Description

Combined tray
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of trays, in particular to a combined tray.
Background
The tray is a logistics unit matched with logistics equipment such as a forklift, a goods shelf and the like for use, can be used for storing, loading and carrying goods, and is one of the necessary logistics equipment in modern logistics storage. The plastic tray is a common tray at present, and the main reasons are as follows: the plastic tray can replace a wood tray to reduce the damage to the forest, and the environment-friendly requirement is better met; plastic pallets are more desirable in some special industries, for example, in the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry, plastic pallets are favored and pursued by the food and pharmaceutical industry due to the characteristics of corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, rust resistance, moth resistance, mildew resistance and the like, and in addition, compared with the traditional wood pallets, plastic pallets also have the characteristics of high bearing performance, long service life and the like, so that in recent years, plastic pallets are widely applied in the fields of chemical industry, light textile industry, manufacturing industry and the like.
The existing plastic pallet (or pallet for short) is usually constructed with fork holes or fork grooves matched with the fork of a forklift, so that the fork of the forklift can be smoothly inserted into the fork holes or fork grooves of the plastic pallet in the actual use process, the whole pallet and goods placed on the pallet are supported by the fork, and the goods are convenient to transfer; the plastic trays are usually formed by injection molding, so that the sizes of the existing plastic trays are all related to the sizes of the molds, namely, the molds of one size can only produce the plastic trays of one size, on one hand, the sizes of the existing plastic trays are relatively fixed, and the requirements of customers on the plastic trays of special sizes are not met, for example, the sizes of the existing plastic trays are usually 1m × 1.2m and 1m × 1.4m, and the requirements of customers on the plastic trays of 1m × 1.3m are not met; on the other hand, the cost of the plastic tray is greatly increased, because the plastic tray of each size needs a mould with a corresponding size, and the cost of the mould is very high, when customers need plastic trays of various sizes or plastic trays of special sizes, the moulds with corresponding sizes need to be separately developed, so that the cost is greatly increased; particularly, when a customer needs a plastic tray with a larger size, for example, when the customer needs a plastic tray with a size of 1m × 2m, a mold with a larger size needs to be developed, which not only has a very high development cost of the large-size mold and greatly increases the cost, but also has a high process difficulty of producing the large-size plastic tray by using the large-size mold, and thus the production quality is difficult to ensure, and needs to be solved urgently.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims to solve the problems that the size of the existing plastic tray is fixed and cannot meet the requirement of customers on the plastic tray with special size due to the fact that the size of the existing plastic tray is related to the size of a mould, the cost is very high due to the fact that the plastic tray with new size needs to be developed with the mould with corresponding size, and the existing plastic tray is particularly not beneficial to producing the plastic tray with larger size, provides a combined tray with simple structure and reasonable design, can obtain the plastic trays with various sizes only by combining according to actual requirements, does not need to respectively develop the mould with corresponding size aiming at the plastic tray with each size, particularly does not need to develop the mould with large size, and therefore, the cost can be greatly reduced, and the main conception is as follows:
the utility model provides a combination tray, includes tray and first extension strake, first extension strake has the width of setting for, and first extension strake detachable concatenation is in the side of tray for increase the length or the width of tray. In the combined tray, the tray can be made by adopting a common mould in the prior art and also can have a common size in the prior art, so that the tray is convenient to form, the cost is reduced, and the universality is improved; by arranging the first extension edge strips with the set width and splicing the first extension edge strips on the side faces of the tray in a detachable mode, on one hand, the length or the width of the tray can be increased by utilizing the width of the first extension edge strips, the purpose of changing the size of the tray is achieved, various combined trays with different sizes can be obtained on the basis of the same tray, different size requirements can be met, on the other hand, the first extension edge strips can be installed and detached conveniently, so that workers can install or detach the first extension edge strips with various sizes according to actual requirements, and follow-up reassembly, replacement and tray recovery are facilitated; compared with the prior art, the combined tray with different sizes is obtained by combining the tray and the at least one first extension edge strip, the defect that a mold with one size can only produce one size tray in the prior art can be overcome, the combined tray with different sizes can be obtained by the mold with one size, the market demand can be met, the cost can be greatly reduced, the combined tray with larger size can be obtained by the combination mode, the large-size mold does not need to be correspondingly developed, the cost can be obviously reduced, the process difficulty for manufacturing the large-size tray can be reduced, and the production quality can be better guaranteed.
