本发明涉及复合片材及其制备方法,具体涉及一种连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材是以连续纤维作为增强材料,以热塑性树脂为基体,通过将热塑性树脂加热辊压成型制成连续纤维带材,再将连续纤维带材裁剪后使用不同角度铺叠红外加热模具高压固化的工艺制造的高强度、高刚性、高韧性的复合材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度、高刚度、高韧性、适用于工业批量化生产的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材。
本发明所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材,以重量百分比计含有混合的下述成分:60%的连续纤维和40%的热塑性树脂制成的连续纤维带材。
所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材除以重量百分比计以外,还需将连续纤维带材按0°、45°、90°方式叠层排列。
所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材厚度不限,一般厚度为0.2mm~10mm,优选为0.6mm~5mm。具体的厚度根据复合材料片材的实际应用场景来确定。
本发明所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材,其连续纤维可选用玻璃纤维、碳纤维或芳纶纤维中的一种或多种带材铺叠而成的。如果纤维材料为单一纤维带材铺叠而成,则优先选用所述的玻璃纤维。
本发明所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材,其热塑性树脂包括但不限于聚酰胺6、聚己二酰己二胺、聚丙烯的至少一种。

本发明所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材可以通过红外加热方式实现,适用于工业化批量生产。
所述连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材的具体制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按所述量将所述连续纤维和树脂进行均匀混合加热辊压成型得到所述连续纤维带材,温度在所述热塑性树脂的熔融温度范围,一般为180~320℃,时间为60~300s;
2)按所述量将所述的连续纤维带材按0°、45°、90°方式叠层排列;
3)将连续纤维带材在红外高温环境中均匀加热,温度在所述热塑性树脂的熔融温度范围,一般为200~400℃,时间为60~300s;
4)将上述熔融状态的连续纤维带材放置于密闭的高压模具中,压力控制在5000~36000kN,保温保压成型 (60~300s)后,自然冷却后即得到所述连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种热塑性纤维复合材料(CFRTP)片材的应用。
本发明所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材可进行任意裁剪和拼接,制成不同形状及尺寸的预成型体,适用于加工成型各种汽车复合材料零部件产品。所述的加工成型方法可采用现有技术中各种树脂纤维复合材料制备产品的加工成型方法,例如模压成型、辊压成型、树脂传递模塑成型等,尤其适合于树脂传递模塑成型。本发明的热塑性纤维复合材料(CFRTP)片材即使在制备复杂形状的零部件时,也能够具有高尺寸精度和高生产率。
本发明的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材具有以下优点:(1)密度低、强度高、抗冲击韧性好;(2)加工成型时间短、制造成本低;(3)可回收再利用、绿色环保。
本发明的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材制备汽车零部件具有以下优势:(1)成型速度 快,生产效率高,连续批量生产;(2)可进行任意裁剪和拼接,制成不同形状及尺寸的预成型 体;(3)尺寸精度高,适合制备复杂形状的汽车零部件。

所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材其连续纤维可选用玻璃纤维、碳纤维或芳纶纤维中的一种或多种纤维材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材,其特征在于:
所述的连续纤维材料包括单向纤维带材、编织纤维带材。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材,其特征在于:
所述的热塑性树脂选自聚酰胺6、聚己二酰己二胺、聚丙烯的至少一种。
7.一种权利要求1~6之一所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按照所述量将连续纤维与热塑性树脂均匀混合加热辊压成型制得连续纤维带材;
按照所述角度将连续纤维带材叠放整齐;
将连续纤维带材在红外高温环境中均匀加热;
将上述加热后的连续纤维带材放置于密闭的高压模具中,保压成型后自然冷却后即得到所述连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材。
8.根据权利要求7所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述步骤1)红外高温加热过程,其温度范围应当控制在180~320℃,时间控制在60~300s;
所述步骤2)叠层方式应当按照0°、45°、90°方式叠层;
所述步骤3)红外高温加热过程,其温度范围应当控制在200℃~400℃,时间控制在60~300s;
4)所述步骤4)密闭高压模具保压过程,其压力控制在5000~36000kN。
9.根据权利要求1~6之一所述的连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)片材加工成型制得的汽车复合材料零部件产品。
