The slider module 503 includes support columns, each support column is connected with the guide plate 504 through two sliders, the sliders are slidably arranged with the support columns, the distance between the two sliders can be adjusted (the slider lifting can be realized through driving a screw rod matched with the sliders by a driving motor at the top of the support column, and the screw rod is a bidirectional threaded rod). The guide plates are all L-shaped, and four guide plates 504 form a square shape, so that the flaring of the carton is facilitated.
Flaring of cartons of different sizes can be achieved by changing the slider spacing on each slider module 503 and by changing the slider module 503 spacing.
As shown in fig. 7, the arm adjusting device 5 includes two side supporting mechanisms 601 disposed along a longitudinal direction of the device, two round tubes 602 are slidably disposed between the two side supporting mechanisms 601 to support the two round tubes, the side supporting mechanisms 601 include a large arm 603, the top of the large arm 603 is connected with a supporting plate 605 through an air cylinder, and the supporting plate 605 can be extended and retracted relative to the large arm 603 through the air cylinder.

The distance between the two large support arms 603 is adjustable, so that different-size smoke boxes can be packaged, and the application range is wide;
the two support plates 605 are driven by the air cylinder, the same interval is adjustable, when the two support plates 605 are retracted, the output end of the lifting and forming device 7 can be vertically lowered, box blanks are sucked from the automatic feeding device 12 at the bottom of the equipment and formed through the sucking disc, the box blanks are lifted to the support plate 605 above the large support arm 603, the support plate 605 stretches out again, the support plate 605 supports the formed paper boxes, the flaring device 4 moves to the opening of the paper boxes through the guide plate, the guide plate flares the paper boxes, and the box feeding propelling device 3 pushes the stacked strip cigarettes into the paper boxes.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the hemming mechanism 6 includes a rear hemming mechanism 701, a front hemming mechanism 702, an upper hemming mechanism 808, and a lower hemming mechanism 703, and the hemming mechanism 6 is mounted with a glue spraying device 704. Two rear hemming mechanisms 701, two front hemming mechanisms 702, two lower hemming mechanisms 703 are installed at the support plate 605, and the two rear hemming mechanisms 701, the two front hemming mechanisms 702, the two rear hemming mechanisms 701 can individually slide along the support plate.

The upper hemming mechanism 808 is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the apparatus. The rear flanging mechanism 701, the front flanging mechanism 702, the upper flanging mechanism 808 and the lower flanging mechanism 703 are matched with each other, so that flanging of the carton can be realized, and the carton after carton packing can be closed.
As shown in fig. 10, two sets of pressing devices 8 are correspondingly arranged, the pressing devices 8 are distributed longitudinally, each pressing device 8 comprises a fixed bracket 901 which is arranged on a rack, an air cylinder 902 is arranged on each fixed bracket 901, the output end of each air cylinder pushes a supporting plate, each supporting plate passes through a sliding table 906 to be connected with a pressing block 905, each pressing block 905 slides along a guide rod 904 on each sliding table 906, the top of each pressing block 905 is connected with a pressing mechanism 903, each pressing mechanism 903 comprises a pressing plate, and a plurality of rollers are arranged on the side face of each pressing plate; the two sets of pressing devices 8 are used for pressing the folded paper boxes through the pressing mechanism 903 to prevent the folded paper boxes from being opened.
As shown in fig. 11, two groups of clamping devices 9 are correspondingly arranged for clamping two sides of the carton, each group comprises a double-slider vertical module 1001, the double sliders are mounted on a screw rod 1002 with a lead of 1:2, an upper slider 1003 and a lower slider 1006 are slidably connected on the screw rod 1002, a bracket 1004 is mounted on the upper slider 1003, and a compression block 1005 is fixed on the bracket 1004. The tape applying mechanism 10 is mounted on the lower slide 1006 of the clamping device 9, and the tape is guided by the rollers and corresponds to the position of the seal when the carton passes therethrough for sealing the carton by the tape.
As shown in fig. 12, the carton pushing device 11 is longitudinally arranged and mounted on the inner side of the large support arm of the support arm adjusting device 5, and comprises a support frame, a servo motor 1101 is arranged on the support frame and connected with a chain wheel 1103 through a speed reducer 1102, the chain wheel 1103 is matched with a chain 1104, the chain 1104 is embedded in a guide rail 1105, the chain 1104 is connected with a sliding block 1106, the sliding block 1106 is mounted on an upper circular guide rail 1107 and a lower circular guide rail 1107, the circular guide rail 1107 is mounted on the support of the carton pushing device 11, a pushing arm 1108 is mounted on the sliding block 1107, and the carton used for pushing the carton to sequentially pass through a pressing device 8, a clamping device 9 and a tape pasting mechanism 10 is pushed to slide on the support plate 605.
The carton pushing device 11 can push the carton formed on the support arm adjusting device 5 and filled with cigarettes to the pressing device 8, the clamping device 9 and the tape pasting mechanism.
As shown in fig. 13, the automatic feeding device 12 is installed at the bottom of the box sealing machine (the bottom of the support arm adjusting device 5), and comprises a bottom supporting frame 1201, one end of the supporting frame 1201 is provided with a linear motor 1202, and a sliding block 1203 is installed on a sliding block of the linear motor 1202;

The shaping and lifting device 7 and the automatic feeding device 12 correspond to the top and the bottom of the supporting arm adjusting device 5, the shaping and lifting device 7 and the automatic feeding device 12 are integrated inside the box packing machine, a mechanical arm is not required to be used for transferring and shaping the paper boxes from outside the equipment, and the shaping of the paper boxes and the boxing of cigarettes are finished inside the equipment.
The forming and lifting devices 7 are arranged along the vertical direction of the equipment, so that the reasonable arrangement of the internal space of the equipment is realized, the whole occupied space of the equipment is greatly reduced, the operations of sucking, lifting, forming and the like of box blanks are met, and the design requirement of the ultra-small box packing and sealing machine is met.

The box sealer of claim 5 wherein said folding mechanism comprises a rear folding mechanism, a front folding mechanism and a lower folding mechanism, said folding mechanism having glue spraying means thereon, said rear folding mechanism, said front folding mechanism being slidably connected to said support plate.

The box sealer of claim 6 wherein the lifting and forming means comprises a bracket disposed along the vertical axis of the frame, the bracket being slidably connected to the clamp, the bottom of the clamp being provided with suction cups, the ends of the clamp being provided with forming means, and the sides being provided with hemming means.
8. The box sealer of claim 7 wherein the hold down device comprises a fixed bracket with a pressure plate slidably coupled thereto, the hold down device being adapted to hold down the folds of the carton by the pressure plate.
9. The box sealer of claim 8 wherein said carton pusher is mounted on the inside of said large arm of said arm adjustment assembly and is longitudinally disposed, said carton pusher including a support frame supporting and slidably disposed push arms for pushing said cartons sequentially past said compression device, said clamping device and said tape application mechanism.
10. A box sealer as claimed in claim 9 wherein the automatic feed device is provided at the bottom of the clamp and is mounted at the bottom of the frame.
