HID就是High intensity Discharge高压气体放电灯的英文缩写，可称为重金属灯或氙气灯，现有市场的防爆疝气灯的光源部分和电器腔部分为一个整体，没有设置独立的散热结构，没有设置灌胶隔爆密封或圆筒隔爆密封，因而导致灯具内的元器件升温过高，灯具的使用寿命短，密封性不好，不节能等缺点。

针对现有的疝气灯的缺点，本实用新型提供一种新型的防爆灯节能疝气灯。
本实用新型所采取的措施是：一种一体式防爆高效节能疝气灯灯，包括疝气灯9和灯罩7，该灯具依次由电器腔10，隔热腔11和光源腔12组成，三个腔体通过中壳3连接在一起，电器腔10上设置有上盖1和中盖2，所述的隔热腔11底端设置有隔热板4，隔热腔11腔壁上设置有散热孔13，隔热腔11与中壳3之间分体连接，光源腔12内设置有高效节能疝气灯9，灯罩7及防护网8通过灯罩压圈6与前盖5相接；
所述的隔热板4与中壳3设置灌胶隔爆密封、圆筒隔爆密封或螺纹隔爆密封；
所述的电器腔10与光源腔12间的电气连接线设置贯穿灌胶件14保护层。
本实用新型的有益效果：散热性能好，密封性能好，灯具的节能环保，安全可靠，抗冲击能力强，使用寿命更长。

一种一体式防爆高效节能疝气灯灯，包括疝气灯9和灯罩7，该灯具依次由电器腔10，隔热腔11和光源腔12组成，三个腔体各自独立，整灯防护等级达到IP66等级，简单可靠，成本低，国内首创；且隔热腔11和光源腔12通过中壳3连接在一起，电器腔10上设置有上盖1和中盖2，所述的隔热腔11底端设置有隔热板4，隔热腔11腔壁上设置有散热孔13，热量通过散热孔13直接散发到灯具外部，避免电器腔内元件温升过高，延长了灯具的使用寿命，结构先进，国内首创。隔热腔11与中壳3之间分体连接，光源腔12内设置有疝气灯9，该疝气灯9为高效节能疝气灯。灯罩7及防护网8通过灯罩压圈6与前盖5相接；隔热板4与中壳3设置灌胶隔爆密封、圆筒隔爆密封或螺纹隔爆密封；电器腔10与光源腔12间的电气连接线设置贯穿灌胶件14保护层，防护性好，牢固可靠，工艺先进，国内首创。此一体式防爆高效节能HID灯具解决了防爆灯电子镇流器的散热问题，大大延长了电子镇流器的使用寿命，降低了灯具使用时的温升，比普通的防爆灯更为安全可靠，此种结构的防爆灯为国内首创。

1，一种一体式防爆高效节能疝气灯，包括疝气灯(9)和灯罩(7)，其特征在于，该灯具依次由电器腔(10)，隔热腔(11)和光源腔(12)组成，三个腔体通过中壳(3)连接在一起，所述的电器腔(10)上设置有上盖(1)和中盖(2)，所述的隔热腔(11)底端设置有隔热板(4)，隔热腔(11)腔壁上设置有散热孔(13)，隔热腔(11)与中壳(3)之间分体连接，光源腔(12)内设置有疝气灯(9)，灯罩(7)及防护网(8)通过灯罩压圈(6)与前盖(5)相接。
2，根据权利要求1所述的一体式防爆高效节能疝气灯，其特征在于，隔热板(4)与中壳(3)设置灌胶隔爆密封、圆筒隔爆密封或螺纹隔爆密封。
3，根据权利要求1或2所述的一体式防爆高效节能疝气灯，其特征在于，电器腔(10)与光源腔(12)间的电气连接线设置贯穿灌胶件(14)保护层。
