本实用新型涉及一种镗套。包括外套、通过卡固装置安装于外套内孔中的尼龙内套,所述尼龙内套的外径与外套的内孔直径相匹配,所述尼龙内套设置有与镗杆外径相匹配的内孔。由于外套中固定有尼龙内套,尼龙材料耐磨,因此镗杆***到尼龙内套中旋转可以有效避免钢制镗套与镗杆的钢对钢配合,有效防止镗杆易磨损影响其寿命。而且尼龙内套通过卡固装置可拆卸安装于外套中,因此当尼龙内套磨损后,可以方便拆卸并更换新的尼龙套继续使用,减少了本镗套的使用成本。

本实用新型涉及一种机加工工装,具体涉及一种镗套。 
背景技术
众所周知,镗床加工时经常出现部分产品因加工孔距离较远,因此需要增加加长镗刀杆,加长镗刀杆需用镗套固定,常用镗套与镗杆之间为钢对钢配合,镗套与镗杆易磨损且磨损后镗套无法修复,只能报废,镗杆亦缩短使用寿命。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上技术的不足,提供了一种内套可更换的镗套。 
本实用新型克服其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
本镗套,包括外套、通过卡固装置安装于外套内孔中的尼龙内套,所述尼龙内套的外径与外套的内孔直径相匹配,所述尼龙内套设置有与镗杆外径相匹配的内孔。
上述卡固装置包括通过螺钉固定于外套外端面的压盖,所述尼龙内套的外端面与外套外端面平齐。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于外套中固定有尼龙内套,尼龙材料耐磨,因此镗杆***到尼龙内套中旋转可以有效避免钢制镗套与镗杆的钢对钢配合,有效防止镗杆易磨损影响其寿命。而且尼龙内套通过卡固装置可拆卸安装于外套中,因此当尼龙内套磨损后,可以方便拆卸并更换新的尼龙内套继续使用,减少了本镗套的使用成本。

下面结合附图1对本实用新型做进一步说明。 
本镗套,包括外套1、通过卡固装置安装于外套1内孔中的尼龙内套2,所述尼龙内套2的外径与外套1的内孔直径相匹配,所述尼龙内套2设置有与镗杆外径相匹配的内孔。由于外套1中固定有尼龙内套2,尼龙材料耐磨,因此镗杆***到尼龙内套2中旋转可以有效避免钢制镗套与镗杆的钢对钢配合,有效防止镗杆易磨损影响其寿命。而且尼龙内套2通过卡固装置可拆卸安装于外套1中,因此当尼龙内套2磨损后,可以方便拆卸并更换新的尼龙内套继续使用,减少了本镗套的使用成本。 
上述卡固装置包括通过螺钉4固定于外套1外端面的压盖3,所述尼龙内套2的外端面与外套1外端面平齐。当将尼龙内套2***到外套1的内孔中后,将端盖盖于外套1和尼龙内套2的外端面,之后旋紧螺钉4即可将尼龙内套2固定。安装拆卸简单,固定可靠。

1.一种镗套,其特征在于:包括外套(1)、通过卡固装置安装于外套(1)内孔中的尼龙内套(2),所述尼龙内套(2)的外径与外套(1)的内孔直径相匹配,所述尼龙内套(2)设置有与镗杆外径相匹配的内孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镗套,其特征在于:所述卡固装置包括通过螺钉(4)固定于外套(1)外端面的压盖(3),所述尼龙内套(2)的外端面与外套(1)外端面平齐。
