Integrated continuous operation soil and underground water pollution treatment device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental engineering, and particularly relates to an integrated continuous operation soil and underground water pollution treatment device.
Background
At present, domestic soil pollution can be divided into three types, namely farmland pollution, industrial site pollution, mine pollution and the like. With the accelerated progress of industrialized urbanization, the strategy of urban 'two-in-three' is implemented, and the moved enterprises mainly comprise industrial enterprises of chemical industry, steel, nonferrous metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, light industry and the like. The factory soil and underground water environment of the enterprises are seriously influenced by industrial activities and the pollution of three wastes, and the polluted soil needs to be repaired and treated after risk assessment to reduce the risk so as to meet the requirement of changing the land utilization property. In recent years, with the rapid expansion of the market scale of urban construction and development, urban land resources are becoming increasingly scarce. The replaced industrial land and the land utilization property can be changed, and the land with high environmental quality requirements, such as commercial land and residential land, is developed and constructed. Therefore, the industrial land is transformed after the urban land resources are re-planned, and the treatment of polluted soil and underground water becomes an urgent and necessary task.
The foreign soil remediation has the history of 40-50 years, forms a specialized and practical soil remediation technology system, a complete remediation industrial chain and a remediation market, and has a mature remediation process, matched remediation materials and complete remediation equipment. The soil pollution treatment and restoration work in China starts late, at present, more advanced technologies and equipment are introduced from foreign countries, or secondary development, digestion and absorption are carried out according to the national conditions of China on the basis of the foreign technologies and equipment to form localized technologies and equipment. The technical level and the engineering experience are still in the stages of practice, improvement, exploration and summary. The contaminated soil remediation is relatively fast in development in recent years, the technologies such as cement kiln cooperation, incineration, landfill and the like are mainly adopted at first, and the contaminated soil remediation is gradually developed into the mainstream technologies and combined remediation technologies such as thermal desorption, chemical oxidation, vapor phase extraction, solidification/stabilization, leaching remediation and the like, and meanwhile, an engineering technical system matched with in-situ remediation and ex-situ remediation is established.
The multiphase extraction technology is widely applied abroad and is relatively mature, and the domestic engineering application of the multiphase extraction technology for treating polluted soil and underground water is late, only a few pilot-scale tests are carried out, and large-scale engineering application demonstration and self-developed multiphase extraction equipment is not available.
