and the leg side wrapping edges 4, i.e. the panel comprising the side regions 103 also comprises portions of the side regions 103 that are used to form the side leakage barriers 102 and the leg side wrapping edges 4.
Specifically, the connection between any two fabric cut pieces in the diaper can be selected as suture connection or hot melt adhesive. The problem of water blocking and penetration transfer must be avoided at the hot melt adhesive site, so that in some panel joints where water penetration is required, stitch joints are preferred. In addition, the drying temperature of the common drying equipment is about 100 ℃, and the ageing of the hot melt adhesive can be accelerated by washing and drying for many times, so that the seam parts of the diaper are preferably connected by adopting the stitching lines.
The moisture permeable region 101 is separated from the side regions 103 by side leakage barriers 102. The moisture permeable area 101, the side leakage blocking strips 102 and the side edge area 103 are made of the same fabric cut piece, specifically, the cut piece is arched towards one side of the skin-facing surface to form a laminated part, the laminated part is bonded by hot melt adhesive, or the laminated part is sewn by stitching to form the side leakage blocking strips 102 protruding from the surface of the cut piece, and the laminated structure of the side leakage blocking strips 102 comprises double layers of fabric of the moisture permeable area 101; or the moisture permeable area 101 and the side edge area 103 are respectively one fabric cut piece, the side leakage blocking strip 102 is made by laminating and sewing the side edges of the two cut pieces, and the laminated structure of the side leakage blocking strip 102 comprises two layers of fabrics of the moisture permeable area 101 and the side edge area 103.
The first wicking element 3 is connected with the side edge region, that is, the first wicking element 3 spans on two sides of the side leakage barrier strip 102, which is beneficial to improving the absorption amount and absorption rate of the side leakage urine passing through the side leakage barrier strip 102. In addition, the side regions of the side leakage barriers 102 and leg side wrapping 4 are deformable loose cloth. The two leg side wrapping edges 4 of the crotch of the back-draft diaper can flatten the diaper, and the same actions are easy to occur in the process of washing the diaper, and the joint of the first wicking member 3 receives a large draft force during the actions, and the draft force accelerates the fiber breakage or the thinning of the fabric at the joint of the first wicking member 3 which is made of nonwoven material or sparse and woven material (such as gauze), thereby affecting the side leakage prevention effect of the diaper. The deformation of the facing material in the side regions 103 helps to cushion the drafting forces described above and extend the service life of the water-washable diaper as compared to the sewing of the first wicking member 3 with the leg-side wrapping edges 4. The area of attachment of the first wicking element 3 to the side edge region 103 is spaced from the leg side wrapping edge 4 to further cushion the draft force.
The first wicking member is a sheet-like structure, optionally having a woven or nonwoven material.
Further, the side edges of the first wicking element 3 are connected with the side regions 103. The laminate may be selected as a fold in the one-piece side region.
In another embodiment, shown in fig. 4-5, the side regions 103 have facing away from the skin and back sides, and the laminate 1031 of the side regions 103, which is arched toward the back side, is sewn to the first wicking member 3. The stitch of the laminated portion 1031 and the first wicking member 3 is located on the back skin side, the skin-facing surface has no bad touch, and the skin-facing surface of the laminated portion 1031 forms a folding groove 1032 that guides and facilitates absorption of side leakage urine. In fig. 3, a broken line indicates a folding groove formed in the skin-facing surface by the lamination portion 1031. The straight line through the seam in fig. 5 represents the sewing stitch.
In fig. 5, the folding slot 1032 has a first slot surface and a second slot surface located at two sides of the folding seam, the first slot surface is on the same side as the side leakage blocking strip 102, the second slot surface is on the same side as the leg wrapping edge 4, the wicking element is a compressible wicking body, and the fabric layer corresponding to the first slot surface is tightly attached to the wicking body, so as to facilitate improving the probability of absorbing the side leakage urine on the first slot surface. It will be appreciated that in normal use the leg-side wrapping 4 will conform to the wearer's skin and the width of the bottom of the trough will gradually narrow and the side leakage urine will more readily accumulate at the bottom of the trough and be absorbed rapidly rather than further flowing across the second trough face and trough width and through the leg-side wrapping 4.
In addition, the fabric in the side edge region is moisture permeable, the first wicking member 3 pulls the lamination portion 1031 toward the crotch center of the pant-type main body, and when urine is absorbed by the first groove surface and the bottom of the folding groove and wet in a normal wearing state, the first groove surface and the bottom of the folding groove are sunken and far away from the groin of the wearer to form tender skin (the skin is easy to cover prickle or diaper rash), the direct contact surface of the wet area and the skin of the wearer is small, the irritation of the urine to the skin is reduced, and the skin at the groin of the wearer is protected.
The first wicking member 3 is disposed in a stacked relationship on the side of the stacked portion remote from the leg-side wrapping edge. It will be appreciated that the first wicking member 3 is provided on both sides of the suture and that the suture has a predetermined degree of tightness. The first wicking member 3, which is a loose side seam, also contributes to an increased absorption of urine from the side leakage because of the smaller thickness of the laminate at the seam. In addition, water-washing rubbing increases the chances of breaking, stretch-thinning, of the nonwoven or sparse, spun-wicking material at the seam. The thickness of the laminated structure formed by stitching the laminated part 1031 and the two layers of the first wicking pieces 3 is larger, the laminated structure tends to be harder after absorbing water, and compared with the laminated part 1031/the single layer of the first wicking pieces 3, the possibility of fracture and thinning of the stitching part after washing and kneading for several times is higher, so that the service life of the washing diaper is shortened.
In some embodiments, the side leakage barrier 102 has a hydrophobic skin-facing surface.
Urine is not absorbed by the side leakage barrier ribs 102 or is less absorbed by the skin-contacting surface of the side leakage barrier ribs 102, maintaining soft touch and skin-friendly properties of the dry side leakage barrier ribs 102. The hydrophobic and hydrophilic surfaces are made by local water-repellent treatment of the side leakage barrier strips 102 or by compounding the side leakage barrier strips 102 with hydrophobic fabrics.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the side leakage barrier 102 comprises a first hydrophobic edge 1021. Further, the laminated structure of the side leakage barrier 102 of the previous embodiment is sandwiched between two laminated parts of the first hydrophobic edge 1021, for example, two layers of fabric of the moisture permeable region 101 and the side region 103 are sandwiched. The first hydrophobic finish 1021 is fixedly attached to the laminate structure of the side leakage barrier 102, such as by a finish stitch bond, or by hot melt adhesive.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the side leakage barrier rib 102 extends from the crotch portion to the front abdomen and the back waist of the pant-type main body, and the first hydrophobic wrapping has elastic force along the extending direction of the side leakage barrier rib 102.
Further, the leg-side wrapping 4 also has elastic force. In a normal wearing state, the elastic first wrapping edge and the leg-side wrapping edge 4 are attached to the skin of the wearer, so that the concave degree of the folding groove 1032 is increased, and the effect of the connecting structure of the laminated part 1031 of the side edge region and the first wicking member 3 on the inguinal skin protection is further optimized.
In this embodiment, the elasticity of the first hydrophobic edge 1021 along the extending direction of the side leakage blocking strip 102 is greater than the elasticity of the overlapped edges of the two layers of fabric of the moisture permeable area 101 and the side edge area 103, and the stretched and deformed first hydrophobic edge 1021 is in stitch connection with the overlapped edges of the moisture permeable area 101 and the side edge area 103, so that the elasticity of the side leakage blocking strip 102 along the extending direction is provided, the elastic fit of the side leakage blocking strip 102 and the body surface of the diaper wearer is ensured, and the normal movement of the diaper wearer is not affected.
Specifically, the first hydrophobic binding 1021 is a hydrophobic elastic webbing. Further, the hydrophobic elastic webbing has a skin-friendly pile surface, which is used as a skin-facing surface of the side leakage barrier strip 102.
When the urine volume is great in the twinkling of an eye, the hydrophobic side leakage barrier strip 102 can increase the probability of urine side leakage, and side district 103 and first wicking member 3 can absorb the side leakage urine fast, guarantee the good use experience of urine trousers.
In another embodiment, shown in fig. 5, the leg-side wrapping 4 is provided with a second hydrophobic wrapping 401, and the skin layer 1 and the water-blocking layer 2 are sandwiched between two laminated portions of the second hydrophobic wrapping 401.
In this embodiment, the second hydrophobic binding 401 is also an elastic binding, and has elasticity in the extending direction of the leg-side binding 4. Similarly, the first hydrophobic edge 1021 of the second hydrophobic edge 401 which is stretched and deformed is in stitch connection with the outer side edge of the side edge region 103 and the overlapped edge of the water-resistant layer 2, so that the elasticity of the leg-side wrapping edge 4 in the extending direction is endowed, the elastic fit of the leg-side wrapping edge 4 and the body surface of the diaper wearer is ensured, and the normal movement of the diaper wearer is not influenced.
