Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种高压电容柜,该电容柜的主框架用FA38型材拼接而成,型材相互间的搭接采用铝三通和铝单通,保证了柜体整体上的强度和刚度。主安装支架为敷铝锌板压边折弯,元件安装支架用3mm厚的镀锌板,元件分三层放置,包含了真空接触器、放电线圈、电抗与电容等元器件。由于本实用新型使用型材拼接后使整个柜子结构紧凑、布局合理,即保证了使用要求,又简化了生产过程。

    本实用新型涉及电压等级输变电***配电柜领域,具体是一种应用于10KV配电***就地无功补偿的电容柜。 
背景技术
    电容柜是10KV配电***常用到的设备,起到***就地容性无功补偿的作用,以提高***的功率因数,与***本身而言具有相对的独立性,可以不同于原***的柜型结构,在满足使用要求的前提下,如何简化产品结构,降低生产成本。发明人对以上要求,开发了应用FA38型材为主体框架的电容柜。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种应用于10KV配电***就地无功补偿的高压电容柜。 
本实用新型的技术方案:本实用新型的高压电容柜的主框架用铝三通连接在一起,并用连接板加固,第一隔挡和第二隔挡用铝单通搭接在主框架上,安装支件固定在第二隔挡上,安装元器件的横支件固定在安装支件上;真空接触器和电流互感器放置在柜体的上层,避雷器接于电流互感器分支铜排上,底层并列放置电抗器和电容器,放电线圈放置在底层和上层之间,电容器连接在电流互感器和电容器之间,放电线圈通过软连接并联在电容器两端,并从放电线圈接分支铜排至电抗器。 
本实用新型在安装搭框架时,先搭上、下底面的四边形框架,经过对角线找正后,再搭接四根立柱,这样有助于保证整个框架的对角线误差。整个框架采用FA38型材搭接。本实用新型在使用时,电抗器、电容器放置在柜体的底层,呈并列放置;顶层前面靠仪表室位置放置真空接触器,顶层后部放置电流互感器(采用侧装式安装),铜排从电流互感器出来后,经带电传感器支撑,在通过熔断器和电容器连接。另外再接一个支路到避雷器。放电线圈放置于底层的电抗器、电容器和顶层的真空接触器、电流互感器之间。在纵向位置上和熔断器位置错开,以便于和电容器两端连接,达到和电容器并联的目的。放电线圈到电容器的铜排中间用绝缘子固定,末端用软连接与电容器连接,避免了和电容器的刚性连接。放电线圈另引出一段接到电抗器。 
本实用新型的整个框架采用FA38型材搭接,型材可以从型材厂家直接购买,自身只需加工隔板、门、封板及各安装支件。这样能使整个柜子结构紧凑、布局合理,保证了使用要求,又简化了生产过程,加快了生产周期。

具体实施方式
实施例1 
    一种高压电容柜,其主框架2用铝三通1连接在一起,并用连接板16加固,第一隔挡7和第二隔挡9用铝单通8搭接在主框架2上,安装支件6固定在第二隔挡9上,安装元器件的横支件3固定在安装支件6上;真空接触器15和电流互感器4放置在柜体的上层,避雷器5接于电流互感器4 分支铜排上,底层并列放置电抗器10和电容器11,放电线圈17放置在底层和上层之间,电容器18连接在电流互感器4和电容器18之间,放电线圈17通过软连接12并联在电容器18两端,并从放电线圈17接分支铜排至电抗器10。
所述安装支件6用2mm厚的敷铝锌板压边折弯而成,横支件用3mm厚的镀锌板折成C型支件而成。 
所述高压柜的门、封板采用2mm厚的冷轧钢板折弯而成。 

Claims (3)

1.一种高压电容柜,其特征是该电容柜的主框架(2)用铝三通(1)连接在一起,并用连接板(16)加固,第一隔挡(7)和第二隔挡(9)用铝单通(8)搭接在主框架(2)上,安装支件(6)固定在第二隔挡(9)上,安装元器件的横支件(3)固定在安装支件(6)上;真空接触器(15)和电流互感器(4)放置在柜体的上层,避雷器(5)接于电流互感器(4) 分支铜排上,底层并列放置电抗器(10)和电容器(11),放电线圈(17)放置在底层和上层之间,电容器(18)连接在电流互感器(4)和电容器(18)之间,放电线圈(17)通过软连接(12)并联在电容器(18)两端,并从放电线圈(17)接分支铜排至电抗器(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压电容柜,其特征是所述安装支件(6)用2mm厚的敷铝锌板压边折弯而成,横支件用3mm厚的镀锌板折成C型支件而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压电容柜,其特征是所述高压柜的门、封板采用2mm厚的冷轧钢板折弯而成。
