背景技术
传统的单极式电解槽为小极距电解槽,其阴极网为铜网,表面先镀一层镍,再镀一层多孔活性镍;阴极网(2.08平方米,1毫米厚平板网)下分布支撑点(26个,直径为28毫米),由于长时间的使用,支撑点会使铜网的表面起拱,既加大了极距,还会对阴、阳极网之间的离子膜造成损伤;因涂层技术落后性能不佳和极距大的原因,电解槽槽电压高,产品能耗高。

本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种单极式膜极距电解槽,包括阴极网,所述阴极网为模压成型的凹盘形铜网,所述阴极网的凹盘内依次铺设弹性网、覆盖网和活性网,所述弹性网为镍弹性网,所述活性网为细镍丝编织而成,活性网表面设有热氧化贵金属涂层,所述弹性网、覆盖网和活性网的边缘与阴极网的底部边缘用细镍丝或四氟线固定。

1.一种单极式膜极距电解槽,包括阴极网(1),其特征在于所述阴极网(1)为凹盘形铜网,所述阴极网(1)的凹盘内依次铺设弹性网(2)、覆盖网(3)和活性网(4),所述弹性网(2)、覆盖网(3)和活性网(4)的边缘与阴极网(1)的底部边缘固定。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单极式膜极距电解槽,其特征在于所述活性网(4)为镍丝编织而成,所述镍丝表面设有热氧化贵金属涂层。
