发明目的： 
为克服薄壁弯管在划线时定位、装夹困难，找正繁琐费时的问题，本发明提供一种定位装夹快捷，无需找正，使用简便的划线夹具。
背景技术：
薄壁弯管有A、B两处出口端，划线时，现在普遍采用分度头三爪卡盘夹持零件A出口端，找正零件B出口端后，划B出口端部位各线；然后再夹持B出口端，找正A出口端后，划A出口端部位各线。此方法找正繁琐费时。
发明内容
技术方案： 
一种薄壁弯管的划线夹具，其特征在于：包括椅式定位座1，弓形卡箍2和两个内六角螺钉3，其中，椅式定位座1由双V形结构组成，两处V形结构互呈90度，之间构成容纳薄壁弯管的空间，椅式定位座1两侧设有斜面，斜面上各有一处螺孔，椅式定位座1呈左右对称结构；弓形卡箍2的弧度与薄壁弯管上相贯线的弧度相吻合，弓形卡箍2可以通过内六角螺钉3固定在两斜面之间，以固定薄壁弯管。
有益效果： 
1、快速完全定位：设计使用双V形椅式定位座1实现薄壁弯管无需找正，快速、完全定位。
2、压紧简便可靠：设计使用弓形卡箍2勒压薄壁弯管，简便牢靠。
3、划线时只需翻转夹具3次，即可完成两处出口端的全部划线，操作简单，效率高。

具体实施方案：
一种薄壁弯管的划线夹具，其特征在于：包括椅式定位座1，弓形卡箍2和两个内六角螺钉3，其中，椅式定位座1由双V形结构组成，两处V形结构互呈90度，之间构成容纳薄壁弯管的空间，椅式定位座1两侧设有斜面，斜面上各有一处螺孔，椅式定位座1呈左右对称结构；弓形卡箍2的弧度与薄壁弯管上相贯线的弧度相吻合，弓形卡箍2可以通过内六角螺钉3固定在两斜面之间，以固定薄壁弯管。椅式定位座1经整体加工成形。
需要对薄壁弯管进行划线时，先拆掉内六角螺钉3取下弓形卡箍2，将薄壁弯管放入椅式定位座1的容纳空间，然后将弓形卡箍2贴合到薄壁弯管的相贯线，通过内六角螺钉3固定在椅式定位座1的两斜面之间，装夹完毕，然后对薄壁弯管的两个端面进行划线。划线时只需翻转夹具3次，即可完成两处出口端的全部划线，操作简单，效率高。
