农村分布式光伏运维装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及分布式光伏发电,具体地说是农村分布式光伏运维装置。
背景技术
分布式光伏发电凭借绿色环保、无损耗、无污染等优势作为21 世纪主推的新能源得到国家和政府的大力支持和政策扶持,国务院2013 年出台了《关于促进光伏产业健康发展的若干意见》、国家***下发《关于发挥价格杠杆作用促进光伏产业健康发展的通知》、国家能源局《关于进一步落实分布式光伏发电有关政策的通知》,财政部对光伏发电的政策性补贴也做了明确规定,作为新能源推进的主导者国家电网公司已经制定了一系列技术规程、工作规范和管理制度,建立了完整的分布式电源受理、并网、运作和结算体系,为农村光伏的推广应用铺平了道路。
但是存在的一个问题是,在农村大多数的村民对光伏发电的认识程度不高。对于扶贫项目,考虑到成本问题,分布式光伏一般不配套远程监控***,缺乏定期的检查、清洗、维修的工作。长此以往,一旦设备出现故障或存在发电问题时,都无法在第一时间或很快发现,不能及时去检查和排除设备存在的问题,给光伏农户及投资方造成经济损失,发电收益无法保证,光伏寿命也会大打折扣。
因此智能化的农村分布式光伏运维装置将对农村光伏的建设起到积极的推进作用。
实用新型内容
为了实现光伏发电的运行与维护,本实用新型提出了农村分布式光伏运维装置。该装置通过运维装置的设计与操作运行,解决光伏发电运行与维护的技术问题。
本实用新型解决问题所采用的方案是:
PV光伏板通过光伏逆变器和双向计量电表与公共电网电路连接,光伏逆变器通过RS485通信渠道输入给光伏运维装置,并通过GPRS通信渠道输入给投资方监测终端。
光伏运维装置的一侧装有GPRS通信渠道和语音提示扬声器,在光伏运维装置的前面装有LCD显示屏,在LCD显示屏的右侧装有蓝色清洁指示灯和红色异常报警指示灯,在光伏运维装置面板的下部分别装有橙色按钮光伏示教按钮,蓝色按钮光伏清洁确认按钮,红色按钮光伏异常上报按钮和黑色按钮界面切换按钮。
所述光伏示教按钮为橙色按钮,光伏清洁确认按钮为蓝色按钮,光伏异常上报按钮为红色按钮和界面切换按钮为黑色按钮。
光伏运维装置主控芯片 STM32F407上分别通过I/O数据通信渠道连接有光伏示教按钮,光伏清洁确认按钮,光伏异常上报按钮和界面切换按钮。并通过I/O数据通信渠道连接有LCD显示屏和SD卡,还通过RS232通信渠道与GPRS通讯渠道模块相互连接,通过I2S与语音提示扬声器相互连接。在主控芯片上还通过I/O连接有蓝色清洁指示灯和红色异常报警指示灯。
积极效果,本实用新型的优点在于,一种农村分布式光伏运维装置页面显示信息简明清晰;具备示教功能,可提高农户对光伏发电的认知程度;多色按钮确认功能简单易辨识,便于农户进行学习和操作;语音提示功能够使用户掌握并执行光伏运维的需求。适宜作为农村光伏发电运行与维护的装置与方法应用。
通过本实用新型的实施,可以缓解安装了分布式光伏的农村用户因为不懂光伏而被动地对光伏不管不顾的现象,使农户提高对光伏发电的认知程度,更好地了解安装于自家中的光伏***运行情况,并能够主动地参与到光伏的基础运维,辅助投资方对分布式光伏完成本地运维工作,提高分布式光伏的运行寿命,最大化地提升光伏发电的经济效益。

具体实施方式
据图1所示,PV光伏板1通过光伏逆变器2和双向计量电表3与公共电网4电路连接,光伏逆变器通过RS485通信渠道5输入给光伏运维装置6,并通过GPRS通信渠道8输入给投资方监测终端7。
光伏运维装置的一侧装有GPRS通信渠道和语音提示扬声器16,在光伏运维装置的前面装有LCD显示屏9,在LCD显示屏的右侧装有蓝色清洁指示灯14和红色异常报警指示灯15,在光伏运维装置面板的下部分别装有橙色按钮光伏示教按钮10,蓝色按钮光伏清洁确认按钮11,红色按钮光伏异常上报按钮12和黑色按钮界面切换按钮13。
所述光伏示教按钮为橙色按钮,光伏清洁确认按钮为蓝色按钮,光伏异常上报按钮为红色按钮和界面切换按钮为黑色按钮。
光伏运维装置主控芯片17 STM32F407上分别通过I/O数据通信渠道19连接有光伏示教按钮,光伏清洁确认按钮,光伏异常上报按钮和界面切换按钮;并通过I/O数据通信渠道连接有LCD显示屏和SD卡18,还通过RS232 20通信渠道与GPRS通讯渠道模块相互连接,通过I2S 21与语音提示扬声器16相互连接;在主控芯片上还通过I/O连接有蓝色清洁指示灯和红色异常报警指示灯。
工作过程:
一种农村分布式光伏运维装置,具备基本信息显示功能、光伏知识教学示范功能、设备异常报警功能、光伏板清洁语音提示功能。
LCD显示屏,用于显示光伏***的基本运维信息,包含3组界面,其中两组为光伏运行界面,一组为示范教学界面。***默认显示第一组光伏运行界面,通过黑色按钮可在两组光伏运行界面间进行切换。第一界面显示光伏的基础运行信息,包括光伏板温度、气象信息、运行日期、清洁日统计、光伏日发电量及发电总量。第二界面显示光伏运行电气量信息,包括输入电压、电流、功率;输出电压、电流、功率信息。通过按动橙色按钮,可以从光伏运行界面切换到分布式光伏示范教学界面,教学界面中将对光伏***中各模块的作用、正常状态、使用注意事项、清洁方法及运维方式以简单易懂的动画形式显示,同时通过语音提示扬声器向农户进行讲解。按动黑色按钮可回到光伏运行界面。
一种农村分布式光伏运维装置包含蓝色清洁指示灯;红色异常报警指示灯;当清洁日累积到30天时,蓝色清洁指示灯自动闪烁,同时在下午5点时由语音提示扬声器向农户发出清洗提醒;用户按动蓝色按钮进行确认,一种农村分布式光伏运维装置同时将清洁累计日清零,开启下一清洁统计周期。具体清洗方式农户可通过示教界面进行学习。
当一种农村分布式光伏运维装置分析接收到的光伏运行信息存在异常状况时,红色异常报警指示灯亮起,同时语音提示扬声器发出报警提示音。用户在按动红色按钮进行确认的同时,即通过GPRS模块向远端投资方终端传输一个设备异常紧急情况信号,使远端投资方尽早获知相应分布式光伏设备的异常信息,并及时安排维修,减少投资商及农户的经济损失。
装置内部主控芯片采用STM32F407型号ARM单片机,负责完成装置的逻辑运算、数据收发处理、音频视频信号读取输出等功能。主控芯片STM32F407通过I/O数据接口与SD卡进行数据通信,SD卡中存放光伏示范教学视频文件,文件采用avi格式;SD卡中还存放报警及清洁语音提示的音频文件,文件采用wav格式。主控芯片STM32F407通过与SD卡数据交互读取视频及音频文件,并依靠LCD显示屏及扬声器进行显示和声音输出。主控芯片STM32F407通过I/O数据接口与LCD显示屏连接,采用16位并行方式。主控芯片STM32F407通过I2S集成电路内置音频总线与扬声器进行数据传输,完成音频信号的输出。主控芯片STM32F407通过I/O数据接口获取10-13的4组按钮的状态信息,处理各按钮对应的逻辑功能。主控芯片STM32F407根据逻辑处理结果,通过I/O数据接口向蓝色清洁指示灯和红色异常报警指示灯发出闪烁指示。主控芯片STM32F407通过20-RS232通信方式,将设备异常报警等状态信号与GPRS模块通信,GPRS模块会将数据发送给终端投资商。

1.农村分布式光伏运维装置,其特征是:
PV光伏板(1)通过光伏逆变器(2)和双向计量电表(3)与公共电网(4)电路连接,光伏逆变器通过RS485通信渠道(5)输入给光伏运维装置(6),并通过GPRS通信渠道(8)输入给投资方监测终端(7);
光伏运维装置的一侧装有GPRS通信渠道和语音提示扬声器(16),在光伏运维装置的前面装有LCD显示屏(9),在LCD显示屏的右侧装有蓝色清洁指示灯(14)和红色异常报警指示灯(15),在光伏运维装置面板的下部分别装有橙色按钮光伏示教按钮(10),蓝色按钮光伏清洁确认按钮(11),红色按钮光伏异常上报按钮(12)和黑色按钮界面切换按钮(13);
光伏运维装置主控芯片(17) STM32F407上分别通过I/O数据通信渠道(19)连接有光伏示教按钮,光伏清洁确认按钮,光伏异常上报按钮和界面切换按钮;并通过I/O数据通信渠道连接有LCD显示屏和SD卡(18),还通过RS232 (20)通信渠道与GPRS通讯渠道模块相互连接,通过I2S (21)与语音提示扬声器(16)相互连接;在主控芯片上还通过I/O连接有蓝色清洁指示灯和红色异常报警指示灯。
