本实用新型涉及一种生活有机垃圾低温热解炉的处理装置，尤其是一种低温热解炉的烟气均流排出装置。目前，作为垃圾焚烧替代技术的垃圾热解技术得到了开发和应用。垃圾热解技术分三种：高温热解、中温热解、低温热解。低温热解技术能耗少、产生有害物质少，是垃圾处理的最好方法。但是在低温热解技术中，大都没有烟气均流排出装置，而是把烟气直接通过低温热解炉的上方顶部通道，排到烟气后处理设备。这样，烟气极易产生涡流，使烟气的压力不能均匀分布，使低温热解炉的空气供给不均匀，所以低温热解效率很低。本实用新型提供一种能使低温热解炉产生的烟气均压均流的装置，使低温热解炉的空气供给均匀，从而进一步提高低温热解的效率。

本发明涉及一种生活有机垃圾低温热解炉的处理装置，尤其是一种低温热解炉的烟气均流排出装置。 
背景技术：
目前，作为垃圾焚烧替代技术的垃圾热解技术得到了开发和应用。垃圾热解技术分三种：高温热解、中温热解、低温热解。低温热解技术能耗少、产生有害物质少，是垃圾处理的最好方法。但是在低温热解技术中，大都没有烟气均流排出装置，而是把烟气直接通过低温热解炉的上方顶部通道，排到烟气后处理设备。这样，烟气极易产生涡流，使烟气的压力不能均匀分布，使低温热解炉的空气供给不均匀，所以低温热解效率很低。

发明内容：
本发明的目的是：提供一种能使低温热解炉产生的烟气均压均流的装置，使低温热解炉的空气供给均匀，从而进一步提高低温热解的效率。 
本发明的目的是这样实现的：烟气均流排出装置(3)在低温热解炉(6)的内部上方，包括格栅板(4)、均流室(5)。制作一个格栅板(4)，把该格栅板(4)水平焊接在低温热解炉的内部上方，顶部留有空间，这个空间即是均流室(5)。空气从空气入口(1)进入低温热解炉，经过炉篦盘(2)到热解层的生活有机垃圾(7)，再到烟气均流排出装置(3)，气流流线彼此平行，在低温热解炉内以均速向上推进，经格栅板(4)进入均流室(5)，再进入烟气后处理装置。均流窒(5)和格栅板(4)能使烟气均压均流，使低温热解炉的空气供给均匀，从而进一步提高了低温热解的效率。

具体实施方式：
实施例；以圆柱形低温热解炉为例，内经为1m，烟气均流排出装置(3)在低温热解炉(6)的内部上方，包括格栅板(4)、均流室(5)。采用不锈钢材料，制作一个直径约为1m的格栅板(4)，格栅板承载扁钢的截面尺寸为30mm×2mm，正方形格栅孔尺寸为30mm×30mm，把该格栅板(4)水平焊接在圆柱形低温热解炉的内部上方，顶部留有空间，空间高度为300mm，这个空间即是均流室(5)。空气从空气入口(1)进入低温热解炉，经过炉篦盘(2)到热解层的生活有机垃圾(7)，再到烟气均流排出装置(3)，气流流线彼此平行，在低温热解炉内以均速向上推进，经格栅板(4)进入均流窒(5)，再进入烟气后处理装置。均流室(5)和格栅板(4)能使烟气均压均流，使低温热解炉的空气供给均匀，从而进一步提高了低温热解的效率。

1.一种低温热解炉的烟气均流排出装置，其特征是：烟气均流排出装置(3)在低温热解炉(6)的内部上方，包括格栅板(4)、均流室(5)，制作一个格栅板(4)，把该格栅板(4)水平焊接在低温热解炉的内部上方，顶部留有空间，这个空间即是均流窒(5)，空气从空气入口(1)进入低温热解炉(6)，经过炉篦盘(2)到热解层的生活有机垃圾(7)，再到烟气均流排出装置(3)，经格栅板(4)进入均流室(5)，再进入烟气后处理装置。
