技术领域
本发明涉及一种热封装置。详细地说,涉及这样的热封装置:具有在承载部安装有加热器的底座部、和与上述承载部相面对、可以按压、夹持树脂制被密封材料的被密封部位的压接杆部,该树脂制被密封材料收容有内装物,并将上述被密封部位放置在上述的承载部上,朝上述的承载部侧按压上述压接杆部,从而使上述被密封部位被夹在上述承载部和压接杆部之间,然后进行通电加热,上述被密封部位被熔接而被密封。
背景技术
为了密封容纳有内装物的树脂制膜的包装袋的开口部,从具有简便性、可靠性等优点的方面考虑,多采用脉冲式热封装置(以下有时简称为“热封装置”)。
另一方面,规定将关于包装袋内装物的各种信息标注在包装袋上,所以也实施附注条形码的方法等(日本特开平10-311665号公报)。
而且,由于条形码的信息量有限,因此提出替代该条形码而在商品或其包装袋上贴付IC标签,以便于能够得到关于内装物的更具体的信息(日本特开2001-317862号公报)。
但是,上述以往技术是这样的方式:操作者将内装物容纳到包装袋中并进行密封之后,由另外的操作者在包装袋上贴付条形码或IC标签;或者由同一操作者来进行这一系列的手工作业。不管怎样,都是依赖于操作者的手工作业,所以会存在质量和生产率取决于操作者的能力的问题,还存在改善的余地。
发明内容
因此,本发明是鉴于上述的以往技术的问题点而作出的,其目的在于提供一种能够在将记录商品信息等的记录介质安装于包装袋上的大致同时进行密封的热封装置。
该热封装置由下述构造构成:
底座部,其在承载部上安装有加热器;
压接杆部,其与上述承载部相面对,可按压、夹持容纳有内装物的树脂制被密封材料的被密封部位,
上述树脂制被密封材料的被密封部位,被放置在上述的承载部上,通过向上述承载部侧按压上述压接杆部,从而上述被密封部位被夹在上述承载部和压接杆部之间,对该热封装置通电进行加热,上述被密封部位被熔接而被密封;
其中,上述底座部,其具有记录介质供给装置和记录介质输送装置,该记录介质供给装置将可读出固有信息的记录介质供给到规定位置,该记录介质输送装置将被供给到规定位置的上述记录介质一张一张地输送到上述被密封部位,可以将上述记录介质与上述被密封材料密封成一体。
根据该构成,在写入各种信息后,通过由记录介质供给装置供给记录介质,记录介质可以与被密封材料密封成一体,所以可以放心地处理被容纳在被密封材料中的内装物,可以避免在商品流通过程中的麻烦。
其结果,可以提供一种与将记录商品信息等的记录介质安装到包装袋几乎同时进行密封的热封装置。
最好是上述记录介质输送装置在其前端侧的头部具有吸引口,吸引上述记录介质而将其提起进行输送。
根据该构成,可以可靠地将记录介质一张一张地输送到被密封材料的被密封部位而将该记录介质与被密封材料密封成一体。
最好是上述记录介质是至少记录了密封条件、密封日期和时间、密封装置编号的、具有可写入且不可改写的固有信息的IC标签,还设有IC标签读取器,可传送由该IC标签读取器读取的信息。
采用该构成,由于记录了关于被密封材料中所容纳的内装物的最小限度的必要信息,可以使用廉价的记录介质,可以降低密封成本;虽然被贴付在包装袋上的IC标签之后有可能被取代为其他的IC标签、即有所谓的商品信息被篡改的可能性,但采用该构成,还可以使被记录在记录介质上的信息在密封之后不能篡改。
最好是具有机械式打开上述被密封材料的开口端的开口机构。
根据该构成,不需要操作者用手打开被密封材料的开口端的作业,可以使开口作业自动化,所以显著提高作业效率。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细说明本发明热封装置的实施方式。图1是在本实施方式的热封装置1的打开了压接杆部3的状态下的立体图;图2是从前上方看图1的热封装置的立体图;图3是取下了图2的上部罩、从与图2相同视点看的立体图。
该热封装置1在上部具有:具有安装于承载部12的上端的线状加热器10的底座部2;与该底座部2面对、并按压、夹持作为被密封部位的树脂制包装袋(相当于被密封材料)P的开口部的压接杆部3;内装有对这些部件进行电操作的控制器等的电器盒19。并且,热封装置1的下部,由支承这些部件的支柱20和支承支柱20的支架21等构成,从而可以放置在地面上。在支柱20上安装有用于驱动后述的作为记录介质供给装置的IC标签供给装置4的气缸箱22。
并且,为了驱动压接杆部3来密封包装袋P的开口部,安装有能够以脚踏方式接通各工序的电源开关的脚动开关23。线状加热器10的表面被聚四氟乙烯(注册商标)膜覆盖,难于粘着树脂制包装袋的熔接片,即使粘着上该熔接片也容易将其剥离。另外,附图标记24是连接于加热器的电极。
将包装袋P的开口部放置于底座部2的承载部12上,接通主电源开关13时,进入整个装置的运转体制。压下脚动开关23时,后述的IC标签供给装置自动开始工作,并且压接杆部3反抗作为一种弹性部件的螺旋弹簧(省略图示)的施加力而向底座部2侧下降来按压包装袋P的开口端。然后,被密封部位被夹在底座部2和压接杆部3之间,对其进行通电加热,当由内装的温度控制机构(省略图示)检测到达到所设定的最适合的加热温度时,停止通电,被密封部位被热熔接而被密封。
当然,也可以取代温度控制方式而采用时间控制方式。即,可以采用这种方式:在根据包装袋P的材质、厚度等预先设定的温度以规定的时间使内装的定时器机构工作对热封装置通电,而后停止通电工作,经过规定时间而被冷却后,压接杆部3向上方打开。相对于被密封部位的压接杆部3的按压相应于包装袋P的开口部厚度等而调整。这种调整可以采用以往的技术。
本实施方式的热封装置1还安装有供给作为一种记录介质的IC标签的、作为记录介质供给装置的IC标签供给装置4、和作为记录介质读取装置、并具有偶极天线的IC标签读取器5,如后述那样,由IC标签供给装置4供给的IC标签4a,在对被密封部位进行密封的大致同时被封入于被密封部位。IC标签4a为宽约2mm,长约70mm左右的细长的长方形状,是在其中央部位贴附有约1mm见方左右的IC芯片而构成的,被做成易于操作的形状。
作为这种IC标签4a,使用可写入且不可改写的只读取固有信息的记录介质时,则IC标签一旦被密封于包装袋P之后,记录内容不易被更改,所以很合适。
如图3所示,在上部罩11的内侧具有驱动电动机M1、驱动电动机M2、对驱动电动机M1、M2进行驱动的驱动装置MD1、MD2等而构成。该驱动电动机M1将一张被堆叠容纳在IC标签供给装置4的标签容纳盒6内的标签4a向上方提起;驱动电动机M2驱动作为记录介质输送装置的IC标签输送装置7的头,该IC标签输送装置7吸引并保持被提起的一张标签,将该标签输送到处于加热器10的正上方的包装袋P的被密封部位的位置。吸引一张标签是通过与上述气缸箱22相邻安装的真空泵进行的。IC标签输送装置7在前端侧具有头部7a,该头部7a具有实际上与IC标签4a的长度对应的长度的吸引口,从而吸引并抬起IC标签4a长度方向的大致整个表面而进行输送。IC标签输送装置7本身是在驱动电动机M2上具有可进退的两个臂(前端面对头部7a)而构成的。
由本热封装置1将包装袋P密封之后,由IC标签读取器5读取IC标签的ID No.,可以将密封条件(温度、按压力、密封日期和时间、密封装置编号等)传送至个人计算机等记录运算装置。这种情况的传送方法可以通过通常使用的接口PS232C进行,也可以构建LAN等而进行,并不特别地限定传送方法。例如,被封入了IC标签4a的包装袋P,被容纳在带有例如按物品类别分别准备的IC标签4a的整理箱中,并将该整理箱放在整理架的规定场所,进行保管,直到有出库请求为止。如上所示,若由本热封装置1将IC标签密封在包装袋P中,可以有效利用于库存商品的管理、部件管理等。当然,也可以设置接口,从而可通过互联网线路等与外部(流通***)进行商品出入库信息等的信息交换。
因此,被封入的IC标签4a被一体埋入在容纳有内装物C的包装袋P的开口部,以后若要替换IC标签4a,则需要剪下开口部等,不破坏包装袋P是不可能做到的。
以下,举出将作为医疗用具的注射器作为内装物C密封在包装袋P内的例子,参照图4~8同时说明将IC标签密封在包装袋P中的方法。
首先,如图4所示,在IC标签供给装置4安装有可以上下移动的IC标签容纳盒6,该IC标签容纳盒6层叠地容纳被逐个分开的长方形的IC标签4a叠(例如,100张),通过接通主电源开关13,容纳盒6从原点位置上升,最上部的IC标签4a与IC标签输送装置7的头部7a抵接。IC标签容纳盒6的上下移动是通过设于IC标签容纳盒6的侧面的齿条6a和被支承于驱动电动机M1轴上的小齿轮8进行的。
当按压脚动开关23时,真空泵工作用的驱动装置MD1进行驱动并吸引,在标签输送装置的头部7a上吸附一张IC标签4a。然后,如图5所示,IC标签容纳盒6下降而回归到原点位置。
然后,如图6所示,吸附着一张IC标签4a的IC标签输送装置7的头部7a前进至加热器10的正上方。
然后,如图7所示,操作者用手打开包装袋P的开口端,并安装成内部容纳有注射器C的包装袋P的开口端覆盖IC标签输送装置的头部7a,在此,通过按压脚动开关23,由设于压接杆部3的前端侧的膜按压部3a和底座部前端的膜承载部2a夹住包装袋P的比开口端稍偏内侧的部位。此时,压接杆部3下降至中间位置(与覆盖在IC标签输送装置的头部7a上的包装袋P抵接的位置)。
然后,当真空泵工作用驱动装置MD1的驱动停止而停止吸引,IC标签4a落下并被设置在包装袋P的规定位置上时,标签输送装置的头部7a立即从包装袋P内后退。如图8所示,然后,压接杆部3与加热器10的设置部位抵接,以规定温度通电规定时间,使包装袋P的开口端与IC标签4a一起被热熔接。冷却后,压接杆部3向上方打开,完成了将IC标签4a密封在容纳有注射器C的包装袋P的开口端。
反复进行以上的动作,直到被保存在IC标签供给装置4内的IC标签耗尽为止。当IC标签供给装置4内的IC标签被全部使用了时,IC标签输送装置7后退,并且IC标签容纳盒6从原点位置上升,移动至可以取下IC标签容纳盒6的位置。将IC标签容纳盒6从热封装置1取下,重新将IC标签叠容纳在IC标签容纳盒6中,再次将该IC标签容纳盒安装到热封装置1上并接通电源,从而可以反复进行密封工序。另外,当使IC标签容纳盒6为容纳有IC标签叠的集成盒(cartridge)方式时,效率高,因此是优选的。
其他的实施方式
(1)作为本实施方式的热封装置,也可以是具有机械式打开包装袋P的开口端的机构14,使IC标签4a贴附在包装袋P的开口端的内侧。即,不是由操作者用手来进行将标签输送装置的头部7a***包装袋P的开口端内侧的操作,而是由开口机构14将标签输送装置的头部7a***到被开口的包装袋P内,并可将IC标签4a密封在包装袋P上。该开口机构14,上部臂14a和下部臂14b以从上下方向夹住包装袋P的方式接触,在各臂14a、14b的前端14c、14d具有吸引口。
基于图9~11说明该热封装置的动作。通过接通主电源开关13,IC标签容纳盒6从原点位置上升,最上部的IC标签4a与IC标签输送装置7的头部7a抵接,这些与图4所示的相同。然后,当按压脚动开关23时,真空泵工作用的驱动装置MD1驱动而进行吸引,一张IC标签4a被吸附在标签输送装置的头部7a上,其后,IC标签容纳盒6下降而回归到原点位置,这些也与图5所示相同。其后,如图9所示,开口机构14的上部臂14a、下部臂14b接近预先配置的包装袋P的开口端。当然,也可以是将下部臂14b固定,只使上部臂14a可以上下移动。
与真空泵连接的上部臂14a、下部臂14b以夹住包装袋P的开口端的方式接触,如图10所示,上部臂14a、下部臂14b的前端14c、14d的吸引口进行吸引工作,提起上部臂14a、或同时拉下下部臂14b,来打开包装袋P的开口端。吸附有一张IC标签4a的IC标签输送装置7的头部7a前进进入到被开口的包装袋P的开口端内。与图6的情况相同,其头部7a的前进位置为加热器10的正上方。在此,如图11所示,通过按压脚动开关23,由设于压接杆部3的前端侧的膜按压部3a和底座部前端的膜承载部2a夹住包装袋P的比开口端稍偏内侧的部位。随后,真空泵工作用的驱动装置MD1的驱动停止而停止吸引,IC标签4a落下而被设置在包装袋P的规定位置上,标签输送装置的头部7a立即从包装袋P内后退,压接杆部3与加热器10的设置部位抵接,以规定温度通电规定时间,包装袋P的开口端与IC标签4a一起被热熔接。冷却后,压接杆部3向上方打开,完成了将IC标签4a密封在容纳有注射器C的包装袋P的开口端,这些方面与图7、8所示的情况相同。
当这样构成时,不需要操作者用手打开包装袋P的开口端的作业而被自动化,所以作业效率显著提高。另外,上下部臂14a、14b可以并非是与真空泵相连接的结构,也可以简单地使其前端14c、14d为吸盘。并且,从开口机构14的上下部臂14a、14b取下包装袋P,是由操作者的手来进行的。
(2)在上述实施方式中,作为IC标签供给装置4,是以用IC标签输送装置的前端的头部7a吸引并输送吸引长方形的IC标签4a为例来进行说明的,但并不限于此,也可以在IC标签4a的端部埋设磁性体,通过对设于在IC标签供给装置头部的电磁铁进行进行通电和断电来进行IC标签4a的吸附、放开操作。
(3)在上述实施方式中,示出作为IC标签供给装置以容纳有长方形IC标签4a盒6的例子,但作为IC标签供给装置并不限定于此,也可以连续供给把许多IC标签连接起来而成线圈状的IC标签。
(4)热封装置的形式并没有特别限定,除了如图1~3所示的脚踏板式热封装置以外,也可以是其他的台式热封装置、除气式热封装置等形式的热封装置,还也可以是热板式热封机。
(5)在上述实施方式中,列举了在底座部2处具有线状加热器10的热封装置的例子,也可以替代此而将线状加热器设置在压接杆部3一侧,也可以在底座部2和压接杆部3上都设置线状加热器。
(6)被封入包装袋P的物品,当然并不限定于医疗用具,也可适用于食品、机械部件、各种日用品等各种物品。

Claims (4)

1.一种热封装置,包括:
底座部(2),其在承载部(12)上安装有加热器(10);
压接杆部(3),其与上述承载部(12)相面对,可按压、夹持容纳有内装物(C)的树脂制被密封材料(P)的被密封部位,
其特征在于,
上述树脂制被密封材料(P)的被密封部位,被放置在上述的承载部(12)上,通过向上述承载部(12)侧按压上述压接杆部(3),从而上述被密封部位被夹在上述承载部(12)和压接杆部(3)之间,对其进行通电加热,上述被密封部位被熔接而被密封;
上述底座部(2),其具有记录介质供给装置(4)和记录介质输送装置(7),该记录介质供给装置(4)将可读出固有信息的记录介质(4a)供给到规定位置,该记录介质输送装置(7)将被供给到规定位置的上述记录介质(4a)一张一张地输送到上述被密封部位,可以将上述记录介质(4a)与上述被密封材料(P)密封成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热封装置,其特征在于,上述记录介质输送装置(7)在其前端侧的头部具有吸引口,吸引上述记录介质(4a)而将其抬起进行输送。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热封装置,其特征在于,上述记录介质(4a)是至少记录了密封条件、密封日期和时间、密封装置编号的、具有可写入且不可改写的固有信息的IC标签,还设有IC标签读取器,可传送由该IC标签读取器读取的信息。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的热封装置,其特征在于,具有机械式打开上述被密封材料(P)的开口端的开口机构(14)。
