s3: the server sends the electronic fence area to a vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle corresponding to the user ID through the Internet of vehicles, the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the electronic fence information, and the vehicle-mounted terminal generates an electronic fence map according to the electronic fence area;
s4: acquiring real-time positioning information of a vehicle, judging whether the position of the vehicle is in an area defined by an electronic fence map, and simultaneously transmitting the electronic fence information to a vehicle-mounted terminal by a background server;
s5: the vehicle-mounted terminal detects whether the vehicle deviates from the electronic fence in the running process of the vehicle;
s6: if yes, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends alarm information to a background server and a cloud computing center through the Internet of vehicles;
s7: APP software running on the background server pushes alarm information and positioning information to the mobile phone client corresponding to the user ID;
s8: if the vehicle is not in the area limited by the electronic fence map, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends alarm information to the vehicle body controller;
s9: the vehicle-mounted terminal calculates the distance of the vehicle exceeding the area limited by the electronic fence map according to the positioning information, and if the distance is greater than a set threshold value, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a vehicle locking request instruction to the vehicle controller;
s10: and the whole vehicle controller controls the vehicle to flameout and lock according to the vehicle locking request instruction so that the vehicle cannot be restarted.
