It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the utility model provides a parking device, including ratchet 1, pawl 2, pivot 3, pawl return part 4, locking mechanism 5 and actuating mechanism 6, pawl 2 rotates through pivot 3 to be connected on the casing of derailleur and can switch back and forth between unblock position and locking position, ratchet 1 sets up on the input shaft of derailleur relatively fixed ground, the one end orientation of pawl 2 one side of ratchet 1 is formed with latch 211, latch 211 dorsad one side of ratchet 1 is formed with the pressure-bearing portion.
The ratchet wheel 1 can be fixedly arranged on an input shaft of the transmission in a spline connection mode, so that the ratchet wheel 1 and the input shaft of the transmission rotate integrally, namely the ratchet wheel 1 is provided with an inner spline hole 11, and an outer spline is arranged on the input shaft of the transmission. The input shaft can be locked by the locking ratchet 1, for a transmission of a single-gear electric vehicle, the input shaft and the output shaft are in hard connection through a gear, and the parking of the vehicle can be realized by the locking ratchet 1.
In the locking position, the latch 211 is clamped into the tooth groove of the ratchet 1; in the unlocking position, the latch 211 is disengaged from the tooth groove of the ratchet 1; the force exerted by the pawl return member 4 on the pawl 2 is such that the pawl 2 always has a tendency to rotate towards the unlocked position.
The locking mechanism 5 comprises a cam shaft 51, a limit plate 52, a cam 53 and an energy storage component 54, wherein the limit plate 52 is fixed on the cam shaft 51, the cam 53 is rotatably sleeved on the cam shaft 51, and the energy storage component 54 is connected between the limit plate 52 and the cam 53.
When the transmission is in the P gear, the driving mechanism 6 drives the cam shaft 51 to rotate by a preset locking angle along a first rotation direction, the cam shaft 51 rotates to drive the cam 53 to rotate along the first rotation direction through the limiting plate 52 and the energy storage part 54, and the pawl 2 is driven to rotate from the unlocking position to the locking position through the contact between the cam 53 and the pressure bearing part.
After the cam shaft 51 rotates by the preset locking angle, the pawl 2 directly reaches the locking position from the unlocking position or the pawl 2 reaches the false locking position from the unlocking position; in the false locking position, the pawl 2 interferes with the tooth crest of the ratchet wheel 1 and cannot be clamped into the clamping groove of the ratchet wheel 1, the energy storage part 54 can store energy in a time period from the moment that the pawl 2 and the tooth crest of the ratchet wheel 1 are just contacted to the moment that the cam shaft 51 finishes rotating by the preset locking angle, and when the ratchet wheel 1 rotates due to the rotation of a wheel (for example, an automobile is parked on a slope), the cam 53 pushes the pawl 2 to rotate towards the locking position under the acting force of the energy storage part 54 until the pawl 2 reaches the locking position.
Namely, the locking is just locked, no part interferes with the rotation of the pawl 2 in the rotation process of the pawl 2, and the pawl 2 rotates until the clamping teeth 211 are clamped with the tooth grooves of the ratchet 1; the other is that, in the rotation process of the pawl 2, the tooth crest of the ratchet wheel 1 firstly contacts and interferes with the latch tooth 211 of the pawl 2, so that the latch tooth 211 cannot be immediately clamped into the tooth slot of the ratchet wheel 1, at the moment, when the automobile slides, the wheels rotate to drive the output shaft and the input shaft of the transmission to rotate, and then the ratchet wheel 2 rotates along with the rotation until the latch tooth 211 of the pawl 2 is completely clamped into the tooth slot of the ratchet wheel 1. Thus, when the automobile is placed on a slope, the limp-home locking is realized without an additional locking structure, and is realized by a simple structure of delaying locking.

In the unlocking position, the first arc surface 5321 abuts against the pressure bearing part; in the locking position, the second arc surface 5322 abuts against the pressure receiving portion. Since the radius of the first arc surface 5321 is smaller than the radius of the second arc surface 5322, when the first arc surface 5321 abuts against the bearing portion, the teeth of the pawl 2 are disengaged from the tooth grooves of the ratchet 1. When the second arc surface 5322 abuts against the pressure-receiving portion, the latch of the pawl 2 is engaged with the tooth groove of the ratchet 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the pawl 2 includes a pawl body 21, a pin 22 and a roller 23, the pawl body 21 is rotatably connected to a housing of the transmission through the rotating shaft 3, one end of the pawl body 21 forms the latch 211, one side of the latch 211 opposite to the ratchet 1 forms a roller groove, the roller 23 is rotatably connected to the roller groove through the pin 22, and the roller 23 forms the bearing portion. When the cam 53 pushes the pawl 2, the roller 23 is in contact with the cam 53 as a bearing part, and the roller 23 and the cam 53 roll and rub with each other, so that the friction force between the pawl 2 and the cam 53 can be reduced.
