Abstract
一种微波炉电源保险装置，包括印刷电路板及安装在印刷电路板上的两个端子，两端子之间通过电源保险装置连接并在两端子之间设有开口，其特征是电源保险装置为金属片并直接固定在开口上，金属片的两端分别与两端子相连接。本实用新型通过将金属片直接和印刷电路板上的端子相连接，起到保险的功能，当电源中的电流较大时，金属片烧断，起到保护微波炉主要电路器件的作用；而且，金属片的成本较低、结构简单、更换方便。

本实用新型涉及一种微波炉部件，具体是一种微波炉电源保险装置。
背景技术
微波炉上都有电源保险装置，其主要包括两夹子1、保险管2、电路板3，如图1所示。其中：两夹子一般为金属材料，安装在电路板3上，和电路板上的端子5相接触，保险管安在两夹子之间，起到连接电路板两端端子5的作用。电路板一端连接外部电源，一端连接微波炉主电路。当电路板接通外界电源时，处于连通状态，如果流经保险管的电流过大，则保险管内的金属丝就会烧断，微波炉的主电路断开，微波炉就停止工作，起到保护微波炉主要元器件的作用。但是，上述这种保险装置缺点在于：夹子的成本太高，安装工序较多，导致整个保险装置成本过高。因此，有必要作进一步改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、生产成本低、加工方便的微波炉电源保险装置，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种微波炉电源保险装置，包括印刷电路板及安装在印刷电路板上的两个端子，两端子之间通过电源保险装置连接并在两端子之间设有开口，其结构特征是电源保险装置为金属片并直接固定在开口上，金属片的两端分别与两端子相连接。
所述金属片与端子为一体成型，或焊接成型。
所述金属片呈条状，其宽度为1-2mm，长度为5-12mm。
本实用新型通过将金属片直接和印刷电路板上的端子相连接，起到保险的功能，当电源中的电流较大时，金属片烧断，起到保护微波炉主要电路器件的作用；而且，金属片的成本较低、结构简单、更换方便。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图2-图3，一种微波炉电源保险装置，包括印刷电路板4及安装在印刷电路板4上的两个端子5，两端子5之间通过电源保险装置连接并在两端子5之间设有开口7，电源保险装置为金属片6并直接固定在开口7上，金属片6的两端分别与两端子5相连接。金属片6与端子5为一体成型。金属片6呈条状，其宽度为1-2mm，长度为5-12mm。
上述金属片6可以根据实际的需要选择对应合适的宽度及长度，只要满足产品的最基本的安全要求即可。

1.一种微波炉电源保险装置，包括印刷电路板(4)及安装在印刷电路板上的两个端子(5)，两端子之间通过电源保险装置连接并在两端子之间设有开口(7)，其特征是电源保险装置为金属片(6)并直接固定在开口上，金属片(6)的两端分别与两端子(5)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微波炉电源保险装置，其特征是所述金属片(6)与端子(5)为一体成型，或焊接成型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的微波炉电源保险装置，其特征是所述金属片(6)呈条状，其宽度为1-2mm，长度为5-12mm。
