催化剂的活性不仅取决于其化学组成,跟其组织结构也有关。同一种催化剂由于成型模具的差异性,其活性相差很远,因此催化剂的成型模具具有特殊的重要意义。由于成型模具的不同,催化剂的颗粒大小不规则,严重影响单程转化率,对生产收益率造成影响,且费时又费工,影响工作效率。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种高规整催化剂成型模具,以实现提高催化剂颗粒规整的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的高规整催化剂成型模具,包括相互扣合的上、下模体,所述上、下模体一端侧壁相互铰接,另一端侧壁设有锁紧装置;上、下模体的模腔内分别沿纵向对应均布有多条截面为等腰梯形的纵筋;所述相邻纵筋间沿纵向等间距设置有多条横截面为圆弧形的横筋;所述横筋、纵筋的上表面在同一水平面内;横筋的弦高小于纵筋间所形成的模具槽的深度。
本实用新型优点在于结构简单,通过在模腔内相邻纵筋间沿纵向等间距设置多条横截面为圆弧形的横筋,把纵筋平均等分,使生产的催化剂颗粒更加规整、稳定,从而提高单程转化率,提高生产效率。

如图1、2、3、4、5、6所示,本实用新型所述的高规整催化剂成型模具包括相互扣合在一起的上模体1和下模体2,所述上模体1和下模体2一端侧壁相互铰接,另一端侧壁设有锁紧装置;上模体1、下模体2的模腔内分别沿纵向对应均布有多条截面为等腰梯形的纵筋3;所述相邻纵筋3间沿纵向等间距19mm设置有多条半径为8.688mm,弧长为13.8mm的圆弧形横筋4;所述横筋4、纵筋3的上表面在同一水平面内;横筋4的弦高小于纵筋3间所形成的模具槽5的深度。

1.一种高规整催化剂成型模具,包括相互扣合在一起的上、下模体(1、2),所述上、下模体(1、2)一端侧壁相互铰接,另一端侧壁设有锁紧装置;上、下模体(1、2)的模腔内分别沿纵向对应均布有多条截面为等腰梯形的纵筋(3);其特征在于:所述相邻纵筋(3)间沿纵向等间距设置有多条横截面为圆弧形的横筋(4);所述横筋(4)、纵筋(3)的上表面在同一水平面内;横筋(4)的弦高小于纵筋(3)间所形成的模具槽(5)的深度。
