2. The rice cooker according to claim 1, characterized in that said first inner pot (20) and said second inner pot (30) are both hemispherical shells.

a second gear (52), the second gear (52) being mounted on an output shaft of the motor (51), the first gear (45) and the second gear (52) being in mesh.
8. The rice cooker as claimed in claim 5, wherein a discharge hole (441) is formed in the second rotating shaft (44), the discharge hole (441) extends into the sealed cavity, and a control valve (46) is formed in the discharge hole (441).
9. The rice cooker of claim 8, further comprising a conversion joint (47), wherein the conversion joint (47) is connected with the exhaust hole (441).
10. The rice cooker of claim 4, characterized in that it further comprises a locking assembly (60), said locking assembly (60) being mounted between said first inner pot (20) and said second inner pot (30) to fix said first inner pot (20) and said second inner pot (30) together.
11. The rice cooker of claim 10, wherein the latch assembly (60) comprises:
the first fixing seat (61), the first fixing seat (61) is fixedly arranged on the second outward turning edge (31), and a buckling position (611) is arranged on the first fixing seat (61);
the second fixed seat (62), the said second fixed seat (62) is fixedly mounted on said first flanging (21);
the hook component (63) is mounted on the second fixed seat (62), and the hook component (63) has a locking position in fit connection with the buckling position (611) and an unlocking position separated from the buckling position (611).

the hook assembly (63) comprises:
a first hook (631), wherein a first toggle block (6311) is arranged on the first hook (631), and the first toggle block (6311) passes through one of the two elongated holes (621);
a second hook (632), wherein a second toggle block (6321) is arranged on the second hook (632), and the second toggle block (6321) passes through the other of the two elongated holes (621);
a first elastic element (633), the first elastic element (633) abutting between the first hook (631) and the second hook (632).

The rice cooker of claim 12, wherein the locking assembly (60) further comprises a positioning plate (64), the positioning plate (64) is mounted on the second fixing seat (62) and surrounds the second fixing seat (62) to form a positioning cavity (65), and a stop plate (641) is arranged on the positioning plate (64);
the hooking parts of the first hook (631) and the second hook (632) extend out of the positioning cavity (65), positioning parts (634) are arranged on the first hook (631) and the second hook (632), and the positioning parts (634) are positioned in the positioning cavity (65);
