本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种超薄超软夹网合成革的制备工艺。

一种超薄超软夹网合成革的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,先将夹网布送入装有含浸液的浸渍槽中进行含浸处理后,入水预凝固,然后置于90-110℃的温度下进行整烫处理至夹网布的含液率为43-47%,得含浸处理后的夹网布;
步骤二,在含浸处理后的夹网布上涂布一层改性浆料,然后凝固成膜、再经水洗、烘干得基布;
步骤三,将面层母粒送入螺杆挤出流延机熔融挤出,流延于基布上,冷却得所述夹网合成革;

(1)按质量比将40-50%的涤纶纤维和50-60%的改性柔软纤维一起放入开包机内进行开包,使两种纤维混合得混合纤维;
(2)依次对混合纤维进行粗开松和精开松,使涤纶纤维和改性柔软纤维混合均匀,然后送入储棉箱中暂存;
(3)经喂棉箱将储棉箱中的混合纤维送入梳理机中进行梳理,使纤维充分分梳并组成网状纤维薄层,然后经铺网机将网状纤维薄层均匀折叠至所需的厚度和宽度;
(4)将经铺网机铺好的纤维网喂入针刺机内,使纤维相互交织,制备成针刺坯布;
(5)经烘干定型机对针刺坯布进行加热定型,以获得厚度为1.50-1.56mm的夹网布。
进一步的,所述改性柔软纤维由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯80-90份、柔软母粒3-5份、聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体8-12份、硬脂酸酰胺2-3份、聚乙烯蜡3-5份。

A、按所需重量份对各原料进行称重,然后放入搅拌机中,搅拌混合均匀得到混合料;
B、将获得的混合料输送到螺杆挤压机中熔融挤压,得到熔融浆料;
C、将获得的的熔融浆料过滤、计量后输入纺丝箱体内,经过喷丝孔喷丝,再经气流冷却牵伸形成所述改性柔软纤维。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄超软夹网合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤二,具体包括:在含浸处理后的夹网布上涂布一层改性浆料,然后经浓度为28-32%的DMF溶液凝固后,依次送入第一水槽、第二水槽中进行一次水洗与二次水洗,最后在160-180℃下烘干,得基布;其中,第一水槽中的水温为70-90℃,第二水槽的温度为30-40℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄超软夹网合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤三中,面层母粒送入螺杆挤出流延机前,先在75-80℃下,干燥3-4h。
