Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种植物纤维波纹瓦,包括波纹瓦本体,特点是波纹瓦本体采用植物纤维整体压制而成,波纹瓦本体的两侧表面设置有保护层。所述植物纤维主要包括农作物秸秆,以及木材加工的下脚料(刨花、木粉)等。本实用新型的波纹瓦采用秸秆40-60%,氧化镁10-25%,氯化镁10-25%(卤水),炉渣5-10混合成糊状,经机械压制、再模压成型。本实用新型最大限度的利用了秸秆资源,不仅有利于保护生态环境,而且可降低生产成本和使用成本。本实用新型采用无机材料作为胶凝剂,使其制品具有环保、无毒无害、无裂纹、轻质保温,收缩膨胀系数小的特点,防火、防水、防腐、防蛀及耐风雨侵蚀性能良好。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及建筑材料,具体涉及用无机凝胶剂与植物秸秆混合压制而成的波纹瓦。
背景技术:
随着我国经济建设的飞速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,对木材的需求量大幅度增长,因此,原木的采伐数量越来越大。为了保持生态平衡,国家提倡要大力发展新型环保材料,生产以废代木制品,节省有限的木材资源。近些年来,各种利用农作物及其植物纤维生产的人造板、纤维板相继出现,且制备方法也多种多样,虽然各有所长,但也各有不足之处。其中用作建筑屋面的植物纤维波纹瓦,一直以来存在着遇潮后容易霉变、容易变形,导致使用寿命短,而且还存在着未能充分利用秸秆资源(秸秆仅占板重的20%左右)。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种植物纤维波纹瓦,能最大限度的利用秸秆资源,而且防潮、不容易霉变和变形,使用寿命长。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
植物纤维波纹瓦,包括波纹瓦本体,特点是波纹瓦本体采用植物纤维整体压制而成,波纹瓦本体的一侧表面设置有保护层,另一侧表面设置有彩色层。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,所述保护层为无纺布。
所述植物纤维主要包括农作物秸秆,以及木材加工的下脚料(刨花、木粉)等。
本实用新型的波纹瓦采用秸秆40-60%,氧化镁10-25%,氯化镁10-25%(卤水),炉渣5-10混合成糊状,经机械压制、再模压成型,脱模后再经切割、养护而成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
一、本实用新型的波纹瓦中秸秆占40-60%,最大限度的利用了秸秆资源,不仅有利于保护生态环境,而且可降低生产成本和使用成本。
二、本实用新型由于在波纹瓦的两侧表面设置有无纺布保护层,有效提高了波纹瓦的防潮能力,不容易霉变和变形,使用寿命长。
三、本实用新型采用无机材料作为胶凝剂,代替有机树脂胶凝剂,加之配方与组分合理,因此使其制品具有环保、无毒无害、无裂纹、轻质保温,收缩膨胀系数小的特点,防火、防水、防腐、防蛀及耐风雨侵蚀性能良好。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本实用新型包括波纹瓦本体1,所述波纹瓦本体1为采用植物纤维整体压制而成,波纹瓦本体1的一侧表面设置有无纺布保护层2,另一侧表面设置有颜料层3。
本实用新型通过下列步骤制备:
将植物秸秆的一种或多种放入粉碎机中粉碎,使其呈粉状或纤维长度不大于10毫米的粉末,在上述的原料配比范围内,按所需配比称量准备好各种原料。然后将上述的各种原料加入带有搅拌的容器内,进行充分混合呈糊状。接着将无纺布铺于预压机上,将搅拌好的糊状物铺装到无纺布上,再在糊状物表面铺布颜料后,进行预压成型。将预压成型的板坯放进模具内热压定型,热压温度为40-60度,保温10小时后脱模,经切边整理后入库养护。

1.植物纤维波纹瓦,包括波纹瓦本体,其特征在于:所述波纹瓦本体(1)由植物纤维整体压制而成,波纹瓦本体(1)的一侧表面设置有保护层(2),另一侧表面设置有颜料层(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的植物纤维波纹瓦,其特征在于:所述保护层(2)为无纺布。
