Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The service site management method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in figure 1. In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in FIG. 1. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing data such as service resource information, site environment information and the like. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a service site management method.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a service site management method is provided, and the method is applied to the server in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
S201, service quality scoring is carried out on each current service site according to service resource information and site environment information of at least two current service sites.
The current service site may be a site in a service organization for providing service services to users. Optionally, each current service site belongs to the same service organization.
The service resource information may be a resource in the current service site for providing service to the user, alternatively, the service resource information may be the number of service personnel, the number of devices for providing service to the user (if the current service site is an self-service bank, the number of devices may be the number of automated teller machines (Automatic Teller Machine, ATM)) and the number of service windows. The site environment information may be information characterizing the environmental goodness of the current serving site. Alternatively, the site environment information may include the finishing environment within the current service site, and the like. The quality of service score may be a score that characterizes the quality of service that the current service site is able to provide to the user, and it should be noted that the quality of service score may be used to reflect the willingness of the user to use the current service site.
Optionally, for each current service site in the service mechanism, acquiring service resource information and site environment information corresponding to the current service site, determining a service resource score corresponding to a service resource score interval to which the service resource information belongs, determining a site environment score corresponding to a site environment score interval to which the site environment information belongs, determining a product between the service resource score and a preset service resource weight as a service resource score, determining a product between the site environment score and a preset site environment weight as a site environment score, and calculating a sum between the service resource score and the site environment score as a service quality score of the current service site.
S202, determining a to-be-tuned service site of a service organization and site positions of the to-be-tuned service site according to service quality scores of the current service sites.
The service station to be tuned may be a service station requiring position adjustment. Optionally, the service sites to be tuned include newly added service sites and/or deleted service sites.
Optionally, according to the service quality score of each current service station, determining a current service station with the service quality score lower than a preset first score threshold value, and because the service quality score of the current service station is lower, characterizing the problem that the willingness degree of the user to use the current service station is lower, using the current service station as a deleted service station and using the station position of the deleted service station as the station position of the to-be-adjusted service station. For the current service site with the service quality score higher than the preset first score threshold value and lower than the second score threshold value (the first score threshold value is smaller than the second score threshold value), the service quality of the current service site is proved to be of a normal level, so that the passenger flow of the current service site can be further judged, and if the passenger flow of the current service site is higher than the passenger flow threshold value, the current service site is proved to be capable of meeting the use requirement of users in the service area to which the current service site belongs, and modification operation on the current service site is not needed; if the passenger flow volume of the current service station is lower than the passenger flow volume threshold, the passenger flow volume of the current service station is proved to be lower in willingness degree of the user to use, therefore, the embodiment can increase the willingness degree of the user to use the service station by increasing the density of the service station, specifically, the current service station can be taken as a deleted service station, the station position of the deleted service station is taken as the station position of the to-be-tuned service station, meanwhile, the area from the current service station to the boundary of the service range is determined according to the service range of the adjacent service station of the current service station, the expandable area is taken as an expandable area, the central position of the subarea is taken as the station position of the newly-added service station for each subarea, and the newly-added service station is set at the station position. For the current service site with the service quality score higher than the second score threshold, the service quality of the current service site is higher, and the user using willingness degree is higher, so that the problem that the current service site receives more users and the pressure of the current service site is higher may exist, therefore, the user of the current service site can be subjected to splitting processing by adding the service site to reduce the receiving pressure of the current service site, specifically, at least one new service site is added in the service range as a newly added service site according to the service range of the current service site, and any position is selected from the service range as the site position of the service site to be regulated.
S203, adjusting the current service site of the service organization according to the to-be-adjusted service site and the site position of the to-be-adjusted service site.
Optionally, determining the site positions of the to-be-tuned service site and the to-be-tuned service site, and when the to-be-tuned service site is a newly-added service site, taking the site position of the newly-added service site as the site selection result of the newly-added service site; and when the to-be-tuned service station is the deleted service station, determining the station position of the deleted service station, deleting the service station where the station position is located, and finishing the adjustment of the current service station of the service mechanism.
According to the service station management method, the service quality score of the service station is determined according to the service resource information and the station environment information of the service station, the service station with lower service quality score is likely to be lower, so that the user can determine the service station to be tuned according to the service quality score of the service station and the station position of the service station, and adjust the current service station according to the service station to be tuned and the station position, namely, according to the actual service quality condition of the current service station, whether the service station needs to be newly added or deleted is determined, the manual determination of the new addition or deletion of the service station is not needed, the labor cost of service station site selection is reduced, and the station position of the service station is further determined according to the actual service quality condition of the current service station.
Fig. 3 is a flow diagram of determining a serving site to be tuned and a site location of the serving site to be tuned in one embodiment. In order to ensure the accuracy of the station positions of the to-be-tuned service station and the to-be-tuned service station, the embodiment introduces a plurality of judging logics to determine the station positions of the to-be-tuned service station and ensure the accuracy of the determined station positions of the to-be-tuned service station and the to-be-tuned service station, and concretely, the embodiment provides an optional mode of the station positions of the to-be-tuned service station and the to-be-tuned service station, which comprises the following steps:
s301, scoring the service quality of each current service site according to the service resource information and the site environment information of at least two current service sites.
S302, judging whether the service quality score of the current service site is smaller than a score threshold, if yes, executing step S303, and if not, executing step S308.
S303, for each current service station, if the service quality score of the current service station is smaller than the score threshold, determining whether the current service station has an associated service station, if not, executing step S304, and if so, executing step S305.
The associated service sites are other current service sites in the service mechanism, and the distance between the associated service sites and the current service sites is within a preset range.
Optionally, for each current service site, if the service quality score of the current service site is smaller than the score threshold, determining whether other service sites exist in the preset range or not, if so, considering that the current service site has an associated service site, and if not, considering that the current service site does not have an associated service site.
Optionally, if the service quality score of the current service site is smaller than the score threshold, the passenger flow of the current service site can be obtained; judging whether the passenger flow volume of the current service site is smaller than a passenger flow volume threshold value or not; if so, determining whether the current service site has an associated service site.
Specifically, for each current service site, if the service quality score of the current service site is smaller than the score threshold, it is proved that the service quality of the current service site is lower, so that there may be a problem that the willingness degree of the user to use the current service site is lower, therefore, the passenger flow volume of the current service site may be further judged to determine whether the willingness degree of the user to use the current service site is really lower, that is, whether the passenger flow volume of the current service site is smaller than the passenger flow volume threshold is determined, if not, it is proved that more users are using the current service site, that is, the current service site can completely serve the users in the service area to which the current service site belongs, and other processing is not required for the current service site; if yes, the user is proved to have lower utilization rate of the current service site, so that whether the reason that the passenger flow of the current service site is lower is whether other service sites shunt the users of the current service site or not can be further judged, and if yes, whether related service sites exist in the preset range of the current service site or not is further judged.
S304, if the current service station does not have the associated service station, determining that the to-be-tuned service station of the service mechanism is a newly added service station, and determining the station position of the newly added service station according to the service range of the current service station and the service range of the adjacent service station of the current service station.
The adjacent service sites are other current service sites with the preset quantity closest to the current service site in the service mechanism.
Optionally, if the service mechanism is not available, it is proved that no other service stations exist in the preset range of the current service station for shunting the users of the current service station, that is, only fewer users may use the service mechanism corresponding to the service station in the service range to which the current service station belongs, so that the convenience of the users in using the service mechanism can be improved by increasing the service station density of the service mechanism, the use intention degree of the users for the service mechanism is further increased, and therefore, a new service station can be set between the current service station and the adjacent service station. One implementation manner is to determine a preset range of a current service station as a service range of the current service station, determine a preset range of an adjacent service station of the current service station as a service range of the adjacent service station, determine an area between the current service station and the adjacent service station, which does not belong to the service range of the current service station or the service range of the adjacent service station, as an expandable area, set a new service station in the expandable area based on manual work, and divide the expandable area into at least two sub-areas, and regarding a position of a center of the sub-area as a station position of the new service station for each sub-area.
Another implementation manner is that the first address selecting area can be determined according to the service range of the current service site and the service range of the adjacent service site of the current service site; determining a second addressing area according to the service range of the current service site and the address information of the user served by the current service site; determining a third addressing area according to the service range of the adjacent service site and the address information of the user served by the adjacent service site; and determining the site position of the newly added service site according to the first site selection area, the second selection area and the third selection area.
Specifically, determining a preset range of a current service station as a service range of the current service station, determining a preset range of a neighboring service station of the current service station as a service range of the neighboring service station, and determining an area between the current service station and the neighboring service station, which does not belong to the service range of the current service station or the service range of the neighboring service station, as a first addressing area according to the service range of the current service station and the service range of the neighboring service station; determining a region corresponding to no address information from the service range according to the service range of the current service site and the address information of the users served by the current service site, aiming at the address information of all the service users, and taking the region as a second selection region; determining a region which does not correspond to the address information from the service range according to the service range of the adjacent service site and the address information of the user served by the adjacent service site, and taking the region as a third selection region; and performing splicing treatment on the first addressing area, the second selecting area and the third selecting area to obtain an expandable area, dividing the expandable area into at least two sub-areas, and taking the position of the center of each sub-area as the site position of the newly added service site for each sub-area.
S305, if the current service station has the associated service station, judging whether the service quality scores of the associated service stations are all larger than a score threshold, if so, executing a step S306, and if not, executing a step S307.
Optionally, if there is an associated service site within the preset range of the current service site, it is thus proven that the user of the current service site is likely to be shunted by the associated service site, so it may be further determined whether the quality scores of the associated service sites are all greater than the score threshold value, to determine whether the user of the current service site is shunted by the associated service site with a higher quality of service score.
And S306, if the service quality scores of the associated service stations are all larger than the score threshold, taking the current service station as a deleted service station, and taking the station position of the current service station as the station position of the deleted service station.
Optionally, if the quality scores of the associated service sites are all greater than the score threshold, the user of the current service site is proved to be shunted by the associated service site with higher service quality score, so that the probability of using the current service site by the user is proved to be lower, and meanwhile, because the service quality score of the current service site is also lower, that is, the willingness degree of using the current service site by the user is also lower, the current service site can be deleted to save the service site setting cost of the corresponding service mechanism of the current service site, namely, the current service site is taken as a deleted service site, and the site position of the current service site is taken as the site position of the deleted service site.
S307, if the service quality scores of the associated service stations are not greater than the score threshold, determining that the to-be-tuned service station of the service mechanism is a newly added service station, and determining the station position of the newly added service station according to the service range of the current service station and the service ranges of the adjacent service stations of the current service station.
Optionally, if the quality score of at least one associated service site is not greater than the score threshold, it is proved that the current service site is not shunted by users of the associated service site, that is, less users use the service mechanism in the service range of the current service site, so that the number of service sites in the service range can be increased to increase the convenience of users using the service mechanism, further improve the willingness degree of users to use the service mechanism, therefore, the to-be-tuned service site of the service mechanism is determined to be a newly added service site, and the site position of the newly added service site is determined according to the service range of the current service site and the service range of the adjacent service site of the current service site. It should be noted that, the determination manner of the newly added service site and the service site position of the newly added service site is described in detail in the above embodiment, which is not described herein.
And S308, if the service quality score of the current service site is not less than the score threshold, not adjusting the current service site.
According to the method for determining the to-be-tuned service site and the site position of the to-be-tuned service site, the willingness degree of a user to use the current service site can be judged according to the service quality scores of the current service site, the probability of the user to use the current service site is proved to be lower for the current service site with lower service quality scores, so that passenger flow of the current service site needs to be further judged, whether the current service site with low passenger flow is shunted because the service site with higher service quality scores exists around the current service site can be further judged, if so, the current service site can be deleted to save the cost of a service mechanism, and if not, the service site can be increased to improve the convenience of the user, thereby further increasing the willingness of the user to use the service mechanism. According to the multiple judging logics, whether the current service site needs to be deleted or not and whether a new service site needs to be added or not are determined step by step, and accuracy of the to-be-adjusted service site and the site position corresponding to the to-be-adjusted service site is improved.
FIG. 4 is a flow diagram of processing a current serving site in one embodiment. In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of processing the current service site, in the technology of the embodiment, the processing content of the service site to be processed is introduced in the embodiment, and specifically, the embodiment provides an optional way for processing the current service site, which includes the following steps:
s401, determining a service site to be processed and processing content of the service site to be processed in response to the service site processing instruction.
The service site processing instruction may be an instruction input by a user to process a service site. Optionally, the service site processing instructions include at least one of a service site query instruction, a service site addition instruction, a service site modification instruction, and a service site deletion instruction.
The processing content may be specific content for processing the service site. Alternatively, the processing content may be query content, newly added content, or deleted content.
Optionally, in response to a service site processing instruction input by a user, the service site processing instruction is parsed, a service site to be processed is obtained from the service site processing instruction, and processing content of the service site to be processed is obtained.
