Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种光敏复合织物,所述的复合面料从内到外由舒适面料层(1)和光敏面料层(2)组成;所述的舒适面料层(1)由锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺纱织成,所述的光敏面料层(2)由光敏复合纤维织成,所述的光敏复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以光敏变色纤维为芯层,以涤纶纤维为皮层,芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为(4-9):10。本实用新型的光敏复合织物,通过织物结构设计,使得外层面料层起到光敏的作用;舒适面料层提供接触舒适性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种光敏复合织物,属于功能性化纤技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对穿着的舒适性的要求也越来越高,人们对于织物不仅追求漂亮的外观,还需要织物具备其他的功能,如具有吸湿排汗、抗菌光敏、阻燃耐热、防紫外线、防水透气等,这对面料的阻燃隔热功能提出了更高的要求。
功能性织物的生产有纺丝前加入功能性助剂制成功能性纤维和织成织物后再用功能性助剂进行后整理两种方法,前者效果持久,耐洗性好,但是处理工艺比较复杂,后者处理工艺较简单,但生产中三废多 ,其耐洗性及效果较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种光敏复合织物。
本实用新型的光敏复合织物,所述的复合面料从内到外由舒适面料层(1)和光敏面料层(2)组成;所述的舒适面料层(1)由锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺纱织成,所述的光敏面料层(2)由光敏复合纤维织成,所述的光敏复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以光敏变色纤维为芯层,以涤纶纤维为皮层,芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为(4-9):10。
优选地,
所述的舒适面料层(1)中锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维和棉纤维的重量百分数分别为10%、80%和10%。
本实用新型的光敏复合织物,通过织物结构设计,使得外层面料层起到光敏的作用;舒适面料层提供接触舒适性。

如图1所示,本实用新型的光敏复合织物,所述的复合面料从内到外由舒适面料层(1)和光敏面料层(2)组成;所述的舒适面料层(1)由锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺纱织成,所述的光敏面料层(2)由光敏复合纤维织成,所述的光敏复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以光敏变色纤维为芯层,以涤纶纤维为皮层,芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为4:10。所述的舒适面料层(1)中锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维和棉纤维的重量百分数分别为10%、80%和10%。

1.一种光敏复合织物,其特征在于,所述的复合面料从内到外由舒适面料层(1)和光敏面料层(2)组成;所述的舒适面料层(1)由锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺纱织成,所述的光敏面料层(2)由光敏复合纤维织成,所述的光敏复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以光敏变色纤维为芯层,以涤纶纤维为皮层,芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为(4-9):10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合织物,其特征在于,所述的舒适面料层(1)中锦纶纤维、涤纶纤维和棉纤维的重量百分数分别为10%、80%和10%。
