Abstract
一种带咖啡碳纤维的经编布，包括内层布、外层布及中间层布，所述中间层布由均匀的单丝纤维构成，为直立织制形态组织，所述内层布、外层布及中间层布以经编针织的方式一体织成，所述中间层的原料为涤纶，所述外层布的材质为咖啡碳纤维，新型结构的经编布，采用直立式的中层布充实了布料厚度、提升舒适感、柔软度，具有压缩弹性，而且具有较高的吸附能力，有效的消除汗臭，烟味等综合性异味、抑制多种病菌，另外其具有较好的升温蓄热保暖功能，同时保证了光线的有效吸收及时反射，具有抗紫外效果，可以广泛的应用在服装领域、家纺领域及车床内饰等。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及布料结构领域，特别是一种咖啡碳纤维的经编布。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，对面料的功能性要求也越来越高，传统的抗压缩弹性的复合布料功能是完全不够的。
现在传统具有抗压缩弹性的复合布料大都是以两种方式所构成，第一种是以一针织布片贴合一发泡弹性薄片，该发泡弹性薄片的材质有许多种，例如：泡棉、ECA乙烯共聚物、天然橡胶或合成橡胶等，由弹性薄片提供抗压缩的弹性，使用泡棉会有易老化等缺点，使用ECA、橡胶则会有不透气、柔软度不佳等缺点。
第二种则是在一针织布上织有纤维支撑层上另行贴合上另一针织层布，由该支撑层提供抗压缩弹性，这样的结构虽然克服了制造成本高、产品外在布纹形状及样式受限的缺点，生产是以贴合制成，贴合后剥离强度不如一体成型的布料结构，所以此种结构的布料大多只用来当成填充料使用。
另一方面，传统结构的经编布的除臭、抑菌、蓄热保暖及抗紫外线的能力都不高，而且需要大量的染色剂才能具有色彩，因此，传统的布料不符合现在市场需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理、吸附除臭、抑菌、蓄热保暖、抗紫外线的咖啡碳纤维的经编布。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种带咖啡碳纤维的经编布，包括内层布、外层布及中间层布，所述中间层布由均匀的单丝纤维构成，为直立织制形态组织，所述内层布、外层布及中间层布以经编针织的方式一体织成，所述中间层的原料为涤纶，所述外层布的材质为咖啡碳纤维。
本实用新型改进有，所述内层布的材质为涤纶、锦纶、晴纶、丙纶、维纶、氯纶或纯棉纱。
为使整个经编布容易控制颜色，本实用新型改进有，所述外层布外侧还设置有由有色纤维及氨纶捻成的有色复合丝。
为增加经编布的透气效果，本实用新型改进有，所述外层布上设置圆形开口。
本实用新型改进有，所述涤纶的规格为30D-300D。
本实用新型的有益效果为，新型结构的经编布，采用直立式的中层布充实了布料厚度、提升舒适感、柔软度，具有压缩弹性，而且具有较高的吸附能力，有效的消除汗臭，烟味等综合性异味、抑制多种病菌，另外其具有较好的升温蓄热保暖功能，同时保证了光线的有效吸收及时反射，具有抗紫外效果，可以广泛的应用在服装领域、家纺领域及车床内饰等。

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果，以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1，附图所示本实用新型提供的一种带咖啡碳纤维的经编布，包括内层布1、外层布2及中间层布3，具体的，所述内层布1的材质为涤纶、锦纶、晴纶、丙纶、维纶、氯纶或纯棉纱。
所述中间层布3由均匀的单丝纤维构成，为直立织制形态组织，所述内层布1、外层布2及中间层布3以经编针织的方式一体织成，所述中间层布3的原料为涤纶，可以在30D-300D中任意一种规格选择，所述外层布2的材质为咖啡碳纤维。
通过支撑层的设置，可增加布料的厚度，且具有避震、保暖及透气作用，所述内层布1、外层布2及中间层布3以经编针织的方式一体织成，更加牢固可靠。
外层布2的材质为咖啡碳纤维层，具有独特的外孔结构，较高的比表面积，赋予它较高的吸附能力，能有效的消除汗臭、烟味等综合性异味，另外，咖啡碳纤维还对金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等多种病菌有明显的抑制作用。
进一步的，由于咖啡碳结构空隙大，能有效的储存热量，具有瞬间升温蓄热保暖功能，而且咖啡碳在纤维中高效均匀分散，保证了光线有效的吸收及时反射，具有抗紫外效果。
因此新型结构的经编布能广泛的应用在服饰领域（例如运动服、内衣、睡衣、牛仔、袜子等）、家纺领域（窗帘、被套、床单、毯子）和车船内饰等。
本实施例中，所述外层还设置有由有色纤维及氨纶捻成的有色复合丝。
有色纤维是指在化学纤维生产过程中加入了染料、颜料或荧光剂等进行着色的纤维，本实用新型的布料通过有色纤维与其他单丝共混可制备出各种色系的布料，省去了布料制作后期的染色工序，制作工艺简单，较为环保。
本实施例中，所述外层布2上设置圆形开口，圆形开口设置进一步提升了整个布料的透气性，具体的圆形开口可以是椭圆形。

1.一种带咖啡碳纤维的经编布，其特征在于，包括内层布、外层布及中间层布，所述中间层布由均匀的单丝纤维构成，为直立织制形态组织，所述内层布、外层布及中间层布以经编针织的方式一体织成，所述中间层的原料为涤纶，所述外层布的材质为咖啡碳纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带咖啡碳纤维的经编布，其特征在于，所述内层布的材质为涤纶、锦纶、晴纶、丙纶、维纶、氯纶或纯棉纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带咖啡碳纤维的经编布，其特征在于，所述外层布外侧还设置有由有色纤维及氨纶捻成的有色复合丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带咖啡碳纤维的经编布，其特征在于，所述外层布上设置圆形开口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带咖啡碳纤维的经编布，其特征在于，所述涤纶的规格为30D-300D。
