The multi-purpose vehicle capable of freely passing on water, surface and underwater on land as claimed in claim 1, wherein a lower exhaust mode is used on land, when entering water, the floating ball valve closes the lower exhaust port, instead of upper exhaust, when diving, the floating ball valve closes the exhaust channel, and simultaneously the air compressor is started, and when a set pressure is reached, the relief valve automatically opens to exhaust waste gas out of the vehicle.
