The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows: when the street lamp is used in daily life, the ambient brightness is monitored in real time through the photosensitive sensor arranged at the top of the street lamp cap 8, the obtained ambient brightness is compared with a preset ambient brightness threshold value, when the actually measured ambient brightness is respectively above or below the preset ambient brightness threshold value, a closing signaling and an opening signaling are respectively generated, the street lamp is opened or closed through the execution module, the ambient brightness is acquired again through the photosensitive sensor in the acquisition module when the street lamp is opened, the acquired brightness is compared with a preset plurality of continuous brightness intervals, the preset plurality of continuous brightness intervals are respectively provided with corresponding brightness adjustment levels, and when the acquired actual brightness is determined to be located in the preset brightness interval, the corresponding brightness adjustment levels are determined; the brightness of the lamp beads in the street lamp cap 8 is controlled by adjusting the input voltage of the street lamp cap 8, so that the whole street lamp cap 8 reaches the brightness adjustment level matched with the collected environment brightness;
when the brightness adjustment level of the road lamp cap 8 is determined, collecting the real-time illumination brightness of the road lamp cap 8 by using an illuminometer arranged in the ground lamp 29 in the collection module, and judging whether the actual illumination brightness of the road lamp cap 8 accords with the brightness adjustment level; when the difference exists, a cleaning signaling is generated, and an execution module is utilized to clean and rinse the lampshade on the street lamp cap 8;
