Abstract

Description

光电子传感器装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光电子传感器装置,用以检测具有降水的透明的玻璃板的湿度,具有一在玻璃板上连接的光束传导体,为该传导体配置在一主印刷电路板上设置的光束发射器和光束接收器以及在一位于光束路径以外的区域内的加热装置。
这种装置特别为此设置,即根据在汽车的挡风玻璃上存在的降水量来影响一配置的玻璃刷***。
背景技术
由DE 42 02 121 C1已知一种传感器装置,其中在一光束传导体上设置两对透镜,并且为一光束发射器配置各对透镜的各一个透镜而为光束接收器配置另一个。各透镜用于使从光束发射器放射的发散的光束平行化或者用于使在玻璃板外表面上反射的平行的光束聚焦到光束接收器上。加热装置设置在光束传导体的背离玻璃板的一面,并且包括一PTC电阻(正温度系数电阻)或一加热薄膜。
但这种型式的加热装置首先需要采用较耗费的和昂贵的专用构件,其次,特别在一特别有效的实施形式中,其中加热装置作为平面的形体平行于玻璃板延伸,必须在较大的区域内防止环境光射入传感器装置的内部。虽然这一般甚至是要求的,如果要求例如各传感器例如为了环境光设置在同一装置中,则由此仍然产生一缺点。在这种情况下必须为此在传感器装置内设置一个区域,其位于由加热装置遮蔽的区域以外。但因此加大了装置的总区域,这一般被认为是不利的。
发明内容
按照本发明的光电子传感器装置与其相反具有优点,可明显廉价地制造加热装置,此外特别是直接在玻璃板附近存在的结构空间可用于附加的光传感器。
这因此能够使加热装置设置在一附加的平行于玻璃板表面设置的并与主印刷电路板电连接的电路基片上。
一特别简单而有效的加热装置由一在电路基片上,特别在其远离玻璃板的一面上安装的电阻元件构成。
由于耐热性和特别用标准丝网印刷法的可印刷性建议一板形陶瓷基片作为电路基片,但其也可以采用一传统的刚性或柔性的印刷电路板。

具体实施方式
如由图中可看出的,一设置用于检测带有降水的透明的玻璃板1的湿度的光电子传感器装置基本上包括一配置的光束发射器4和一光束接收器5以及设有光束传导体2,其用于为使从光束发射器4放射的发散的光束平行化或为使在玻璃板1的外表面上反射的平行的光束聚焦到光束接收器5上而设置的各个透镜,光束传导体2借助于光学胶粘剂10固定在玻璃板1的未遭受降水的内表面上。玻璃板1中特别涉及汽车的挡风玻璃或后窗玻璃,在其上在一壳本11中安装的传感器装置设置在露光即不妨碍视野的、但对于检测降水特别适合的内表面位置。其中光束发射器4和光束接收器5作为SMD元件设置在主印刷电路板3上,后者相对于光束传导体2经由印刷电路板3中的各相应的孔和与其配合的光束传导体2上的凸台(Dom)定位。
为了一方面排除在玻璃板外面上可能蒙上的干扰露水和另一方面使整个的传感器装置处于一限定的工作温度上,在玻璃板1的附近设置一加热装置。该加热装置涉及一在例如构成为刚性印刷电路板或板形陶瓷基片的电路基片6上安装的电阻元件7。其中电阻元件7作为印刷在基片6的远离玻璃板1的一面上的厚膜结构实现。但也可能采用SMD电阻,特别是这样较小的构造形式,或采用补偿的并从而自动调节的PTC***的电阻。电路基片6经由连接销12电连接于主印刷电路板3,从而在其上例如能够供给电阻元件7以加热电流。由于电阻元件7可以有利地设置在电路基片6的背离玻璃板1的一面上,其面向玻璃板1的表面可用于安装其他的元件。在当前情况下在基片6上安装两个不同的辐射传感器8、9,并经由其上设置的印制导线连接于连接销12并从而连接于主印刷电路板3。辐射传感器8、9涉及这样的元件,其可以供传感器装置本身的灵敏度控制之用或例如也可供影响汽车的其他装置例如照明装置或空气调节装置之用。为此特别采用这样的传感器,其特征在于例如关于其空间的检测角度或其光谱灵敏度的特定的特性。安装位置对于这些传感器同样在多方面是有利的,因为它在那里不仅贴邻玻璃板1,因此光的入射是最好的,而且还处在一个区域内,在该区域内在全部大气条件下确保玻璃板1的最好的清洁。此外在基片6上例如也可以安装适用于温度测量的元件,其例如可以供调节加热装置之用。一这样的温度测量或调节通过直接在基片上设置的元件例如最好地适用于辐射传感器的温度关系的补偿。在基片上印刷的、可激光调整的厚膜电阻能够以过程技术有利的方式例如实现所述光和温度灵敏的元件的工作点的在必要时需要的调节。

Claims (11)

1.用于检测带有降水的透明玻璃板(1)的湿度的光电子传感器装置,它具有一连接到玻璃板(1)上的光束传导体(2),该光束传导体配置有在一主印刷电路板(3)上设置的光束发射器(4)和光束接收器(5)以及在一位于光束路径以外的区域内的一加热装置;其特征在于,加热装置设置在一附加的、平行于玻璃板表面设置的并与主印刷电路板(3)电连接的电路基片(6)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,加热装置由一在电路基片(6)上安置的、补偿的和自动调节PTC***构成。
3.按照权利要求1所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,加热装置由一在电路基片(6)上安置的电阻元件(7)构成。
4.按照权利要求3所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,电阻元件(7)作为厚膜结构印刷在电路基片(6)的背离玻璃板(1)的一面上。
5.按照权利要求3所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,电阻元件(7)由小的构造形式的SMD电阻构成。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一项所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,电路基片(6)为一刚性和/或柔性的印刷电路板或一陶瓷基片。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一项所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,在电路基片(6)上设置至少一个另外的电元件。
8.按照权利要求7所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,作为另外的电元件设有一适用于温度测量的元件。
9.按照权利要求8所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,作为温度测量用的元件,设置一印刷在基片(6)上的结构。
10.按照权利要求7至9之一项所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,作为另外的电元件设有一在电路基片(6)的面向玻璃板(1)的一面上设置的辐射接收器(8、9)。
11.按照权利要求10所述的光电子传感器装置,其特征在于,为辐射接收器(8、9)配置一印刷在电路基片(6)上的、可激光调整的电阻。
