传统的货车车箱仓栅式后门,都是由左右两扇门板构成,其缺点是,门板面积大,开启时需要占用较大的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决仓栅箱后门,采用两扇门板结构,开启时占用空间大的问题,设计一种门板可以折叠的后门。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种货车仓栅箱折叠式后门,其特殊之处是,在后门口的左边框上装有左平开门板,左平开门板的外边沿上装有外展的左翻折门板,左平开门板与左边框、左翻折门板之间分别装有铰链;后门口的右边框上装有右平开门板,右平开门板的外边沿上装有外展的右翻折门板,右平开门板与右边框、右翻折门板之间分别装有铰链;左平开门板、左翻折门板、右平开门板、右翻折门板四者的宽度均为后门口宽度的四分之一,四者的高度与后门口的高度相吻合。
关闭后门口时,以铰链为转折点,将左平开门板、右平开门板、左翻折门板、右翻折门板依次向里翻转,使四者排列在后门口上即可;开启后门口时,以铰链为转折点,先将左翻折门板、右翻折门板向后翻折,使其分别与左平开门板、右平开门板贴合,再向后翻折左平开门板、右平开门板即可。
本实用新型的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现一种结构新颖,操作方便,开启时可节省一半空间的仓栅箱后门。

关闭后门口2时,以铰链7为转折点,将左平开门板4、右平开门板5、左翻折门板1、右翻折门板8依次向里翻转,使四者排列在后门口2上即可;开启后门口2时,以铰链7为转折点,先将左翻折门板1、右翻折门板8向后翻折,使其分别与左平开门板4、右平开门板5贴合,再向后翻折左平开门板4、右平开门板5即可。
