Claims (10)

1. A traffic accident handling method based on big data, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring opposite vehicle information in a certain area around the vehicle in real time, and storing the opposite vehicle information to a big data platform in real time;
collecting own vehicle collision information, and marking position information and time information on the own vehicle collision information;
uploading own vehicle collision information marked with position information and time information to a big data platform for matching, and outputting information of one or more matched vehicles;
when only information of one opposite vehicle is output, communication information of the opposite vehicle driver is obtained, and own vehicle collision information is sent to the opposite vehicle driver through the communication information; when information of a plurality of opposite vehicles is output, whether the opposite vehicles have collision information at the same position and at the same time is analyzed according to the opposite vehicle information, if so, communication information of the opposite vehicle driver is obtained, own vehicle collision information is sent to the opposite vehicle driver through the communication information, and if not, the vehicle collision information marked with the position information and the time information is sent to an insurance company and a local traffic police team.
2. The traffic accident handling method based on big data according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the information of the opponent vehicle in a certain area around the vehicle in real time and storing the information of the opponent vehicle in real time to the big data platform specifically comprises the steps of:
monitoring distance information between own vehicles and other vehicles in real time;
when the distance between the own vehicle and the opposite vehicle is within 0.5 meter, acquiring vehicle information of the opposite vehicle, wherein the vehicle information is a license plate number;
marking position information and time information on license plate numbers of the opposite vehicles;
and storing the opposite vehicle information marked with the position information and the time information to a big data platform.
3. The traffic accident handling method based on big data according to claim 2, wherein the step of collecting own vehicle collision information and labeling the own vehicle collision information with position information and time information specifically comprises:
collecting own vehicle collision information, wherein the own vehicle collision information comprises vehicle body collision signal information and picture information;
the own vehicle collision information is marked with position information and time information.

The traffic accident handling method based on big data according to claim 3, wherein the step of uploading own vehicle collision information marked with location information and time information to a big data platform for matching, and outputting information of one or more matched opponent vehicles, specifically comprises:
uploading own vehicle collision information marked with position information and time information to a big data platform;
matching own vehicle collision information with opposite vehicle information;
and outputting one or more pieces of opponent vehicle information when the position information and the time information marked on the own vehicle collision information are consistent with the position information and the time information marked on the opponent vehicle information.
5. The traffic accident handling method according to claim 4, wherein the steps of obtaining communication information of the driver of the opposite vehicle and transmitting own vehicle collision information to the driver of the opposite vehicle via the communication information comprise:
acquiring communication information of a driver of the opposite vehicle according to the license plate number of the opposite vehicle; the communication information of the driver of the opposite vehicle comprises a mobile phone number or Bluetooth;
sending a communication request to a driver of the opposite vehicle;
when the driver of the opposite vehicle agrees with the communication request, transmitting own vehicle collision information to the driver of the opposite vehicle;
when the driver of the opposite vehicle does not agree with the communication request, the license plate number of the opposite vehicle and own vehicle collision information are sent to an insurance company and a local traffic police team.
6. A big data based traffic accident handling system, the system comprising:
the monitoring module is used for collecting own vehicle collision information and labeling position information and time information on the own vehicle collision information;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring own vehicle collision information and labeling position information and time information on the own vehicle collision information;
the matching module is used for uploading own vehicle collision information marked with position information and time information to the big data platform for matching and outputting information of one or more matched vehicles of the other side;
the analysis processing module is used for acquiring communication information of a driver of the opposite vehicle when only information of one opposite vehicle is output, and sending own vehicle collision information to the driver of the opposite vehicle through the communication information; when information of a plurality of opposite vehicles is output, the method is used for analyzing whether the opposite vehicles exist collision information at the same position and at the same time according to the opposite vehicle information, if so, the communication information of the opposite vehicle driver is obtained, own vehicle collision information is sent to the opposite vehicle driver through the communication information, and if not, own vehicle collision information marked with the position information and the time information is sent to an insurance company and a local traffic police team.
7. The big data based traffic accident handling system of claim 6, wherein the monitoring module comprises:
the distance monitoring unit is used for monitoring the distance information of the own vehicle and the opposite vehicle in real time;
an information acquisition unit for acquiring vehicle information of an opponent vehicle when a distance between the own vehicle and the opponent vehicle is within 0.5 meter, wherein the vehicle information is a license plate number;
the first information labeling unit is used for labeling position information and time information on the license plate number of the opposite vehicle;
and the data storage unit is used for storing the opposite vehicle information marked with the position information and the time information to the big data platform.
8. The big data based traffic accident handling system of claim 7, wherein the collection module comprises:
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring own vehicle collision information, wherein the own vehicle collision information comprises vehicle body collision signal information and picture information;
and the second information labeling unit is used for labeling position information and time information on own vehicle collision information.
9. The big data based traffic accident handling system of claim 8, wherein the matching module comprises:
the input unit is used for uploading own vehicle collision information marked with position information and time information to the big data platform;
a matching unit for matching own vehicle collision information with counterpart vehicle information;
and an output unit configured to output one or more pieces of opponent vehicle information when the position information and the time information marked on the own vehicle collision information coincide with the position information and the time information marked on the opponent vehicle information.
10. The big data based traffic accident handling system of claim 9, wherein the analysis processing module includes:
an analysis unit that analyzes whether or not there is collision information at the same position and at the same time of the opponent vehicle based on opponent vehicle information when information of a plurality of opponent vehicles is output;
the communication information acquisition unit is used for acquiring communication information of a driver of the opposite vehicle according to the license plate number of the opposite vehicle if the communication information is acquired; the communication information of the driver of the opposite vehicle comprises a mobile phone number or Bluetooth;
