背景技术
目前的服装面料主要采用棉、毛、化纤等纱线织造而成，衣服相互摩擦会产生静电，因此对于服装面料的抗静电性能的研究一直是本领域的关注点。因此对于沙发所用的家纺面料也需要提高其抗静电性能。
现在，公告号为CN205890028U的中国实用新型专利，公开了一种抗静电沙发面料，包括上层面料和下层面料，上层面料和下层面料之间通过粘合层连接，下层面料由雪尼尔纱和棉纱编织成斜纹组织；上层面料的上表面设有上抗静电层，上层面料由表经和表纬交织成平纹组织，表经和表纬都为段染纱，表纬包括第一纬纱和用于顶起第一纬纱以形成图形的第二纬纱，表经由涤纶、棉和导电纤维混纺而成，表纬由涤纶、亚麻和间位芳纶纤维复合而成。本实用新型能够同时抵抗外部静电和内部静电，具有持久有效的抗静电效果。
但是上述技术方案在，下层面料由雪尼尔纱制成，清洗时易变形收缩，无法通过熨烫抚平，造成无法将面料重新安装到沙发上。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型在于提供一种防静电的沙发面料，达到清洗后不易变形的目的。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：一种防静电的沙发面料，包括基布层，所述基布层由经线和纬线编制而成，所述经线为超细纤维， 所述纬线为亚麻纤维，所述基布层的上表面设有高效保暖纤维制成的保暖层。
通过采用上述技术方案，利用易清洁的超细纤维和亚麻纤维作为基布层，并利用亚麻纤维的防静电性使面料启到了防静电的目的，并利用柔软的超细纤维减缓了亚麻纤维硬质感，使面料更加的舒适透气，利用高效保暖纤维增强了面料的柔然度，并具有优良的吸湿速干、抗起毛起球等特点，亚麻纤维和高效保暖纤维具有较强的抗皱性和保持性，减轻面料清洗后变形收缩的情况。
本实用新型进一步设置为：所述超细纤维为海岛纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案，利用海岛纤维具有良好的悬垂性，质地轻薄等特点，使面料的触感更加舒适，并增强了面料的防水透气性、吸水性。
本实用新型进一步设置为：所述基布层的下表面设有竹纤维层。
通过采用上述技术方案，利用竹纤维的特性，使面料具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性，而且具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能，使面料更加安全健康。
本实用新型进一步设置为：所述竹纤维层的下表面设聚四氟乙烯涂层。
通过采用上述技术方案，利用四氟乙烯的特性增强了面料的防水性，减少水通过面料渗入沙发内部从而引起沙发内部霉变，同时增强了竹纤维层的耐磨性。
本实用新型进一步设置为：所述保暖层的上表面设有舒适层，所述舒适层为羊皮层。
通过采用上述技术方案，使舒适层手感更加柔软、舒适，并具有良好的透气性、抗拉性，使面料更加舒适耐用。
本实用新型进一步设置为：所述舒适层的上表面设有耐磨层，耐磨层为聚氨酯涂层。
通过采用上述技术方案，增强了羊皮层的耐磨性，保护的羊皮层，增长了面料的使用寿命。
综上所述，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：吸湿快干、抗静电、易清洁且不易变形并且柔软、透气性好使用舒适，而且耐磨性好抗拉性，使用寿命长。

一种防静电的沙发面料，如图1所示，从上而下依次包括舒适层2、保暖层3、基布层4和竹纤维层5，为了避免影响面料的透气性，采用点胶的方式将各个面料层粘合。其中舒适层2为羊皮层，利用羊皮的表面较柔软，毛孔细小的特点，使面料的手感更加柔软舒适。为了增强舒适层2的耐磨性，在舒适层2的上表面涂覆有耐磨层1，该耐磨层1为聚氨酯涂层，利用聚氨酯的抗磨损、耐挠曲、抗老化等特性增强了舒适层2的耐磨性，保护了舒适层2，减少了舒适层2的磨损，增强了面料的使用寿命，同时聚氨酯涂层还具备耐寒性好、透气、可洗涤、加工方便等优点，使面料使用更加舒适。
保暖层3为高效保暖纤维制成，因高效保暖纤维的表面和截面均为内外贯穿的蜂窝状微孔结构，具有很好的中空度，可以储存热能量大，使面料的保暖性更佳，手感更加柔软蓬松，同时还具有优良的吸湿快干、抗起毛起球、清洗后不易变形、极好的染色性和优雅光泽的特性。
结合图2，基布层4由经线和纬线编制而成，经线为超细纤维41，其中的超细纤维41为海岛纤维，该海岛纤维由耐候尼龙制成，利用耐候尼龙的抗静电的特性使面料不易产生静电，纬线为亚麻纤维42，利用亚麻纤维42的防静电的特性使面料不易产生静电，亚麻纤维42还具有较强的抗皱性和保持性，达到面料清洗后不易变形的效果；利用柔软的超细纤维41减缓了亚麻纤维42硬质感，使面料更加的舒适透气，利用海岛纤维增强了面料的柔然度，并具有优良的吸湿快干、抗起毛起球，两种纤维均是易清洁的纤维，使面料到达了易清洁的效果。
利用竹纤维层5具有良好的透气性、较强的耐磨性的特点，使面料更加舒适耐用，而且竹纤维还具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭等功能，使面料使用安全健康。在竹纤维层5的下表面涂覆有聚四氟乙烯涂层6，利用四氟乙烯的特性增强了面料的防水性，减少水通过面料渗入沙发内部从而引起沙发内部霉变，同时增强了竹纤维层5的耐磨性。

1.一种防静电的沙发面料，其特征是：包括基布层（4），所述基布层（4）由经线和纬线编制而成，所述经线为超细纤维（41）， 所述纬线为亚麻纤维（42），所述基布层（4）的上表面设有高效保暖纤维制成的保暖层（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电的沙发面料，其特征是：所述超细纤维（41）为海岛纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电的沙发面料，其特征是： 所述基布层（4）的下表面设有竹纤维层（5）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防静电的沙发面料，其特征是：所述竹纤维层（5） 的下表面设有聚四氟乙烯涂层（6）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电的沙发面料，其特征是：所述保暖层（3）的上表面设有舒适层（2），所述舒适层（2）为羊皮层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防静电的沙发面料，其特征是： 所述舒适层（2）的上表面设有耐磨层（1），耐磨层（1）为聚氨酯涂层。
