本实用新型涉及一种电路板生产设备，特别是一种用于将电子元器件插装到电路板上的插件机。
背景技术
现有的插件机旋转托盘如图1所示，包括圆转盘A,圆转盘A上安装有夹具框B，夹具框B上安装有固定条C，固定条C及夹具框B上安装有用于夹持电路板的PCB板定位块D，可以根据电路板的宽度，调整固定条C和PCB板定位块D的位置，现有技术中的夹具框B由一整块板材加工而成，由于夹具框B上固定螺孔E是固定的，在生产不同宽度的电路板时，需要将整个夹具框B跟换，由于整体式夹具框的生产成本较高，导致产品的成本也居高不下。

为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种成本低的插件机旋转托盘。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种插件机旋转托盘，包括圆转盘，所述圆转盘上安装有夹具框，所述夹具框上安装有固定条，所述固定条及夹具框上安装有用于夹持电路板的PCB板定位块，所述夹具框由固定在所述圆转盘上的若干段夹具条构成，所述夹具条上设置有若干螺孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的夹具框由固定在所述圆转盘上的若干段夹具条构成，夹具条可以单个更换，加工简单、方便，可以节省原材料，降低成本。

参照图2、图3，一种插件机旋转托盘，包括圆转盘1，所述圆转盘1上通过螺丝安装有夹具框，所述夹具框上安装有固定条3，所述固定条3及夹具框上安装有用于夹持电路板的PCB板定位块4，所述夹具框由固定在所述圆转盘1上的若干段夹具条2构成，所述夹具条2上设置有若干螺孔5，固定条3两端的固定铝块通过旋接在螺孔5内的螺丝锁紧，PCB板定位块4也通过旋接在螺孔5内的螺丝锁紧。
本实用新型的夹具框由固定在所述圆转盘上的若干段夹具条构成，夹具条可以单个更换，加工简单、方便，可以节省原材料，降低成本。
