The end mounting assembly 43 comprises a base 430, a cushion block 431, a sealing block 432, a connecting screw 433, a cover plate 434 and an outer decorative plate 435, wherein the connecting upright post 436 is integrally arranged at the middle position of the inner side of the base 430, the sealing block 432 is fixedly arranged at the two ends of the inner side of the cover plate 434, the cushion block 431 is arranged between the cover plate 434 and the connecting upright post 436, the connecting screw 433 penetrates through the cover plate 434 and the cushion block 431 to be connected to the connecting upright post 436, the outer decorative plate 435 is adhered to the outer side surface of the cover plate 434 through structural adhesive, and the base 430 is fixedly arranged on the end face of the second steel pipe 425 through a fastener. In one embodiment, the spacer 431 is made of a PVC material and the sealing block 432 is made of a rubber material. In one embodiment, the clamping grooves are integrally formed at both ends of the inner side of the base 430, the clamping grooves are uniformly formed at both ends of the inner side of the cover plate 434, and the connecting portions are integrally formed on the sealing block 432, and the connecting portions are clamped and mounted on the clamping grooves. In a preferred embodiment, the gap between the cover plate 434, the ends of the outer decorative plate 435, and the third glass plate 40 and/or the fourth glass plate 41 is sealed with a sealant.
The V-shaped broken line curtain wall 2 is formed by sequentially splicing a plurality of groups of V-shaped broken line curtain wall units, wherein each V-shaped broken line curtain wall unit comprises a fifth glass plate 20, a sixth glass plate 21, a fifth glass mounting seat 22, a sixth glass mounting seat 23, a second switching assembly 24, a second inner sealing piece 25 and a second outer sealing piece 26. The second adapting assembly 24 includes a second adapting member 241 and a second mounting plate 242, the end of the second adapting member 241 is fixedly mounted on the building main body 1 by a fastener, the second mounting plate 242 is fixedly mounted on the front end of the second adapting member 241, in one embodiment, a kidney-shaped connection hole is provided on the second adapting member 241, the second mounting plate 242 is fixedly connected on the kidney-shaped connection hole by a bolt, and the kidney-shaped connection hole can be used for adjusting the mounting position of the second mounting plate 242, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the mounting error. In the present embodiment, the fifth glass pane 20 and the sixth glass pane 21 in the V-shaped fold-line curtain wall 2 are V-shaped as a whole.
The fifth glass mounting seat 22 is fixedly mounted on the left side surface of the second mounting plate 242 through welding, the sixth glass mounting seat 23 is fixedly mounted on the right side surface of the second mounting plate 242 through welding, one end part of the fifth glass plate 20 is mounted in the fifth glass mounting seat 22 through sealing glue, one end part of the sixth glass plate 21 is mounted in the sixth glass mounting seat 23 through sealing glue, and the fifth glass plate 20 and the sixth glass plate 21 are arranged on two sides of the second switching assembly 24 in a V shape.
The second inner sealing member 25 is formed by sealing the connection position between the indoor side ends of the fifth glass plate 20 and the sixth glass plate 21 and the first mounting plate 342 by sealant, and in one embodiment, the second inner sealing member 25 is made of stainless steel plate, and a cushion layer 10 is disposed between the second inner sealing member 25 and the second mounting plate 242, the cushion layer 10 is made of PVC plate, and two sides of the cushion layer 10 are fixedly adhered to the second inner sealing member 25 and the second mounting plate 242 by structural adhesive, respectively. The second outer seal 26 sealingly connects the outdoor-side end joints of the fifth and sixth glass plates 20, 21. In a preferred embodiment, the second outer seal 26 is made of stainless steel plate.
The adjacent two V-shaped broken line curtain wall units are in sealing connection through a third switching assembly 5, and the third switching assembly 5 comprises a third switching piece 50, a third mounting plate 51, a third glass mounting seat 52, a fourth glass mounting seat 53, an outer trimming plate 54 and an inner trimming plate 55. The end of the third adapter 50 is fixedly mounted on the building main body 1 through a fastener, the third mounting plate 51 is fixedly mounted on the front end of the third adapter 50, in one embodiment, a kidney-shaped connecting hole is formed on the third adapter 50, the third mounting plate 51 is fixedly connected to the kidney-shaped connecting hole through a bolt, and the kidney-shaped connecting hole can be used for adjusting the mounting position of the third mounting plate 51, so that the mounting error is convenient to adjust.
The third glass mounting seat 52 is fixedly mounted on the left side surface of the third mounting plate 51 through welding, the fourth glass mounting seat 53 is fixedly mounted on the right side surface of the third mounting plate 51 through welding, one end part of the sixth glass plate 21 in the last V-shaped broken line curtain wall unit is mounted in the third glass mounting seat 52 through sealing glue, one end part of the fifth glass plate 20 in the next V-shaped broken line curtain wall unit is mounted in the fourth glass mounting seat 53 through sealing glue, and the fifth glass plate 20 and the sixth glass plate 21 are arranged on two sides of the third switching assembly 5 in a V shape.
The inner decoration plate 55 is used for sealing and connecting the connection positions of the indoor side ends of the fifth glass plate 20 and the sixth glass plate 21 in the adjacent two V-shaped broken line curtain wall units and the third mounting plate 51 through sealant, in a specific embodiment, the inner decoration plate 55 is made of stainless steel plates, the cushion layer 10 is arranged between the inner decoration plate 55 and the third mounting plate 51, the cushion layer 10 is made of PVC plates, and two sides of the cushion layer 10 are respectively fixed and adhered on the inner decoration plate 55 and the third mounting plate 51 through structural adhesives. The outer trim panel 54 seals the junction between the outdoor side ends of the fifth and sixth glass plates 20 and 21. In a preferred embodiment, the outer trim panel 54 is made of stainless steel.
The V-shaped broken line curtain wall 2 is fixedly connected with the monoclinic broken line curtain wall 3 through a first connecting component 6, the first connecting component 6 comprises a first connecting piece 60, a first supporting plate 61, a seventh glass mounting seat 62, an eighth glass mounting seat 63, a seventh outer sealing piece 64 and a seventh inner sealing piece 65, the tail end of the first connecting piece 60 is fixedly mounted on the building main body 1 through a fastener, the first supporting plate 61 is fixedly mounted on the front end of the first connecting piece 60, in one embodiment, a waist-shaped connecting hole is formed in the first connecting piece 60, the first supporting plate 61 is fixedly connected on the waist-shaped connecting hole through a bolt, and the waist-shaped connecting hole can be used for adjusting the mounting position of the first supporting plate 61 so as to facilitate the adjustment of the mounting error.
The seventh glass mount 62 is fixedly mounted on the left side of the first support plate 61 by welding, the eighth glass mount 63 is fixedly mounted on the right side of the first support plate 61 by welding, one end of the first glass plate 30 in the single-diagonal fold line curtain wall unit is sealed in the seventh glass mount 62 by sealant, and one end of the fifth glass plate 20 in the V-shaped fold line curtain wall unit is sealed in the eighth glass mount 63 by sealant.
The seventh inner sealing member 65 is to seal and connect the indoor side ends of the fifth glass plate 20 and the first glass plate 30 with the first support plate 61 by sealant, and in one embodiment, the seventh inner sealing member 65 is made of stainless steel plate, and a cushion layer 10 is disposed between the seventh inner sealing member 65 and the first support plate 61, the cushion layer 10 is made of PVC plate, and two sides of the cushion layer 10 are fixedly adhered to the seventh inner sealing member 65 and the first support plate 61 by structural adhesives, respectively. The seventh outer seal 64 sealingly connects the end junction of the outdoor side of the fifth glass sheet 20 and the first glass sheet 30. In a preferred embodiment, the seventh external sealing member 64 is made of stainless steel plate, and insulation wool 11 is filled between the seventh external sealing member 64 and the first support plate 61. In a more preferred embodiment, one end of the seventh outer seal 64 has a side parallel to the installation direction of the first glass sheet 30 and the other end of the seventh outer seal 64 has a side parallel to the installation direction of the fifth glass sheet 20, so that the curtain wall junction transitions smoothly and is prevented from being abrupt at the junction.
The monoclinic fold line curtain wall 3 is connected with the linear curtain wall 4 by a second connection assembly 7, the second connection assembly 7 comprising a second connection 70, a second support plate 71, a ninth glass mount 72, a tenth glass mount 73, an eighth outer seal 74 and an eighth inner seal 75. The end of the second connecting member 70 is fixedly mounted on the building main body 1 through a fastener, the second supporting plate 71 is fixedly mounted on the front end of the second connecting member 70, in one embodiment, a kidney-shaped connecting hole is formed in the second connecting member 70, the second supporting plate 71 is fixedly connected to the kidney-shaped connecting hole through a bolt, and the kidney-shaped connecting hole can be used for adjusting the mounting position of the second supporting plate 71, so that the mounting error can be conveniently adjusted.
The ninth glass mount 72 is fixedly mounted on the left side of the second support plate 71 by welding, the tenth glass mount 73 is fixedly mounted on the right side of the second support plate 71 by welding, one end of the first glass plate 30 in the single-diagonal fold line curtain wall unit is sealed in the ninth glass mount 72 by sealant, and one end of the third glass plate 40 or the fourth glass plate 41 in the straight line curtain wall unit is sealed in the tenth glass mount 73 by sealant.
The eighth inner seal 75 is to seal the connection position between the indoor side ends of the first glass plate 30 and the third glass plate 40 or the fourth glass plate 41 and the second support plate 71 by sealant, in a specific embodiment, the eighth inner seal 75 is made of stainless steel plate, and a cushion layer 10 is disposed between the eighth inner seal 75 and the second support plate 71, the cushion layer 10 is made of PVC plate, and two sides of the cushion layer 10 are respectively fixed and adhered to the eighth inner seal 75 and the second support plate 71 by structural adhesive. The seventh outer seal 64 sealingly connects the end junction of the outdoor side of the fifth glass sheet 20 and the first glass sheet 30. In a preferred embodiment, the eighth external seal 74 is made of stainless steel plate, and insulation wool 11 is filled between the eighth external seal 74 and the second support plate 71. In a more preferred embodiment, one end of the eighth outer seal 74 has a side parallel to the direction of installation of the first glass pane 30 and the other end of the eighth outer seal 74 has a side parallel to the direction of installation of the third glass pane 40 or the fourth glass pane 41, so that the curtain wall joint transitions smoothly and is prevented from being obtrusive at the joint location.
In one particular embodiment, the light strip 8 is fixedly mounted on the outside of each of the first outer seal 36, the second outer seal 26, the seventh outer seal 64, the eighth outer seal 74, and the outer trim panel 54, the light strip 8 extending from the bottom of the glass curtain wall system to the top of the glass curtain wall system.
The construction method of the multi-fold line spliced glass curtain wall system as shown in fig. 1 to 8 comprises the following steps:
firstly, the supporting structure is firstly installed on the building main body 1, namely, the first switching component 34, the partition plate 422, the second switching component 24, the third switching component 5, the first connecting component 6 and the second connecting component 7 are fixedly installed on the building structure 1 through fasteners. The sequence of installation can be adjusted according to the construction progress of different walls during installation.
Step two, the first glass mount 32, the second glass mount 33, the fifth glass mount 22, the sixth glass mount 23, the seventh glass mount 62, the eighth glass mount 63, the ninth glass mount 72, the tenth glass mount 73 and the end mount assembly 43 are respectively and fixedly mounted, and the first glass mount 32, the second glass mount 33, the fifth glass mount 22, the sixth glass mount 23, the seventh glass mount 62, the eighth glass mount 63, the ninth glass mount 72 and the tenth glass mount 73 are fixedly mounted by welding using bolts, and the end mount assembly 43 is fixedly mounted by using bolts.
And thirdly, respectively sealing and installing the first glass plate 30, the third glass plate 40, the fourth glass plate 41, the fifth glass plate 20 and the sixth glass plate 21 on corresponding glass installation seats, and sealing the connection positions by using sealant after installation.
And step four, installing a first inner sealing member 35 and a first outer sealing member 36, wherein the two sealing members can seal and decorate the indoor and outdoor sides at the connecting position of the two adjacent first glass plates 30 again. An outer decorative plate 435 is installed, the decorative plate 435 seals and decorates the outdoor side of the connection position of the third glass plate 40 and the fourth glass plate 41, and the decorative plate 435 is sealed with the third glass plate 40 and the fourth glass plate 41 by using sealant. Sealing and decorating the indoor and outdoor sides of the joint of the fifth glass plate and the sixth glass plate; a second inner seal 25 and a second outer seal 26 are installed to seal and decorate both indoor and outdoor sides at the position where the fifth glass plate 20 is connected to the first glass plate 21. A seventh inner seal 65 and a seventh outer seal 64 are installed, both of which can seal and decorate both indoor and outdoor sides at the position where the fifth glass plate 20 is connected to the first glass plate 30. An eighth inner seal 75 and an eighth outer seal 74 are installed, both of which can seal and decorate both indoor and outdoor sides at the position where the third glass plate 40 is connected with the first glass plate 30. The inner trim plate 55 and the outer trim plate 54 are installed so as to seal and trim both indoor and outdoor sides at the position where the fifth glass plate 20 and the first glass plate 21 are connected.
And fifthly, fixedly mounting the lamp strip 8 on the outer sides of the first outer sealing piece 36, the second outer sealing piece 26, the seventh outer sealing piece 64, the eighth outer sealing piece 74 and the outer trimming plate 54, and wiping the inner and outer surfaces of each glass plate so that the outer surface of the curtain wall is tidy as a whole, and completing the integral mounting of the curtain wall system.

The multi-fold line tiled glass curtain wall system according to claim 1, wherein: the first adapter is provided with a waist-shaped connecting hole, and the first mounting plate is fixedly connected to the waist-shaped connecting hole through a bolt; the second switching component is also provided with a waist-shaped connecting hole, and the second mounting plate is fixedly connected to the waist-shaped connecting hole through a bolt; the third adapter is also provided with a waist-shaped connecting hole, and the third mounting plate is fixedly connected to the waist-shaped connecting hole through a bolt.

The multi-fold line tiled glass curtain wall system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the steel upright post consists of a channel steel, a first steel through sleeved on the outer side of the channel steel and a second steel through fixedly arranged on one side of the first steel through, a decorative plate is sleeved on the outer side of the steel upright post, and a buffer gasket is arranged between the decorative plate and the steel upright post; the partition plate comprises a first lateral partition plate, a second lateral partition plate and fireproof rock wool, one end of the first lateral partition plate is sealed and installed on the building main body, the other end of the first lateral partition plate is fixedly installed on the end face of the steel upright post, one end of the second lateral partition plate is sealed and installed on the building main body, the other end of the second lateral partition plate is fixedly installed on the end face of the steel upright post, a partition cavity is formed among the first lateral partition plate, the second lateral partition plate, the building main body and the end face of the steel upright post, and the fireproof rock wool is filled in the partition cavity.
4. The multi-fold line tiled glass curtain wall system according to claim 3, wherein: the buffer gasket is made of PVC material, the cushion block is made of PVC material, and the sealing block is made of rubber material.

The multi-fold line tiled glass curtain wall system according to claim 1, wherein: one end of the seventh external sealing element is parallel to the first glass plate installation direction, and the other end of the seventh external sealing element is parallel to the fifth glass plate installation direction; one end of the eighth external sealing piece is parallel to the installation direction of the first glass plate, and the other end of the eighth external sealing piece is parallel to the installation direction of the third glass plate or the fourth glass plate.

The multi-fold line tiled glass curtain wall system according to claim 1 or 5, wherein: a heat insulation cotton is arranged between the first outer sealing piece and the first mounting plate; a heat insulation cotton is arranged between the seventh external sealing piece and the first supporting plate; and heat preservation cotton is arranged between the eighth external sealing piece and the second supporting plate.

The multi-fold line tiled glass curtain wall system according to claim 1, wherein: the first inner sealing element, the second inner sealing element, the seventh inner sealing element, the eighth inner sealing element and the inner decoration plate are made of stainless steel materials, a cushion layer is arranged between the first inner sealing element and the first mounting plate, a cushion layer is arranged between the second inner sealing element and the second mounting plate, a cushion layer is arranged between the seventh inner sealing element and the first supporting plate, a cushion layer is arranged between the eighth inner sealing element and the second supporting plate, and a cushion layer is arranged between the inner decoration plate and the third mounting plate.
8. The multi-fold tiled glass curtain wall system of claim 7, wherein: the cushion layer is a PVC plate.
9. The multi-fold line tiled glass curtain wall system according to claim 1, wherein: the first outer sealing piece, the second outer sealing piece, the seventh outer sealing piece, the eighth outer sealing piece and the outer decoration plate are made of stainless steel materials, and lamp strips are arranged on the outer sides of the first outer sealing piece, the second outer sealing piece, the seventh outer sealing piece, the eighth outer sealing piece and the outer decoration plate and penetrate through the bottom of the glass curtain wall system to the top of the glass curtain wall system.
10. A method of constructing a multi-fold line splice-type glass curtain wall system as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the construction method comprises the following steps:
step one, installing a supporting structure, and installing a first switching assembly, a partition board, a second switching assembly, a third switching assembly, a first connecting assembly and a second connecting assembly on a building structure;
step two, fixedly mounting a first glass mounting seat, a second glass mounting seat, a fifth glass mounting seat, a sixth glass mounting seat, a seventh glass mounting seat, an eighth glass mounting seat, a ninth glass mounting seat, a tenth glass mounting seat and an end mounting assembly;
thirdly, sealing and installing the first glass plate, the third glass plate, the fourth glass plate, the fifth glass plate and the sixth glass plate;
sealing and decorating the indoor and outdoor sides of the joint of the two adjacent first glass plates; sealing and decorating the outdoor side of the joint of the third glass plate and the fourth glass plate; sealing and decorating the indoor and outdoor sides of the joint of the fifth glass plate and the sixth glass plate; sealing and decorating the indoor and outdoor sides of the joint of the fifth glass plate and the first glass plate; sealing and decorating the indoor and outdoor sides of the joint of the first glass plate and the third glass plate or the fourth glass plate;
