Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及能够通过电磁感应加热的卷发筒。
背景技术
感应加热是这样一种处理,即,通过将导电物体(通常是金属)放置在馈有高频脉冲或交流电的感应线圈的场中来对该物体进行加热。电磁感应使得金属中产生了涡旋电流,该金属由于自身的电阻而经历了焦耳加热。在磁导率相当大的材料中,还可以通过磁滞损耗来产生热量。
电磁感应在用于头发造型的加热卷筒上的使用是公知的,其相对于感应加热具有多个显著优点,所述优点主要在于非常短的预热时间、以及避免了加热单元中残留的高温。US4499355公开了一种加热卷筒,其包括与高磁导率金属芯对准的圆柱塑料主体。当通过感应来加热该芯时,外部主体通过热传导被升温并用作热存储器。为了有利于握持,塑料主体的内部提供有可对来自金属芯的热量的传送进行延迟的轴向棱线。
这种布置具有显著的缺点。大多热量还没有传送导外部主体就从芯处损失了,因此很浪费。另外,一旦加热,外部主体的热损失率相对高从而在使用中该卷筒冷却得很快。
本发明旨在提供一种新颖有创造性的卷发筒形式,其在一完成加热处理时就能够握持,同时有效利用产生的热量并提供持续可用的时间段。
发明内容
本发明提供一种卷发筒,具有:
-中空的芯,其由能通过电磁感应加热的材料形成;
所述卷发筒特征在于:
-热绝缘层,其包围芯以改变来自芯的热传导率,所述热绝缘层具有弹性并具有多孔结构;和
-覆盖热绝缘层的外部夹持层。
该卷发筒一开始在外部层上呈现较低的温升以便于握持,然而可以在较长时间段中保持适宜的温度。
热绝缘层提供必要的温度调整特性,并且还提高了卷筒在使用中的舒适感。外部夹持层优选地结合了具有许多突起的塑料网,其确保了良好的夹持和对头发的热传送。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1,卷发筒的主体是空心圆柱形的,包括由热存储部件2包围的内部金属芯1、热绝缘套3和外部夹持层4。圆柱主体被端盖5密封,而相对端保持打开以允许在加热期间通过适当的温度传感器来监测卷发筒的内部温度。
可以从图2中更详细地了解卷发筒的结构。金属芯1使得卷发筒能够在放置于适当的感应加热线圈中时通过感应加热,并且金属芯1由比如低碳钢之类的高磁导率铁磁体材料形成。其它高磁导率材料也可以使用,比如镍、钻、铝、锰、铬或铁。当在芯中感应交流电时,芯用作导致在金属内产生涡旋电流的单个短路匝,这导致芯由于焦耳加热和磁滞损耗而迅速升温。因此,由于表面效应,循环的电流主要在芯的表面上流动,金属芯仅仅需要做得很薄,如所示,从而卷发筒的重量保持很低。典型地,芯1的壁厚将在0.05mm到0.5mm的范围内。
热存储部件2是由不导电然而能够通过传导加热的半刚性热塑性塑料(比如PTFE)模塑而成。也可以使用其它塑料,比如聚酰胺、聚碳酸酯、聚烯烃、聚丙烯或聚乙烯以及热固性聚合物。部件2是圆柱形的,并以形成在相对两端的向外微凸的凸缘与芯1紧密配合的方式容纳芯1。热存储部件的壁通常比芯1的壁厚,典型地在1.0mm和1.5mm之间,提供相对较大的热质量。在卷筒的开口端,热存储部件形成有圆柱短内壁8,其在卷筒内部凸起与金属芯1紧密接触。该壁8用来保持芯2在卷筒内部,并且还减小了当握持热的卷筒时手直接接触热的芯1的风险。
盖5有助于将热量保持在卷筒内部并与可用来握持卷筒的手柄9相结合。盖可以由适当的非导电热塑性塑料模塑而成,并且包括由悬垂缘11包围的圆形端板10,位于凸缘6下方的内弯凸缘12将盖保持在恰当位置。因此,盖将金属芯1维持在卷筒的上端并防止手与热的芯直接接触。
套3包围热存储部件2,其轴向布置于凸缘7与盖5之间。套优选地由具有相对低的热传导率的软金属形成,比如海绵硅橡胶,从而在热存储部件2与外部夹持层4之间提供热阻隔,延迟了热量从部件2向夹持层4的释放。套3的壁厚典型的可以在1.0mm与2.0mm之间。外部夹持层4可以由用于覆盖卷发筒的已知材料形成,比如携带了许多突起的塑料网,在使用时这些突起用于使卷筒能够握持头发。
当金属芯1电磁地耦合到具有适当频率和强度的脉冲或交变场时,金属芯1将会以已知方式迅速升温。由于相互的紧密耦合,芯1立即将热量传给部件2,但是热绝缘层3延迟了热量向外部层4的传送,从而卷筒保持相对较凉以便可以在达一分钟的初期期间握持。层3允许受控释放的热量存储在部件2之内,从而当卷筒已经施加到头发时,卷筒的外部表面最终变暖并且很长时间保持这种状态。

Claims (4)

1.一种卷发筒,具有:
-中空的芯(1),其由能通过电磁感应加热的材料形成;
所述卷发筒特征在于:
-热绝缘层(3),其包围芯以改变来自芯的热传导率,所述热绝缘层具有弹性并具有多孔结构;和
-外部夹持层(4),其覆盖热绝缘层。
2.如权利要求1所述的卷发筒,其中热绝缘层(3)由海绵硅橡胶之类的弹性体形成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的卷发筒,其中在芯(1)和热绝缘层(3)之间***可通过传导加热的非导电热存储部件(2)。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的卷发筒,其中外部夹持层(4)结合了具有许多突起的塑料网。
