Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种快速散热结构模组。利用散热结构不能快速有效的把LED热量散发到外界中,从而导致LED光源结温过高,光衰严重,使用寿命短。本实用新型包括LED光源、PCB板、导热片和铝散热座,PCB板上对应LED光源处开有通孔,铝散热座上的凸块穿过该通孔,并通过导热片与LED光源的导热层贴合,所述的LED光源、通孔和凸块同轴设置。本实用新型设计了一种全新的散热结构,有效的降低LED光源结温,有效提高了LED光源的使用寿命。

本实用新型属于LED产品照明技术领域,涉及一种快速散热结构模组。 
背景技术
现有的LED模组产品采用结构为LED灯珠焊接在PCB基板上,然后把PCB板固定在散热铝板上,热量通过LED自带导热层传入基板,基板热量导入到散热铝板上。受限于PCB板导热系数(<2W/(m.K)),以致这样的散热结构不能快速有效的把LED热量散发到外界中,从而导致LED光源结温过高,光衰严重,使用寿命短。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种快速散热结构模组。 
本实用新型解决技术问题所采取的技术方案为: 
一种快速散热结构模组,包括LED光源、PCB板、导热片和铝散热座,PCB板上对应LED光源处开有通孔,铝散热座上的凸块穿过该通孔,并通过导热片与LED光源的导热层贴合,所述的LED光源、通孔和凸块同轴设置。
所述的PCB板位于铝散热座之上,两者固定连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果:设计了一种全新的散热结构,有效的降低LED光源结温,有效提高了LED光源的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括LED光源1、PCB板2、导热片3和铝散热座4,PCB板上对应LED光源处开有通孔,呈矩形,铝散热座上的凸块穿过该通孔,并通过导热片与LED光源的导热层贴合,LED光源在工作时产生的热量通过导热片能够及时传递到铝散热座上,使得LED光源结温热量得到有效降低,LED寿命有效提高。所述的LED光源、通孔和凸块同轴设置,便于装配。固定螺丝5将PCB板固定在铝散热座上,其中铝散热座采用一体成型。

1.一种快速散热结构模组,包括LED光源、PCB板、导热片和铝散热座,其特征在于:
PCB板上对应LED光源处开有通孔,铝散热座上的凸块穿过该通孔,并通过导热片与LED光源的导热层贴合,所述的LED光源、通孔和凸块同轴设置;
所述的PCB板位于铝散热座之上,两者固定连接。
