本实用新型公开了一种楼房水箱，其主要特征是 箱体(1)为聚乙烯滚塑桶形整体结构，箱体(1)的上部 设有带盖人孔(2)和浮球室(5)，箱体(1)的下部设有 出水管(7)和排污管(8)。本实用新型结构简单、密封 性能好，不渗漏、不积污、重量轻，既便于搬运安装，又 便于清洗。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种楼房水箱，特别是中、高层楼房使用的饮用水箱。
目前，中、高层楼房一般均设有屋顶水箱，现有的屋顶水箱主要有混凝土水箱和钢制水箱。混凝土水箱的主要缺点是必须与屋顶连成一体，不能搬运，重量大，箱体受水和空气侵蚀容易渗漏和污染水质，清洗也比较困难。钢制水箱由于长期放置在露天使用，容易锈蚀，密封性能差，使用寿命较短，加工搬运不方便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种密封性能好、不渗漏、清洗方便、重量轻、能保持水质良好的饮用水箱。
本实用新型的箱体（1）为聚乙烯桶形整体结构，箱体（1）的上部设有带盖入孔（2）和浮球室（5），进水管（6）和溢流管（3）分别穿过浮球室（5），出水管（7）和排污管（8）位于箱体（1）下部，浮球（4）安装在浮球室（5）内，以控制进水。

本实用新型实施例为卧式水箱，箱体（1）用改性聚乙烯滚塑工艺制作成形，直径 2000mm，总高度为1930mm，总容积5.2m3，盛水容积为5m3。箱体（1）的上部设有可以开启的带盖入孔（2）和浮球室（5），浮球（4）安装在浮球室（5）内，控制进水管（6）的启闭。若水位过高，水便从溢流管（3）排出。出水管（7）和排污管（8）分别安装在箱体（1）的下部，开启排污管（8），沉淀在箱底的污物可经排污管，排至箱外。
本实用新型为园桶形整体结构，可制作成立式也可制成卧式。无焊缝，密封性能好，不渗漏，不积污，水箱重量仅为水泥水箱容水吨位的6％左右，搬运安装方便。由于桶体上部设有入孔，下部设有排污管，便于清洗。
