本实用新型涉及蓄电池技术领域,尤其涉及一种带斜筋的蓄电池板栅。
背景技术
板栅在蓄电池内部主要起支撑活性物质以及集流等作用,它一般大致成长方形,由极耳、边框和边框内纵横交错的筋条组成,筋条一般为纵向或横向设置,且纵向的筋条和横向的筋条垂直交错,该结构的板栅集流效果较差,且强度较低。

发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种带斜筋的蓄电池板栅,解决了现有板栅集流效果欠佳的问题。
一种带斜筋的蓄电池板栅,包括由边框筋条围成的边框、边框内交错形成网状结构的纵向筋条和横向筋条以及设于边框筋条上的极耳,所述的边框内设有至少两条起始于极耳所在的边框筋条,终止于其余的边框筋条并呈放射状分布的倾斜筋条,其中一条倾斜筋条的起始点处于极耳所在的位置。
所述倾斜筋条数量为两条,两条倾斜筋条与极耳所在的框筋条的连接点的间距为板栅宽度的0.4倍。
其中一条倾斜筋条的起始点处于边框筋条极耳所在的位置,该倾斜筋条终止于相对极耳的边框筋条。
所述极耳的中心线与板栅两侧间距比为1∶7~1∶8。
本实用新型板栅上设有多条呈放射状分布的倾斜筋条,且倾斜筋条两端与边框筋条连接,可以充分将板栅上的电流汇集到极耳处,同时提高了强度。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种带斜筋的蓄电池板栅,包括由边框筋条201~204围成的边框2、设于边框内2的交错形成网状的纵向筋条3和横向筋条4以及设于边框筋条201上的极耳1。极耳1至板栅左侧的间距:极耳1宽度:极耳1至板栅右侧的间距之比为36.5∶5∶2.8。在该距离极耳1的位置可以与连接极耳1的汇流排上极柱位置重叠,从而可以节省汇流排的材料损耗。
边框内还设有两条起始于边框筋条201,分别终止边框筋条202、203的倾斜筋条5、6,其中边框筋条5与边框筋条201的连接点205位于极耳1中心线所在的位置,而倾斜筋条6与边框筋条201的连接点206与连接点205的间距大致是板栅宽度的0.4倍。
呈放射状的倾斜筋条可以很好地将通过边框筋条以及纵向、横向筋条的电流汇集到极耳,同时提高板栅强度。

1.一种带斜筋的蓄电池板栅,包括由边框筋条围成的边框、边框内交错形成网状结构的纵向筋条和横向筋条以及设于边框筋条上的极耳,其特征在于,所述的边框内设有至少两条起始于极耳所在的边框筋条,终止于其余的边框筋条并呈放射状分布的倾斜筋条;其中一条倾斜筋条的起始点处于极耳所在的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,所述倾斜筋条数量为两条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,所述的两条倾斜筋条与极耳所在的边框筋条的连接点的间距为板栅宽度的0.4倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,其中一条倾斜筋条的起始点处于极耳所在的位置,该倾斜筋条终止于相对极耳的边框筋条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,所述极耳的中心线与板栅两侧间距比为1∶7~1∶8。
